The food is good solid Chinese food. I get take out on a regular basis from here. It's pretty much a dump on the inside.

Today I went to china house. They renewed the Restruant, new floors, walls fresh paint and as always the food was very good. It's clean and great place to bring the family. Great size portions for the price.

We stopped by this restaurant on the way to blueberry picking. The portion is huge, and all dishes are quite delicious. From an Asian's view, this restaurant is totally beyond my expectation.

When I first moved to Redbank I tried all of the local Chinese takeout places, and found both lackluster. I recently decided to give China house a second chance, and I'm glad I did. I got the beef lomein, and shrimp fried rice. It was yummy! The rice is loaded with good size shrimp. I have also had the veggie egg foo young and hot & sour soup. These were very good also. On Friday or Saturday nights order early the place was backed out the door the last Friday I went!

I give this place a solid 5 stars not for their dinning ambience, this place is clearly lacking. I give it 5 stars just for good fast take out. I live 2300 miles away and try many different Chinese restaurants, Clean kitchen, fast and hot. Have been here 6 different times and each time is great.

Best Chinese food in the Lexington area. Very fast & friendly service. Decided to give it a try because the other local places I've tried have been terrible. I got takeout, chicken fried rice, chicken Lo mien & egg rolls. I had them add peas/carrots to the fried rice! It was great!!

I keep ordering so I can't say it's not good. It's the usual inexpensive Chinese take out menu. The soups are delicious. Hot & sour soup is my favorite. Husband gets the wonton soup spicy and enjoys that. The fried rice is the downfall of this place. It's just not very flavorful. It's not bad but nothing to write home about. The general Tso's chicken and the Singapore mee fun (I order without shrimp) are definitely good choices.

Pretty good, the General Tao's chicken is spicy, and the egg rolls are hot. But you can get this kind of Chinese food at any Chinese restaurant in Columbia, SC.

Great take out. The large portion is good for two people. I love the Hunan chicken. Not a place that I would enjoy eating there.

Your basic carbon-copy Chinese takeout place. Not fantastic, but not bad either.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
