Save your time and go to the Chipotle on Woodruff road instead. The staff, management, and food are all terrible and a visit here will leave you with an awful taste in your mouth. They are frequently missing ingredients, have terrible attitudes, and the place is dirty. It's such a shame, because I love Chipotle, but this location has soured their brand.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this Chipotle. The line can get pretty long (10-15 minutes), but that is a sign of good business in my opinion. Yes, the options are limited. The menu is tiny compared to Moe's, but the flavor is unique and worth a visit. I would highly recommend buying a bag of chips - they actually soak them in lime juice (I think).

See previous reviews about how terrible this location is. Don't ever order online. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to across the country. Go to the woodruff location or just eat your own shirt instead.

No fajitas? What kind of chipotle is this. Not only did they not have them but Instead of giving me a time they said they don't have them period. Bad move not having peppers and onions at a well known Mexican chain. Spare yourself and avoid this knockoff

Chipotle is AWESOME! THIS Chipotle seems to be a little on the slow side. I think management at this particular store needs to do a LOT better job of training their people to be happier, faster, more accurate, and more pleasant. There's a few great people that work there, but unfortunately more bad than good. If you're one of the good ones, keep it up.

Just had lunch here today for some reason. This chipotle is so gross. Everytime I order chicken, it's 90% nasty gristle that I throw away. Also, if you are going to charge people $2 for guacamole then at least fill the cup up more than half full! Bleh!

In, out, easy and yummy! The place wasn't packed. The servers were kind and smiled. The food was yummy. Glad we stopped here! We will continue to look for more Chipotle grills when we travel. It was heathy, filling and well priced. Oh....the kids meal was big too AND HEALTHY!!!!!

The food at this buffet style chow line was extremely tasty for a very fair price. The line staff were kind and helpful as I learned the ropes. Highly recommended.

I've always loved chipotle but I will no longer come to this one. I've been a few time and each time service is awful. I wasn't even done ordering when the woman asked the guy behind me what he wanted then they didn't put half the stuff I wanted in my bowl and when I asked for it the young man rolled his eyes. Workers were getting mad at each other and had attitudes. Not a great atmosphere.

This was my last time eating here. Virtually all black staff so their attitudes suck. The guy who made my food must have been stoned bc he put the wrong stuff in my bowl & was just "slow", the chicken was overcooked, the lettuce was dried out, the restaurant was dirty, then to top it all off, 4 of the employees took a break & just sat there in the middle of the restaurant laughing & playing on their phones... As the restaurant looked like shit around them. Chipotle put in too much work to have sorry employees run off customers. This manager sucks & needs to revisit company procedures with his/her sorry employees.

Food was good, but it was a tad expensive for a burrito. Restaurant was unkempt, but the staff was friendly toward a newbie. I think I will stick with Moes.

First time visiting a Chipotle restaurant and unfortunately probably my last. After hearing great things for many years about this chain I finally had an appointment on this side of town so I made my order via their website. The receipt clearly said the order would be ready at 11:15 AM. I arrived at almost exactly 11:15 and there was already quite a line with about 12 people. I went to the register to pay and pickup my order but it wasn't ready yet. I sat down and waited a good 10 minutes and watched while everyone else in line got their food made to order. After everyone in line was served someone from the back finally called my name. I got my order and left. I am originally from Texas and grew up my whole life witnessing the great Mexican food invasion of not only Texas but the entire USA. I have had some great Mexican food in my life and Chipotle is at the very bottom. The guacamole was good but the chips were thick, stale and cold. The hard shell taco and soft flour taco I had were not that good. One was beef and one was barbacoa. When I ordered online I did not realize that the beans were part of the taco and not served on the side. I do not like beans on my tacos, period. There was hardly any taste to the tacos and they were also stone cold. Not much salsa (or actually Pico d Gallo I would call it) was added to the top of the tacos. All in all not much to write home about. I guess my expectations were too high or something or maybe I am spoiled from having experienced some outstanding Mexican food from other QSR chains like Taco Cabana in Houston. I am really left scratching my head as to what all the fuss is about and why everyone thinks Chipotle is so great. Next time I'll pass.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
