Iama Critic Rating - Buffalo Wild Wings - 2 Stars 1125 Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC Overall: Price is poor, food is poor, but WOW, service is horrendous! Maybe it was a bad night but WOW, it's just wings, burgers and fried stuff, how hard can it be? We waited over 45 minutes right in front of the kitchen before being seated. I have never seen such an inefficient kitchen that cooked fried foods before. And my guest and I are both chefs! We timed appetizers sitting under lamps for 8-10 minutes before being served. And the servers and chefs were all miserable, perhaps because the manager seemed to treat them like dirt! But as a customer I should not be burdened by such things. But unfortunately the misery that exist in the kitchen is served straight to you in small, poorly prepared portions. Busted chips, crappy burger buns, ridiculous appetizer prices served by unhappy waitresses. Fun, Fun! But Buffalo Wild Wings has lots of really loud TV's, showing sports channels and they sell really pricey beer, like Sam Adams in a warm glass for $6.50. Which only proves one thing, if you can't cook, and you can't provide good service, just over charge the drunks who are the only ones who will ever come back. Do yourself a favor, go to Quaker Steak and Lube, it is a much better wing place! $6.99 Chili Queso Dip and Chips - 2 Stars The chips were light and crispy, BUT BUSTED TO PIECES! Big Fail! And the chili queso was good but talk about a tiny portion. Just too much money for too little and poor quality to boot! $4.99 Jalapeno Bites - 2 Stars They were crispy and tasted fair, but where are the rest of them? Seriously, almost $1 each is ridiculous. And forget about any spicy bite, there was none. $9.99 Steak Burger - 1 Star What a huge disappointment. Ordinary fries without any seasoning, I had to beg for the pickles and the burger was served on a grocery store bun! Serious! Just like Bunny Brand grocery store hamburger buns! I will say that the meat was pretty good. But still it was the worse $10 burger I ever had. At least $3 too much!

No worries here for taste but sometimes lacking in sauce on wings at bottom of basket. Friendly service but understaffed or kitchen is under capacity at peak business hours. Plan on drinking lots of beers waiting on your food. ~6pm when we got there Awesome during non-peak hours.

Awesome service and very friendly!!! Manager was super accomodating and even gave me some information about the menu I never knew. Ive been going to bdubd for years in other states and this was BY FAR the best experience! !

Ehh.. I've had better wings, I got the lemon pepper and the flavor on the outside was good but once u got to the inside they were bland. I also had the ribs and the sauce tastes a little funny but they were tender. My waiter was awesome, he was very attentive although he did kinda abandon us after we got our check I had to flag someone else down to bring me a doggie bag. We sat outside, it was a beautiful day so the atmosphere was calming. A big difference from all the hoopla going on inside in the dark with the music and loud tvs. I would give them another try one day... But I'll search for better wings in the area first.

The sandwiches are fine, but nothing spectacular. Same with the wings. It's a reliable chain experience but not particularly memorable. I rated this one down a bit because the staff were a bit ditzy and inattentive. Not enough to be an issue, but it was noted.

I always have a positive experience when I visit. I've been treated very well and enjoy watching football here every Sunday. BWW can be a good place to watch a MMA Pay-Per-View fight as well, but it gets crowded quickly. But that's par for a big fight; any place showing one is always packed. The food here is not bad and their menu has rotating specials, both for drinks and food. There are many wing sauces and dry rubs available for the wings and you can also get the sauces on a sandwich if you wish. There are also many beers on tap and a good variety in bottles as well. Full bar service too. This is a great sports bar and a good place to watch any sporting event.

Like the wings! The service is good but the place gets a bit loud on game days. Still a good place to hangout with friends.

False advertising is my problem. I ordered the Mediterranean salad that says in the advertisement that it comes with lemon pepper chicken on top plus all the other items in the salad. When I get the salad I'm told that the chicken is extra and even though the advertisement doesn't state it, I have to pay three dollars extra, so u ended up paying twelve bucks for a salad! If I had known beforehand i wouldn't have ordered the salad. I am disappointed and I probably will not be returning to this establishment. Your advertisement is your word if you lie on something so visible, what else do you lie about?

Terrible service. Waited over an hour for two beers. No drink refills. Can't handle a crowd. Food was awful, too. Will never return. A sports bar should be able to handle a crowd during a sporting event.

the place was packed.... we waited for a table at 7:30pm on a Thursday evening. we waited for our server for ten minutes, then we waited... it took about half an hour to get food. but everything was served hot. our server was apologetic about how long, the wait, we r trying etc. the wings were amazing, the drinks plentiful.., though we waited we didn't feel rushed either, they gave us time to eat them.

This one of my favorite places. Any sporting event will be on and it has a fun sports atmosphere. If you want to catch all the games and have some of the best wings in town...this is a great place.

