Having never seen a PDQ I didn't know what to expect. Just wow... Cheap prices, great salads & chicken & clean fast service. Don't miss the cookies!

The chicken was delicious and hand made dressing was on point. Great service and very quick. I got the crispy chicken salad, not very big and not a lot of chicken but over all I would recommend it. Definitely will be returning here in the future.

I was shocked.....my take out chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. Very disappointing. The rest of the order was fine. I will give them another chance in the future. We all make mistakes.

Just what we need, another place that serves chicken tenders!! Seriously, these are probably the best around. Much better than Fil-A and zax. Be sure to try their sauces. Love the fries too.

This is seriously my favorite fast food restaurant, because the food is so fresh ALWAYS!! The chicken tenders are so good, better than you can get a bar and grill!! My absolute favorite is the apples with toffee dip!!! I have been here several times in last few months, and have ZERO complaints!!!

It was ok. The food was not that bad it was actually decent, but the service was not so great. The facility is very nice and was pretty clean overall. My biggest complaint was the fact that half the crew behind the counter was standing there doing nothing and a customer told them "thanks guys it was really good" they turned around and loooked at her but never said a word back. Really unprofessional. New place new employees, I'll give them one more shot and update if it's better next time.

Decided to try the "new place in town" after a horrible meal at Zaxby's! So glad we did! The food was delicious and came out within a minute of our order - fresh and HOT!! The customer service was stellar - friendly faces and help with the menu was much appreciated!! Keep up the great work - we'll be coming to PDQ on a regular basis!

Where's the chicken? Nice place. Fast service. Food was good, tasty fries but grilled chicken tenders were tiny. Sorry but not worth it.

I was hungry for something fresh and didn't want to dine inside anywhere so I took a chance... The drive through service was great... Friendly and fast! I ordered a grilled chicken salad. My salad was adequete. Not great, not bad. The chicken was flavorful, but the greens were lettuce only. Was hoping for a nicer mix. All in all pretty good.

PDQ is outstanding. I love there chicken tenders. They are so much better then Zaxby's frozen tenders there serving now. The honey mustard is the best in town. I drive all away across town to get some PDQ. It's well worth the drive. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. Can't wait till they build more locations in Greenville that are more convenient.

Here is a honest review. 1. The food is good for a fast food restaurant. The tenders are moist, good flavor and the fries seem fresh and cooked properly. The blueberry slaw is just that. Dry slaw with a few blueberries on top. I thought it was a new chef designed recipe but No. 2. The 4 pcs tender meal including fries and a tea cost me $11.10. These 4 tenders came in a huge box that could have held a small hen. Way to expensive and Chick-Fila is going to give them a lickin. They are to close to Chick-Fila and have better food and service. 3. Everything came in different boxes. Its hard to drive and eat from 3 different boxes. 4. I give this place a five year run.

I went like 10mins before closing...chicken tenders had good flavor but the fries awful, too salty and my BBQ sauce was cold!

  • Michael W.

Pretty good chicken stuff. Similar to Chick-fil-a, but you'll probably like one or the other more.

  • Yukiea P.

Bright & clean restaurant with good, hot, fresh food. Service was really, really fast and friendly. Fries were seasoned well and there's a variety of dipping sauces to choose from if you don't like basic fried chicken tenders. Tried the iced green tea and it was pretty good. Full bellies and happy kids - couldn't ask for more at lunch time!

We stumbled across this place off the interstate looking for a quick bite. What a pleasant surprise! Delicious fresh chicken tenders and fresh cut fries. Great quality food with a drive thru. We actually ate inside and everyone was so nice and helpful. We has at least 3 people come up to our table to check on us - I'm thinking this place is super new. They have the coke fountain machine here that dispenses like 100 flavor - so yummy and fun for kids. My one piece of advice, work on the ranch dipping sauce. But everything else was great! We will be back for sure on our next trip down 85.

