I visited Fresh to Order and can't wait to go back to try so many more interesting things on their menu. The food is delicious, fresh and very different from other fast food eateries. It was very clean with nice atmosphere. I also loved all the fresh drink options. A nice change for when you do not want to spend a lot of time at a meal.

I have this catered at my work and everyone loves it! The food is always fresh and flavorful and the staff is always so sweet and happy! I haven't had one negative comment from any of my co-workers since I started ordering here. They have an excellent and very diverse catering menu and they are always on time! I've had carry out from here as well and the food is just as good. Their desserts are very good and very large! Will continue to use them for catering as long as they are here!

This new eatery was outstanding! The place is clean, warm, inviting and ALL the staff were welcoming, helpful, smiling and happy!! The customers ranged from families with children to business, couples and young adults. The food is fresh and excellent and great portions. They also have a huge selection of unique ice tea that is self serve. I will be back and have already recommended Fresh to Order to others

My husband and I ate here for the first time today. We were greeted quickly by a friendly girl who explained their ordering system. We each ordered a half salad and soup which was plenty of food for us. My husband got the Asian salad and chicken tortilla soup. I got the chopped wedge salad and wild mushroom soup. We also ordered a small calamari appetizer. The appetizer came with our meal instead of prior to our entrees, but it wasn't that big of a deal. They were good, but a little limp, probably due to the lemony dressing poured on them. I'd order them again and ask for the vinaigrette on the side. My husband enjoyed his soup and salad. My salad was a little soggy and over-dressed, but still good. I didn't enjoy the wild mushroom soup. It was lukewarm, a little grainy, heavy on the sherry, and the color was off-putting. I wouldn't order it again. The interior is very nice and modern. They offer lots of different choices of teas, soft drinks, and lemonades. We tried the raspberry mojito lemonade and it was good. They also have a nice outdoor area that I'm sure will be enjoyable in warm weather. We will go back.

I have been here several times and have tried everything on the menu. Service 5*always friendly Atmosphere5* always clean and inviting with groovy tunes and a stylish chic decor Thirst quenchers 10* selection of drinks is fantastic w/a wide selection of teas and lemonades and soft drinks Menu 5* has a good selection of food that would satisfy most palates at good prices w/reasonable proportion sizes. The food is fresh organic and antibiotic free meats. Quality/flavor4* every thing I tried was packed with flavor and satisfied my pallet the only downer was the beef was tough as leather and the chicken was dry. However the tuna is delicious!

Presenting style I loved it but for some of the things didn't like it. I have never ever had Mediterranean salad with soya sauce and sesame seeds dressing,it taste really bad, my friend had tomatoes soup she didn't enjoy it too.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner the other night. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was awful. Fine food? No. There's nothing fine about the food here. We were both disappointed in our meals. The breading on the chicken tenders just fell off the chicken and was soggy. The calamari was also soggy. My salad was a huge plate of iceberg lettuce (no nutritional lettuces at all) and the salmon on top looked so gross that I didn't even attempt to taste it. I really thought this place was going to be a new favorite. Sadly, not the case.

A perfect balance between a casual dine-in experience and fast food. There are plenty of options and I've been pleased each visit. Really enjoyed the calamari (great price as well) and salmon. Love their balsamic dressing.

Just had lunch after yoga at first to order find food fast in Greenville. It was great the service was great, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was nice. We had the Asian salad and the market salad. Both were amazing. They are very accomidating fpr allergies. They also have fruit infused water, lemonade, and tea in the drink section. The lighting is great, the noise level is decent, only complaint is I could have used a little more salad dressing on my salad. Other than that great place to go for lunch definitely will stop by again.

This place makes me picture what the soup/sandwich sibling of Tablefields , would have looked like. The food is extremely fresh, the drink options are plentiful & the kids menu is reasonably priced with healthy options on it. Everything we ordered was excellent. My husband especially enjoyed the tomato bisque. The half salad portion of the 1/2 sandwich - 1/2 salad meal was large enough to be a meal in itself. Honestly if the sandwich hadn't been so yummy, I'd have boxed it up to go. Every staff member was extremely nice & helpful. I never saw any of the staff behaving with a poor attitude, Despite what other people had posted. Btw- if you bank with BOA, there is a bankamerideal for this place. 10% off your total if you use your debit card.

Full disclosure: I agreed to try Fresh to Order again after a nice email from the higher-ups. Our 2nd try was not a freebie. The drink selection, as I said before, is quite nice. I really like all the infused, sweet drinks. Just standing there sampling is really a fun part of the experience. I got a southwestern chicken panini this time and I really enjoyed it. There was some spice, a little bit of heat, nice crunch on the bread. Everything was good. We'll definitely be going back.

It sounded good but maybe wait a little while before going here. About 30% of the tables needed to be bussed and I had to clear the table myself where we wanted to sit. I had a steak and asked for medium rare but it came out medium well. The head waitress was yelling at the other waitress to stop sweeping and start bussing tables. (Probably would have been a better private conversation instead of a public one) The variety of teas and juices were nice.

Looked like a fresh and healthy alternative, tasted like old news. Staff was friendly and place was clean but the food was very bland. Caesar salad was wilted and the bison burger, although hand formed, tasted very bland and frozen. Kind of a yuppie atmosphere. Pricey for the quality.

This was my second experience at Fresh To Order on Woodruff Rd and both times the customer service was terrible. The food took over 30 minutes - the first time when I was dining in and the second time when I was taking it to go. There were no apologies and an overall lack of care by the manager who delivered the food. Responding with "well we are busy" is a terrible excuse and doesn't cut it. I won't be returning.
