Too many choices in the area to choose this restaurant. It has been a while since eating in a Red Lobster (we travel a lot) and it will be a while before we try again. Ordered fish and chips and a fish sandwich. The haddock was dry and fishy tasting, leaving a slight chemical after taste. The manager offered to replace my meal but we had already waited 45 minutes and I was hungry. He said he would not charge me for the meal. Instead, when the bill arrived he had discounted whole meal by $4.45 instead of the cost of the fish and chips $8.79. Red Lobster across the U.S. has lost us as a customer. Don't make our mistake.

Sloooow!. Food mediocre at best. Had to ask for biscuits 3 times. Water I requested mid meal came with bill! Soup had congealed on the top because it was sitting around so long before our waitress brought it out. The special advertised on national TV... they never heard of!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Ate here solo on 4/2/11. Longish 25 -minute wait for a table. Drink took about 20 minutes to arrive. Ordered planked salmon with rice and broccoli and side salad. Broccoli was cooked well but cold. Rice and fish okay. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Tap beer was unavailable due to the bar area being refurbished, but the bottle Heinekens were not very expensive at $4.25/bottle. Dinner came to $25 with two Heinekens, which seemed reasonable.

Don't eat here. Just go somewhere else. I wrote a nasty letter to corporate about their piss poor menu. Here's what I told them: Dear Red Lobster, I stopped at this restaurant heading north on I-95 Sunday. You're Buerre Blanc and Tabasco recipe over Salmon and Shrimp was AWFUL! This was the worst seafood dish I've been served at this price in a long time. I asked the server why it was so lame and she told me that you goons at corporate send it in a can and tell them to dump it on the fish. If that's the case, at least put something better in the can. This is not fresh. You say on the website "enjoy our fresh catch menu". NOT FRESH!! There's nothing FRESH about that. It should read "enjoy our canned pre-cooked and reheated menu". It's kinda sad to see a restaurant go downhill like this. When I was 10 yrs old it used to be a 'special occasion' to go to Red Lobster...who decided to start turning this into a Waffle House with fish? I don't have a problem with short order food, but it usually costs $3-6, NOT $40! Im putting a review online along with others that are calling this place 'Dead Lobster' and 'Long John Silvers with an obnoxious pricetag'. Have you looked at these reviews? I hope someone in your company is paying attention to customer feedback here"

Food was good this place has been through renovations and it looks great. Food came out hot and it looked and tasted great. The biscuits are awesome. Everyone must try the new " Chili ginger shrimp" it's a new appetizer.

He said: Ok, this place has been around forever, but it is holding up. I had the wood grilled salmon which had no hint of wood smoke and was overcooked. The calamari was a little doughy, but not overcooked and I LOVE the fried peppers. The waiter was a star, his name was Roosevelt and was on everything, knowledgeable. She said: Our waiter was awesome! His name was Roosevelt. He knew the menu and made excellent suggestions. The calamari was good, as were the crab legs. I didn't care for the crab-stuffed shrimp, but my husband did. I would go back!

I visited this spot on 8.16.2014 and my waitress was Michelle. Michelle was prompt and professional. She provided us with the bomb.com service! I had the berry mango mrita and the crab and shrimp broil totally delish. This was my second visit in a matter of 6 months and the service has been consistent. If you go to this place ask for Michelle she is a beautiful blond lady in her early 40's, but looks like she's in her 20's with a very upbeat personality!

When I first moved to Florence a few years ago this Red Lobster was on par with most of the others in their chain but since then, the quality has taken a serious nose dive. The service has been fine but the food has been a severe disappointment the last few times I went. I ordered the crab alfredo and it came out as a still slightly frozen mass on my plate. Unfortunately, they were busy at the time and flagging down the server proved difficult so I ended up just eating around the chunk of ice. Big mistake because later that night I paid for it with severe stomach aches, and I pretty much have a stomach of steel. Very little upsets it but that crab alfredo had me worshiping at the porcelain alter. I returned another time for one of their endless shrimp specials and was disappointed yet again. The shrimp were barely bigger than salad shrimp and completely lacked flavor beyond salt. My husband had ordered something with mashed potatoes on the side and they came out rubbery along the edges, as if they had be microwaved for too long. Seriously, if you're looking for decent seafood, the long john silvers might be a better bet. At the very least, they're a little cheaper. I think even a McDonald's fish sandwich would be better than anything you can order from this particular Red Lobster. Better yet, try one of the local seafood places.

Service is terrible. Our waitress was the sweetest person but never brought our plates for appetizers or the sweet and low that we asked for numerous times. She asked us if we wanted more tea then walked away and after about 10 minutes came back and asked us if we wanted tea.

I have eaten at this Red Lobster a few times, but I went a couple months ago and that will be my last visit at this location. The food was good, and the service was okay, but somewhat slow. The issue I had was that I forgot my phone at the table when I left, and I returned within 15 minutes once I realized I forgot it. We tried to call it, but my phone was already powered off by someone within that time frame, so I figured they probably cut it off for me and put it up like most restaurants do when a phone is found. When I got there the people at the front sent me to speak to the person running the bar and he stated that no phones had been turned in. The waitress asked the people sitting at the table to allow her to check for the phone, but it was gone. When the waitress started asking who bused the table, all the server assistants (S.A.) started denying busing the table I sat at. Instead of finding that S.A., the manager advised me they would call if my phone turned up and of course there was no call. The scarier thing is before we left, my boyfriend's father had put $170 cash in the bill holder to pay the tab, plus the really nice tip that I left for the waitress, and he wanted to just leave it on the table for the waitress to pick up. I am glad we made him stay and wait for her to take the bill holder because I'm sure the cash would have went MIA too. I do not hold Red Lobster responsible for me leaving my phone, but I do hold them responsible for the type of employees they choose to hire. From now on, I would rather travel to another town if I choose to eat Red Lobster, but I do not plan on visiting this Red Lobster again.
