Had a great first experience, but did not enjoy second visit. There were more customers than the first so I could not get samples. Not wanting to interrupt the cashier and the line, I dispensed a bit in my cup for a taste and was immediately scolded by the employee, who caught me from the one-way mirror. Really? Is a one-way mirror necessary in a yogurt store? Overall, Sweet Frog needs a better way to allow their customers to try new samples, especially during busy hours.

I wish I could honestly review this location, but I never got inside! My friend and I pulled up for some yogurt at 10:30 on a Saturday morning after running a local 5K. The lights were on, but we didn't see anyone around in the shop. The hours weren't posted, so she did a quick SmartPhone search (hooray for Smartphones), called, and found out they didn't open until 11. Also, there was a large sign proclaiming that they do not offer samples. I don't really have a problem with them not opening until 11... but a sign with hours on it isn't too much to ask.

I've tried to give this place a chance, I really have. Being vegan, I can only eat their non-dairy favors. Online they list many wonderful-sounding flavors, but at this location - no matter how many times I go - they only offer one. It's always the same one as well: raspberry pomegranate jolly rancher. Take 2 of the most tart fruits in nature, add to it a sour candy flavor, and you have a disgusting concoction that will turn you palate inside-out. Requesting that they switch it out occasionally does no good. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Orange Leaf. The yogurt is better and the management actually gives a flip.

Can we say yum?! This place is awesome! A tip for newbies - if you get the biggest cup and only fill it up halfway or less with yogurt than you will have plenty of room for all your favorite toppings. They charge by weight. The last time I went in there some of the machines were not working and I was a little bummed out - but other than that I highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. You can pick from a large variety of frozen yogurts and add your own toppings. I love getting the no sugar added vanilla and then topping it with fresh strawberries and blueberries. You can be as good or as bad as you want to be here. Their toppings range from fresh fruit to all sorts of candies and cookies. They charge you by the ounce so you can get as little or as much as you want. Parking can be a bit limited. Generally, I have to park behind Red Bowl because the spots in front of the store are usually full.
