Horrendous. Each order took 5 minutes minimum per car. Worst worst worst chick-fil-A Organization ever. 25 minutes in a drive thru line before ever seeing the window. Worst part? No escape from the line once you're in it. Nice captured audience design. With this in place, why would you try for even mediocrity?

The one star is only because i live near one and it is good..Now this one is horrible!..u mean u cook the lettuce..really!..fries awful and the chicken could have been good but really hot initially and by time i got my food it was over and done!..I was traveling but i will not be stopping back thru..#oneanddone

Don't be surprised by bad, slow service, even from Chick-fil-A. The location is a drive through only, with 2 sides. There is no indoor area. But it is busy, and I get suckered into stopping here just because of the chicken. Last visit on 5/27 Wed night, 7pm, I was about 4th in line, completed my order and then it stopped. No movement, just sat in line. At one point I saw 2 managers come out the back door, but not to attend their guests, they needed supplies. Not sure why, no explanation, just waited and waited about 15min. Then it finally moved and no sincere apology, here's your order, thanks. Other issues here include forgetting items, running out of their signature lemonade, and running out of salads. But I keep returning, because of the chicken, not the service.

Wow. I am shocked. This is the first time ever that I've seen poor service at a chickfila. I'm always greeted pleasantly at every chickfila with a happy voice and a "my pleasure" but we did not receive this from here. The lady taking our order mumbled and was not friendly. The young man at the cashier and window was polite and did thank us and say "my pleasure". This was also a very bizarre building. Double drive through and only outdoor seating and bathrooms. I gave it 3 stars because was still good.

I have eaten at Chick-fil-As all over the southeastern US and this is the only one I have ever questioned coming back to. The food is average compared to others but the service is extremely slow, even when I am one of 3 cars in line. Yesterday I sat in line for 20 minutes just to pull up and see 7 employees standing around chatting. One of them was even eating while working the walk-up window. Others were applying lip balm or playing with their hair. Way too many health violations for me to go back. At least until I hear that things have been fixed.

The food most times is good but I'm very surprised chick fila has not updated this location's building. There seems to be plenty of lot space for them to build a normally structured restaurant where they now instead operate out of what looks to be an old rally's. I have to assume their very small building limits them on how fast they can be but none the less it's pretty slow.

It was an interesting experience and I can see how some people might leave a bad review. The line of cars was backed up so much I couldn't even get into the parking lot to park. With that being said, I thought it must be over the top if people are willing to wait that long for their chick fil a. Man people are lazy, there were only three people at the walk up window and about 12 cars backed up in the drive through. Since I couldn't get into the parking lot, I just parked on the side somewhere and went to the walk up window. It wasn't a bad experience. I thought it was different and I did keep looking for where the dinning room was. Food was good and so was the service. I would give this place five stars, but whoever decided not to put a dinning room here had issues. They also need to redesign the drive through to make it a little faster, less crowded, maybe two drive throughs. The place could easily get four or five stars if it was engineered a little better.

I have to write a review because the other 2 reviews for this place are ridiculous. I have never ever had a problem with this place since it was built in the early 2000s(?) It's super convenient because you don't have to get out of your car. You can eat on the go or in the parking lot. If you'd like to eat there, you could order at the window but the only seating is outside.. or just go to the Chick-Fil-A at the food court inside the mall right next door! Employees are trained to be friendly so it's always a pleasant experience!

This is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a chick fil a... Chick fil a holds itself to a higher standard than most fast food joints. This locations's service was worse than even the worst McDonalds I've been too. I wish I could post ZERO STARS I am vegan... But when I was a meat-eater, less than a year ago, I LOVED, even CHERISHED, my trips to chick fil a. My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way to Savannah. Because of my dietary restrictions I wanted to ask if there was any dairy in the salads. When I asked all the girl said was "I don't know...." didn't even care to ask another worker or try to find out. Her attitude was characteristic of somebody who had just given up on life... To be approached like this while we were trying to purchase an enjoyable meal truly put a sour taste in my mouth. This place is truly a liability to chick fil a's reputation for impeccable service. Shutting the place down would probably increase the value of the company's shares...

Luckily I was just across the street when I realized that I did not get what I ordered. When I went back with order in hand I had to present a receipt. Then, a 2nd person still kept saying things like you said you want no extra pickles; not I want extra pickles. You want mayo with that right; may never came out of my mouth. Dont be fooled; this is not a regular chick-fil-A. Most folks who go to this chick fil a are either coming to or leaving Myrtle Beach; don't stop here if you want the regular chick-fil-a experience.