4 tenders dipped in creamy garlic. Fries and lemonade. I was impressed by all 3 fires are skinny and salty, tenders are very large (much bigger than zaxbys), also very impressed bc they had UF v UGA on big tv's as I ate. Also the homemade ranch and ketchup put it over the top. 5/5 stars for me

Used the drive thru last Thursday after picking up the kids from school. When I got home I realized I was shorted a sandwich and the fries were cold. I reach out to the management group and they did everything the could possible do to make up for their mistakes. The food is good and their service has proved itself when faced with a disappoint customer. I would and will recommend this place.

Can you possibly beat the freshness of PDQ's chicken? Not to mention the shoestring french fries that none can hold a candle to? The homemade sauces are like Pokémon- gotta try em all. Food aside, it's also the little touches. A basin sink to wash your hands in outside of the bathroom before you begin eating and friendly employees who come to your table to help clear. Love me some PDQ.

This is where this is tricky. As far as fast food restaurant goes, this place is way above average, but when compared to standard restaurants PDQ is average, So, your point of reference is key. The food is served quickly, is always fresh, the $ is really reasonable and the service is always done with a smile.

Great fast food! One of those sweet soda machines with all the choices. Awesome hand wash fountain. Delicious chicken and chicken accessories You can see the kitchen and production... all clean Nice environment. Not my most favorite chicken, but definitely "quality"

My first time here and I was not that impressed with the food. The tenders came out really quickly but one of them was undercooked. The resturant was clean and cashier was nice. They are a bit pricey but nothing overly outrageous. I had a apple cranberry cookie that was really good and fresh. I will return to give them a second chance to wow me with their food.

My husband and I eat at the Greenville location 3-4 times every week. From the time that PDQ in Greenville opened, I have ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. After a couple of months, one time out of the blue, it tasted terrible! It was completely inedible. I ask the cook if something had changed about the sandwich to which he replied yes. He explained that they had been preparing it wrong since they opened and that to get the sandwich the way I had been eating it I needed to order it "without the spicy marinade". So, the problem was fixed and we continued to eat there. He refunded the price of the sandwich for that meal and offered a free sandwich meal to try in the future. I've eaten it at least 15 times since then and everything has been fine. Last night that changed. I ordered it the way that I had been ordering it "without the spicy marinade". The chicken came to me as white as snow. When my husband took it back and questioned it the cook immediately went on the defense and blamed the other shifts for doing it wrong. He said that when a customer orders the sandwich without the spices it is supposed to be cooked on a piece of aluminum foil and that he and his staff followed protocol. He took the sandwich and fry basket from my husband and said he would have it recooked if thats what we wanted. He slung the basket (sandwich and fries) down on the cooking counter and told my husband he would bring it out to us. When the cook brought it to us (withOUT the fries) I tried to explain to him the saga of the sandwich. He was defensive and argumentative and didnt want to hear a word that I had to say. He constantly blamed the other shift and it took them 6-8 minutes to get the fries back out to the table. The recooked sandwich had been left on the grill so long that the skin was black, charred and tough. I'm not sure what this guy's attitude problem was but it was certainly the opposite of "People Dedicated to Quality". After our introduction to his poor customer service ways, we didn't dare tell him that the sandwich was cooked until it was black, charred and tough. We believe that he was so offended by our request (for the sandwich that I get 3-4 times per week) that he purposefully over cooked the chicken. It literally went from snow white in color to burned black. What he did was obvious to us both. He wanted to prove a point by going from one extreme to the other. This was the final straw. We spend $60-$80 in your this restaurant each week and that won't happen again. Everyone is entitled to a mistake, but this guy was offensive and down right rude. There are many other businesses around greenville that will treat us better for the money we spend with their business. That guy needs an attitude adjustment and a reminder of what it means to offer customer service. At the end of the day, It's not my fault that PDQ can't offer consistency in their food and consistency is the only thing I've been after the entire time! Had our food been consistent each visit, they would have continued getting our business forever.
