Friendly service & good food but you may have to wait a bit. Skip the sandwiches (unless you order it on a croissant). I got the Rosemary chicken sandwich on whole grain and my husband got the chicken salad sandwich on rye. As previous reviewer mentioned, the bread was pretty dry but the chicken was fantastic. Next time I'll probably get a salad. Fun tea selection is unsweetened do you can sweeten it as you'd like. Dessert cookies & brownies looked amazing but in attempt to eat a little healthier we skipped them. We'll definitely be going back!

Terrible terrible terrible. The only good thing is that the staff are very friendly. It's cramped and barely any seating and slow. The food is not good. The sandwiches are on old dry bread and you need several glasses of water to get through a few bites because they are SOO DRY. Honestly the driest sandwiches I have ever had. On several occasions and from several people I have heard this same overarching issue. Will never come here again. Don't go!

I love the rosemary chicken salad, a generous serving of shredded white meat chicken over mixed greens, all lightly coated in a bright, flavorful vinaigrette. Two pieces of sesame flatbread crackers and a cup of iced tea (I like their flavored teas, most recently the apricot) are just right on the side.

In an attempt to find coffee not from Starbucks, I decided to try this place, which I had seen while stopped at the light previously, and thought they may have to-go coffee. It didn't look open, at first, because despite the tiny "Open" sign and abundance of cars in the lot, the curtains are drawn and there's a metal barricade outside the windows. However, when I opened the door, I found that they were very much open! Inside, it's cozy and every customer is smiling, and it feels like you've just been invited home. Yes, there is a bit of a wait. However, it is absolutely worth it! The owner and his wife that have been running the place since the 80s, and that in itself is enough to show you they do this because they love it, and their passion is apparent when you try the food! I intended to just get coffee, but the overwhelming joy on the faces of patrons with food made that impossible. For only about ten bucks, I ordered: -a large Southern Pecan coffee . . . delicious, and I didn't add anything -a veggie sandwich on a croissant (recommended to me by someone waiting in line who comes often) . . . amazing. I was so surprised at how dang good it was. And, normally, I don't love sprouts, but somehow they made it palatable! -and, a Heath cookie . . . I need to purchase a bag of these and just hand them out to everyone I know! There is limited seating, although I was informed they have a secret outside dining area that you can access kind of through their kitchen. Isn't that adorable? This was so great. Eating here is like getting a giant hug from an aunt you haven't seen in years.

This is what Greenville needs more of...great little neighborhood soup/salad/sandwich restaurants. It is not, however, terribly "lunch hour friendly". Everything is made to order, and if there is a line (which there always is), it will take a while for your lunch to arrive. So sit back, relax and have another glass of mango tea.

Love the freshness and yumminess of this place. Their chicken pasta salad is addictive! Great menu with always freshness.