First, I love BWW and I didn't think you could screw it up, but this location did. Went in on a Monday night, there was plenty of wait staff and the bartender only had a few customers that night. When I walked in, nobody greeted me for several minutes, despite one server looking at me, and then looking away quickly. Nobody greeted me on my way out, either, despite walking by several servers. It took nearly 30 minutes from the time I ordered to get my small boneless wings and Mediterranean Salad. I've gotten well-done steaks from other restaurants faster than this. The salad was dried out and tasted like it had been thrown together at least 5 days before it was served to me. My Sam Adams draft had a rubber taste to it, like the valves on the tap hadn't been cleaned prior to being installed. On top of this, the wait staff and bartender...how should I put this lightly....were grotesque. I'm not expecting models, but at public-facing jobs, there should be some standards of how you want your business to be viewed. I felt sorry for them after I left, and sad. Not exactly sports bar emotions.

Over the years many of us sports fans go to BWW, not because the food is good, but likely because it's the only place open late after going to a game. I've been to this location twice now and both times the service has been horrid. I was here the night Clemson got smashed by Florida State. By the time we got back to Greenville and near our hotel we figured it'd be a good spot to watch highlights for other games. Granted there was a UFC fight on there's no excuse for the terrible service we received. There was 10 minutes left in the fight when we walked in well after midnight (and the place was 90 percent full). We stood and waited to be seated for nearly 15 minutes (as the servers stood around and socialized with each other) before I walked up and asked someone if we could please be seated. Once seated it took 10 minutes from someone to take our drink order (we had a cute blonde waitress who obviously wanted to go home hours prior). By the time we ordered our drinks the place emptied (fight ended). We ordered wings and meals. After 25 minutes nothing had arrived. We sadly watched our wings sit awaiting a server to pick them up. Our server was cleaning tables and sweeping the floor and I had to ask two other servers to check if our order was up (we saw someone pick our wings up 25 minutes after they were placed on the pick up area). My burger was cold when it finally arrived. The nachos were disgusting and even worse, our server and the one who helped her finally bring our meal brought our food after spraying cleaners on the table, wiping the tables with dirty rags and not watching here hands. After two poor experiences we won't return.

Buffalo Wild Wings has a good vibe when you just want to hang out and eat some delicious wings. There are 3 seating options: booths and low tables (more for families with kids), high tables (near the bar), and outside on the patio. I think that's pretty cool to have those options available. We sat at the high tables and the vibe was good and relaxed on a Saturday night. Our waitress was very friendly. We did wait a while for the food to come out though. I had the garlic Parmesan traditional wings and they were so delicious!!! I believe I've found my favorite sauce for when I dine at Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

Haven't been to a BWW in over 7 years and that was in AZ. Always had a great time, atmosphere, service and great hot crispy delicious wings. Figured I'd give it a shot on my trip to Greenville and had some of the worst wings in my life. So bad that I couldn't eat more than 3 of 12. The regular wings seemed like they were not fried enough to be crispy yet the meat was all dried out. Maybe they were old and just had sauce chucked on them. The chicken tender were either also old or maybe they are just always horrible, never had them before so I can't compare. the breading was so thick and hard and the meat also dried out. The waitress apologized for serving me old fries as she put my plate down and said she would bring me fresh fries when they were ready. when she did they were hot and fresh and gross. I'm not one to return food, I just paid and left. Really dissappointing. There are so many good places to eat in Greenville, on Woodruff, Pelham and downtown that I will likely never return to this place again, at least not in Greenville.

Went out last night. Nice enough waitresses and happy hour was good( 5$ double jack and coke) but the burger I got wasn't that great. I assume they're known most for their wings (I didn't try them) I got the black and blue burger. The patty was obviously not freshly made at the restaurant. Looks like pre made patties(store bought). I may go again but I'd have to say it wasn't a great first impression.

If you want good wings in a fun environment, you can't go wrong by going somewhere else. I should have turned around when I walked in and saw a thousand screaming kids in the roped off "family section". I could have dealt with the noise if the food were better. I have had wings from the frozen food section of the grocery that tasted better than these. The food took forever to come out and when it did it was cold and in a cardboard container. This place should stop spending all of it's money on the commercials, and start spending it on better service and food.

Stopped here passing through on our way back to NC. Although the place was pretty packed with game day fans we got a table and were seated before we knew it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wrap my husband ordered came out as a sandwich but the staff were quick to get it corrected and very apologetic. The boneless wings I had were delicious! I ordered the Asian Zing and Honey BBQ. Fries could have been fresher but overall good meal and really nice waiter!

We had a great experience here last night. Didn't know they had specials on beer and appetizers from 4-8 so were pleasantly surprised.
