My favorite! Most of all I like that they have many sugar free flavors, so I can try many of the seasonal drinks without worrying about calories or blood sugar levels. Starbucks can't match that, and the prices are much better too. They also have some great muffins and Danish. They have lunch items too but I haven't tried any yet. It's a great place to meet friends or to hang out.

The prices are a tiny bit high but the quality in terms of product, service and facilities justify the price. This establishment is geared toward the in and out coffee folks. I had a very pleasant talk with the owner, she questioned as to why my earlier review was not so pleasant and i explained to her my concerns and she was very understanding and even went as far as to explain that they had went that extra step to make shure that i got the my smoothie exactly the way i like it and at the same price. I like the fact that the owner didn't come across as mad about the review, but truly concerned and wanting to know, in fact, taking the initiative to implement customer service procedures to help tough cases like myself...lol. From one customer service to another , if the flow in fact does trickle down then this company will stay in business for a long time because they do care about their customer.
