Great place. 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby all enjoyed our dinner here. Wonderful service. Lots of food ordered all good. Let's see if I can remember some of it. Appitizers were the onoin rings and the artichoke/chips. Both very good. Dinners were the salmon - delish with the sweet potatoe as a side. Chicken tender dinner, very good. Stuff flounder - good. I think two people had maybe a tri-tip type sandwich. Both really enjoyed it. Kids meals were good. We will be back here again. A favorite when visiting.

We got there with a large group. We got seated quick. To start we ordered there spinach and artichoke dip. It was good but was a little overpriced for the amount we received. I ordered the BBQ grilled chicken sandwich. it was really good. The chicken was cooked just right. My wife ordered the copper river burger and said it was good. Others order their ribeye and said it was great. Cooked just the way they ordered. We went there for lunch so it would of been nice to see a separate lunch menu but all in all it was a good experience. Definitely will be back for dinner one night.

We went on on a Friday night and although it was crowded, we were seated right away. Our waiter, Chip, came by promptly to take our drink order. We decided to share the wings and got them teriyaki style. They were very good and fall off the bones tasty. Dinner for me was the rack of ribs. You get to choose a side and they have quite a few different choices other than slaw and French fries. I got the creamed spinach. The gentlemen I was with both got the prime rib. Our food arrived hot and we dug in. My ribs were good but not fall off the bone. The prime ribs were huge. My creamed spinach was very good and my companions loved their choices. We decided to share a brownie dessert. Very good.

I have to honestly say that this restaurant has never disappointed us in a year of going there. We try to patronize them at least twice a month. One time for take out and one time for dining in. We love the atmosphere. The food is always good. One of our favorites is the plank cooked salmon and the house salad. The portions are very generous. Always have to have a takeout container for leftovers. We have taken out of town visitors and their opinion is the same. The pizza is a treat too. Always fresh ingredients, the staff are friendly, and the food is excellent. It makes for a nice outing. Keep up the good work Copper River!

Nice place for a good lunch. Salads, sandwiches, pizza and a lot of other good choices on the menu. Good service and a great place for family and children. Nothing fancy, casual atmosphere and fast service.

We love Copper River Grill, we always try to go when visiting in the UpState area. Fried Chicken salad is GREAT, plenty of chicken (could be a meal alone / 5 tenders). A wonderful place to eat after a Clemson football game! Go Tigers!

Normally I'm not a big fan of this type of restaurant, but I've been happy with my visits to Copper River, particularly those to the Easley location. I have always had great service here, and the food has been consistently good. The large portions for the price are nice; I always end up getting dinner and lunch the next day. The management is extremely courteous and seem to truly want you to have a great dining experience. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied. I will return!

I really like the menu and atmosphere at Copper River. The Easley location is clean, dimly lit, and updated, but when they are busy, the place is loud. Servers are prompt and I have never had an order wrong and I tend to get complicated with my orders. I wish they had better beer choices on tap.

This used to be my favorite spot in Easley, but due to some inconsistencies lately I have to lower my rating from an easy 4 stars to now only being able to give them a solid 3 stars. When I moved here 6 months ago this place had it going on. I would usually be here twice a week and would normally order pretty much the same thing every time and leave it to the folks who were with me to try anything new. The house salad here is a meal in itself. Its a large Cobb salad with homemade warm bacon vinaigrette and honey mustard dressing. The dressing comes separately for you to use to your liking. It's easily one the best salads Ive ever had. The She Crab soup is always delicious and the only time it wasn't (They forgot to reduce the Sherry) the chef comp'd my whole meal. Its made with large chunks of she-crab and is thick and creamy with a light Sherry after tone. This place serves some decent burgers and they even have one named Bigfoot's Mother-In-Law. It is a half of a pound of beef topped ham and fried shrimp and thinly sliced fried onions, plus the works. It would feed a small african village. I've tried the Prime Rib and its delicious and they do have other steak options as well that are also tasty. The pizza's here used to be the best in town but for some reason they have fallen off lately. It used to be a super thin crust pizza with the edges folded over decoratively and cooked in wood fired oven to perfection. Now they have stopped the decorative crust and it always has waaaay too much cheese, almost like a liquid cheese sauce poured over and hard to eat without a fork. The taste is fine but its just not the same. My favorite is the Wood Fired Cedar Plank Salmon. They marinate the salmon for 24 hours in a delicious Teryiaki sauce and then wood fire it over a plank of cedar until the top has a crispy crust and is delicate and juicy inside. The last 3 times I have ordered this dish, there was no charred crust on the salmon, which is an important part of its character and taste. The White Chocolate Banana Pudding is something Angel's are made and it comes in a single serving or a portion large enough to share. All in all this is still a great restaurant and I still frequent this place often. The food when done right is an easy 4 stars and so is the restaurant. But until they fix these problems I can't give them any higher than a solid 3 stars.

