Don't think I've ever written a review quite like this one. Note that the food itself was actually decent. The problem was that the restaurant was severely understaffed to the point of being ridiculous. I don't know how any business owner or manager wouldn't be in the place during a crisis like this, rather than letting their employees flounder around with no hope of keeping up. Very sad.
