    Waiting for a check for more than 15 minutes is pitiful. I am ready to leave and can't because I have not received my bill despite asking for it. Come on... Let's go! I just wanna go to sleep and not bail on the bill. Maybe they need more help here, I don't know. Steak was undercooked too.

    Worst Chili's ever. Slow service, food was nothing like I've ever seen at chili's before. Waitress was not pleasant. Manager asked if we were OK, we implied we weren't and then she just took off. Guess we should have checked yelp before going to a chain that I've never had a problem with. Definitely won't be stopping here again while traveling through.

    Good food and service. Food is just a bit too spicy for me and I order the mildest selections. Always too cold inside.

    Unfortunately this Chili's location needs some work ok their communication and service skills. We sat in the bar for happy hour on a Friday, the host was pleasant upon arrival and we were seated quickly. I was a little annoyed to have to ask for the happy hour menu instead of being given it right away but that's ok. Happy hour features $3.50 classic margaritas, Barefoot wines, well drinks, and select draft beers. Our server Eugene was sweet but apparently a little confused about the Happy Hour specials. He told us all beers on draft were on Happy Hour and that the larger beer was $3.50. We ordered chips and salsa, "fried cheese" (don't know why they weren't just called mozzarella sticks), Texas cheese fries, a house salad, and the baked potato soup. Our food arrived quickly and it was all good except for the marinara with the "fried cheese". HOWEVER there is NOTHING on this menu for vegetarians who don't eat seafood- no veggie burger, vegetable quesadilla, vegetable fajitas or even a salad without meat (besides a small house salad). When the bill came out server had to get the manager as we were being charged $5.50 for each beer when we specifically asked our server we wanted to order the beers on Happy Hour special. Luckily the manager edited the bill stating our server was confused about the specials. However this dampened the whole dining experience and I would definitely prefer another chain restaurant the next time we stop for drinks and apps.

    This site closes at 10pm on Thursday. I called in my to go order at 9:54pm which to me means that the establishment is still open. I ordered chili queso and street tacos. I arrived at the establishment at 9:59pm. I went to the bar to order a beer and was told that the bar was no longer serving. So I set there for 15 minutes waiting on my order while watching the Clemson game without anything to drink or being offered anything to drink. So I asked the bartender his name. The bartender said "My name is Dan" and then he walked off. Dan came back in a few minutes to ask if there was an issue which I replied "Yes, I just don't understand why you can't serve me a beer while I am waiting?". Dan replied "Let me go ask my manager". After a few minutes I see Dan cleaning up walking past me multiple times acting as if Im not even there and my food has still yet to come out. I walked out by thanking Dan the bartender for the great service with no food in hand.

    This Chili's SUCKS! Sat there for 5 mins and no one came to the table. When the waiter finally came, we got our cold chips and then sat for almost 10 mins with no drinks. Seems like a lot of people working, but no one is doing anything.

    I just ate here with my family. We didn't have a waitress for about 20 minutes after being seated, and then STILL had to deal with slow service and a bad waitress. When we FINALLY received our food, it was salty to the point of being inedible. I would NOT eat here again.

    Arrived just before noon on Saturday and got excellent service and excellent food. Be sure to try the warm soft pretzel sticks.

    Possibly the poorest run chilis I have ever been to. Walked and waited forever just for a hostess to come from the back. Was seated and waiter came soon and was nice. Ordered appetizer and meal. Appetizer came and was barely warm. Had taken three bites when the meal came. Also barely warm. Waiter said he was sorry. But brought it any way. The couple across from me ordered, food was not prepared properly. Their plates were dirty and they didn't receive any silverware. I pointed out the issues and he said he would tell the manager who never showed up to apologize. Last thing was no itemized receipt. Gotta have that for a traveling man. It's almost like they forgot how to be a restaurant DO NOT go to this chilis if you are in town visiting. UPDATE I showed this review to the manager after requesting to talk to her and allowed her to see the review before posting it. She did nothing

    Bill not according to menu. Manager apologized for confusion but no changes. Order for spouse was completely wrong & they took back & recooked sandwich but left old cold fries on the platters! Lots of We Are So Sorry but no accommodations or adjustments offered. Also, wait staff huddled with manager most of time & we had to walk over to get attention for everything. This was at 11:39 on Sunday morning, so maybe they were not yet ready to serve- is so, should've left the door locked! Will not go back - many other options at this exit!!

    Oh lord. No. I'm really hoping I don't get sick from this meal. They ran out of Thousand Island dressing and didn't tell us until the salads came out. The broccoli? Weirdest texture and flavor - I think they threw it in the microwave with no liquid to soften it. The salads themselves were super wilted. I'm not joking when I say the cucumbers seemed to be well on their way to being pickles. The tomatoes were pretty close to being white in color - they were that unripe. The burger? Dry. The potato soup was ok, and my salmon was surprisingly good - best part of the meal. This place gets a two because the service was adequate - our server was nice and did what she could, but you can't do anything when the food is this craptacular. Chain restaurants are by nature supposed to be average and consistent. This place is barely passable. Eat ANYWHERE else.

    I think the only reason why this location is not closed down is due to it's location. It get interstate customers so that helps business. This place has changed managers way too many times which is why I believe it is run so poorly. Food comes out wrong and is hit or miss as far as taste. I used to get a lot of to-go orders online because I am unable to hear clearly to order over the phone. You can no longer complete online to-go orders at this location. You have lost my business as well as many others I know. Make sure you don't leave your customer copy of your receipt on the table. A friend of mine left hers and the waitress decided to add in her own $7.00 tip, this was after my friend left a cash tip on the table. Be sure and check out the large number of not recommend reviews below. Seems odd that they have such a large number not recommend.

    The place is empty but the service is so slow. The servers are friendly and the food is good but for a restaurant on the side of interstate 95 they Dont seem to understand the time frames of travelers. It is a franchise store so maybe the bar is set lower than corporate stores.
