I come here often and they are fast and friendly. The only thing is bothersome sometimes is seating. There is plenty of seating outside but inside fills up quickly on a busy lunch day. I also know there isnt much they can do about that. It does give you some insight as to how many people love the place though! I recommend just about anything on the menu, it my favorite is the Asian chicken salad as I like the little bit of sweet in the dressing.

The service here is OK. The pastries are good and the store appears clean each time I visit.

Fast and food served as expected. Came in on a Saturday. Restaurant was not crowded. Cashier was friendly. The iced tea tasted a bit soured.

I am a fan of the Soups and Sandwiches. Always fresh. This location has got a lot of space but the service wait-time can improve though.

Very large panera. Normal menu. They have a serious issue with service. For the size, on the two occasions I have been there it never seems staffed correctly. Both times waits to order were 10+ minutes. Free wifi always helps though

I like Panera, but the service for my last two visits at this location left much to be desired. I went in for breakfast and ordered a sandwich with rye bread instead of the ciabatta. The service counter was overloaded and the sandwich maker was asking the cashier to get her the bread for my order. The cashier took forever, and I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich. The people that were behind me in line all had their orders fulfilled before mine, and I was late for work. I went again today, and I ordered the bacon turkey bravo. After I arrived home... I realized my sandwich had NO BACON. C'mon man. It's the most important part of the sandwich. Sheesh. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great soup and sandwich combos. Don't stop in when raining - way too crowded.

I have eaten here many times and have had consistently good food. The Pick 2 menu offers good lunch options--I really like the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich (great with brown spicy mustard) and Chicken Soup. The pastries are out of this world--love the Cinnamon Rolls and Bourbon Pecan Rolls. And the coffee and hot teas--all terrific. There is Wifi here. The decor is pleasantly modern, and the artwork all features bread, which is fun. Once you review one of these, you've pretty much reviewed them all. This is NOT a place you want to eat if you're on a diet, but it tastes good going down.

The food is slightly above average, overall. The bread is great. The prices are tremendously high however. I do like the place, but food quantity + taste + price does not equal a good value.

My "blueberry" bagel was so tough I could have used it as a spare tire for my car. I returned several days later for lunch, and my extremely dry roast beef and cheddar on focaccia was equally disappointing. The meat was bland and the bread was so hard I was scared my teeth were going to break off. The whole thing tasted like paper. I actually might have enjoyed the styrofoam plate doused with secret sauce more so than the sandwich itself. Two points for good coffee and a spacious sitting area.

This is the first Panera Bread that I ever went to. I walked in and I thought it was just an ordinary cafe. This one is located on the main road in Greenville in a nice shopping center. We ordered a flat bread pizza that was cooked perfectly. It was all white topped off with fresh basil. Panera is always consistent, it's what I love about them. This will always be my first!

Always good. Their new soup(I had the french onion and cheese and sun dried tomatoe pannini is great. Bagels are pretty good though not as good as Einsteins of Moes
