Jac's is good, very convenient to the offices on north end of Main St, and also delivers. Have only had their lunch, and always gotten it to go although I have thought in multiple occasions how nice it would be to sit on their patio. Ham and cheese in a pretzel roll is very good, as is the fried chicken sandwich and the chef salad. They have changed their fries from the original variety and of course they are now not as good. They are fine--but if you had the fries (especially the Jac'd fries) when they opened then you likely will know the difference. Great, friendly service. Delivery option is great and they have gotten MUCH faster with delivery time which is wonderful.

This is where my Heinz ketchup idiosyncrasies affect my judgment. The turkey sandwich was great. The garlic fries outstanding. Cheap ketchup actually distracted from the goodness of the fries. Even if you skimp and don't spring for Heinz don't get that nasty cheap stuff. I have to drop a star. If you don't care about ketchup then by all means consider this a 5 star sandwich shop.

I have been to Jacs...I don't even know how many times. As I say to them all the time, this place is just too convenient for people working in nearby buildings. These peeps really do whip up some good breakfast sandwiches, grits, and lunch specials. If you have ever had the cheddar grits at a Flying Biscuit cafe, these grits are similar in flavor. They are always cheesy and flavorful. The Fried Egg , Thick Cut Bacon, Arugula, and Red Pepper Aioli breakfast sandwich is a personal favorite, served on an amazingly flaky brioche bun. You can also get their breakfast bowls, which are $4 for a generous portion. For lunch, they switch up their specials all the time. You can check their website each week or sign up for email updates. Their specials vary, with a different soup every day, sandwiches, burgers, and even things like chicken pot pie. You don't work within walking distance or don't want to pay to park? Great news - they deliver! You can also get 10% off your order if you do decide to park in the garage behind it. The staff has always been super friendly (although possibly because I go there too often). They are pretty quick with orders, with an average wait of 5-10 minutes during peak times. You can always call ahead and have your order ready too. Jacs is one of my favorite (and convenient) places to grab breakfast or lunch. Just make sure you stop in for breakfast or lunch on a weekday - they are not open on the weekends.

First experience was a good one. Will be back and update review accordingly. I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork, Cheddar Egg Scramble for $4.50. It came on a Hoagie and the portions were worth the price. The taste was a nice mix of sweet (from the BBQ) and savory from the eggs and cheese. A very good first experience. The coffee is Green Mountain Coffee and I was very pleased with the house blend. The coffee was not bitter, had a good body to it but not overly strong. I'm very particular about coffee and this was a good experience.

The food was ok. The fries they had when they first opened were better. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat there but would have a quick sandwich there if needed. They do need to work on their sweet tea. It was watered down and horrible.
