Love that I can get a great vegetable tofu dish. Have enjoyed this place for years. Just wish it wasn't so salty. But what do u expect from a teriyaki dish? Still great food. Love the sweetened carrots, too.

I've been here twice and my most recent experience was this past weekend. Sure it's fast and cheap, but the quality of food just didn't cut it for me. I ordered the steak & shrimp hibachi combo for dinner. Sorry, but I've had better steak hibachi and fried rice. The steak was okay...I really wasn't expecting to have "Chinese style" fried rice with it and was looking forward to Japanese style fried rice. There is a difference! So that was a big let down. Meh, I didn't care for the sweetened carrots that comes with your meal. They were actually kind of disgusting. The white sauce is your typical white sauce...good to dip your meat in. They didn't ask how I wanted my steak cooked, which was fine, but I'm just used to being asked that wherever steak is available. The nice thing about this place is that it's right next door to the hotel I sometimes stay at when I'm in town, the Holiday Inn Express. They do have a drive-thru but I usually just walk inside and order. If you want good Japanese hibachi, I would suggest going down the street to Fusion. You can sit down or order take out from there.

Generally good food on par with mall food court type express food. Fan of the habachi items. Fast food is quick an easy.

When I give it 5 stars, I am saying that, within its genre of food and dining experience, yes, it is excellent. The food is made when you order it. Excellent portions and the price is right! The staff is friendly and inside it is clean. Yes, the place isn't much to look at, but it's nicer inside than it looks like it would be. It's in an old Hardees I believe. I had the tofu and vegetables, and my friend had chicken. The "sauce" makes it incredible.

A nice little fast-food hibachi place. Decor is severely lacking, but most people just go because it's so cheap to eat there. Has a drive-thru, too. No wait staff, just a cashier. And they charge for fortune cookies, though you don't have to take one from the jar.