We had an enjoyable meal. The menu was limited to very large portions. Way too big for most people. We left over half of our food. The service was okay

It started out slow we got there at 10:30 but over server Brandon when he came to the table was spot on !!!everything was perfect. And I don't EVER. say that. The stone fire pizza with olives was awesome. Steak was cooked to perfection. Got my son a pizza to take home to him. $50. not bad.

My family and I have dined here many times but today I was VERY disappointed with the host. Although the place was very busy - he SENT us to a round booth with 8 pretty large individuals after we'd waited about 45 minutes. There was NO WAY WE WOULD FIT IN THAT BOOTH. And he never came over - but sent the waitress back to tell us it would be ANOTHER HOUR before we could get another table!!!!! How RUDE and very distasteful!!!!!!!!! There was a kind couple next to the booth getting ready to leave who offer us there table to accommodate us. NEVER ONCE DID THE HOST COME OVER TO APOLOGIZE!!

Iama Critic Rating - Copper River of Easley - 2 Stars 102 Southern Center Way, Easley, SC Our Experience: Wow, I thought chain restaurants had some sort of consistent quality philosophy? But apparently this Copper River Grill didn't get the message! Every Copper River I have visited has received a four star rating, but not this dump! Frankly this Copper River has drifted too far from the mother river! Their presentation sucks, their quality sucks, and the value sucks. If they can't figure out how to make a decent burger and steak, they might as well close, change their name or cut their prices fifty percent. The Service - 3 Stars (16% tip) The service we received was average. Our waitress did little more than fill our glasses. She was not attentive, helpful or social. What is the point of having a waitress that will serve anything regardless of how bad it looks? Half the stuff she put on our table should never have been served to a customer! She is our representative in the kitchen. She should have told the chef she "Wasn't going to serve this slop". We typically provide 20% or more for 5 star service on the pre-tax portion of the bill, 18% for 4, 15% for 3, 12% for 2 and 0% for 1 star service. The Food: Entree Side Salad - 2 Stars What happened to Copper River's side salad? They got seriously cheap and served this tiny imposter that was missing half the goodies it used to have. $4.99 Kid's Cheeseburgers - 3 Stars The kids seemed to like the kiddie burgers, and that is a good thing. Maybe I should have order a kiddie burger instead of that $19 slab of dead cow leather. $11.95 Bigfoot's Mother-in-Law Burger - 2 Stars Apparently this Copper River doesn't give a hoot about presentation. Crushed bun, burger just slopped together and falling over, ingredients all over the place and mixed with side items. It took forever to clean the plates up to take photos! For $12 this expensive burger should look as good as it tastes, which by the way, tasted as bad as it looked. $11.95 Big Gambini Pizza - 2 Stars Are you kidding me? This is a restaurant pizza? I'd rather have DiGiorno! Pathetic! $7.49 Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries - 3 Stars Talk about skimpy, where is the bacon on this expensive appetizer? There is a point where a restaurant gets so cheap that their food is no longer worth the price. And this appetizer crosses that line! $18.95 New York Strip Steak - 1 Star Finally we arrive at the horror of the night. This $19 disaster of a "steak" is some of the worse grade NY strip I have ever tried to eat. It is "commercial grade" at best and filled with gristle and sinew. I counted three pieces I had to pull out of my mouth. Yea, that must look great if you are on a date! And I describe it's flavor as "Wet". that's it, just wet. Seriously, I routinely have better steak at Golden Corral! And to make matters worse Copper River brags about the quality of the steak. They say this New York Strip is "The Best Steak Deal in The Lower Forty Eight" and they serve only "The Finest Midwestern Beef Aged to Our Exact Specification"! Apparently Copper River's "Exact Specification" is to "Sell Commercial Grade beef for Prime Beef Prices." Simply put this was the worse steak I ever paid $19 for. Disgusting! Less that 2% of all beef is rated "Prime" or in other words "The Finest Beef". Copper River advertises and charges for "The Finest Beef" but this is entirely false, and false advertising always cost one star. Total Bill: $93.60 for four adults and two kids including tax, a tip and two $2.59 soda fountain drinks. The taxes in Easley are 9%, that is even higher than downtown Greenville. Final Thoughts: After our terrible experience at this particular Copper River I have to question whether our four stars ratings for the other Copper Rivers is still accurate.

Went there for lunch not to many people, but radio was rather loud. Decor rustic wilderness meets modern. Nice tall ceiling with wood beams runing across the ceiling. While I could not see to much of the kitchen, however it was open to the dinning room. From what I could see looked clean. Waiter was attentative to our needs, with refils on our drinks, and checking on how we liked the food. With out going over the place with a fine tooth comb I could say that there is nothing negative, other than the volume on the music which might havve been more soft iff the restaurant had more people. I forgot prices are moderate. You can walk out for less than $20 for about 2 people depending on what you order.
