If half stars could be given that's what I would give. My experience at this location was terrible. Management was unacceptable and it clearly reflected the poor customer service from the team members. Aside from the disrespectful treatment while ordering, my main concern was the store was out of almost everything like it was done for the night. Considering it was 5:00 pm (typical dinner rush) I was expecting there to be drinks and condiments filled for customer use. I wanted sweet tea with my meal, but all three tea containers in the lobby were completely empty. Having to ask for tea from the drive through multiple times for refills was annoying but didn't motivate them to get the tea refilled. I will definitely be calling customer service.

Had the 3 piece, coleslaw and drink, nothing special about this place, greasy fried chicken, slaw was not the norm. But like Joe said, 0 customer service skills, guy asked for money, gave me my card back while talking to his coworkers, never looking at me, just plain rude. Gave me my box of chicken, and said goodbye. I was like how but my coke bro, and he's like Oh yeah, here you go. I can see why no people at this plave, will never come back.

I've been here about six times because of convenience and proximity on my way to work but I can't take it anymore. I like Bojangles, just not this one. Having worked in fast food and other restaurants for a number of years, I'm speaking from experience when I say this place needs a manager / owner overhaul. Poor service and too frequently the food is not hot or fresh. I can no longer bear not being greeted at the drive through but rather asked for money from someone who refuses to smile.

Nicest staff. Stopped in to get county ham biscuits to bring to a friend up North, and they made sure to get me fresh biscuits and ham and double wrapped them for me. Super friendly. Best Bojangles in town!

If you're going to buy a to go meal, check it and make sure the sides are right and that there is butter and gravy on your mashed potatoes because the workers there forget everything, they're so lazy there at the bojangles on pelham and they have no work etiquette.
