I'm not a big chicken salad fan. However this place have changed my mind. I had the Fancy Nancy on wheat. Delicious!!! Also had the broccoli salad. All the ingredients are fresh. They allow you to sample the many different options of their chicken salads. Very good option if you are looking for a light meal.

I've always thought I wasn't a chicken salad person until I tried the classic recipe here! It was a game changer for me. The restaurant was packed for a reason. Despite the bustle we made it in and out with our order rather fast. The 9.95/1 lb package was split between three people and was filling when paired with the buttery wheat crackers included with our order. You couldn't buy a sandwich that good for that cheap. It's easy to see why this chain is poised for national expansion. Looking forward to trying the other flavors soon.

I ordered the jalapeño chicken salad on sourdough with grape salad on the side. The sandwich was SO good, and there was plenty of it. It wasn't too spicy or hot since they were pickled jalapeños. The grape salad is absolutely delicious! I got a drink with my lunch, so my total came to over $10. I was not happy about that price, but the employees were quick, helpful, and friendly.

I would say this is pretty cool if you like chicken salad, and I rather enjoyed the smooth texture of this chicken salad, but overall chicken salad is chicken salad and I don't think it is very innovative, although the options are endless so that is a plus. I think there is passion behind this business and overall it's a good option as an alternative to typical fast food. I like that it comes with whole wheat crackers which is fairly healthy.

I love this concept and am so glad that Greenville can support such a specialized restaurant. CSC offers a great variety for any of your chicken salad cravings. Crunchy, sweet, savory, spicy... I've tried at least half of the menu items, and have enjoyed each one. I can't wait to try the rest! We usually get the Original Chick (1 salad/sandwich, 1 side, 1 fresh baked cookie). A good value at $7.50! Highlights: The grape salad, topped with brown sugar, is crave-worthy! Sometimes the cookies are so fresh, they're still warm! Lowlight: Not open Sunday :( Bacon is blended with chicken (in 2 salads), but I would prefer having slices of bacon for added texture and crunch. This would also allow for non-pork eaters (such as my boyfriend) to try these delicious concoctions.

Nice place. Went there for lunch and food was very good. Little on the expensive side for Chicken Salad. Lots of options for Chicken Salad. I wish they had sliced lemons instead of packets of lemon juice. Everything else was top notch but this.
