Love all of their flavors and get this on my treat yo-self days. It gets crowded with college kids on the evenings since it's a short walk from a lot of the dorms.

I was craving donuts but decided some fresh Fro Yo would be a better option. This was my first time eating here and I was pleased from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They have to come from behind the counters to give all samples (this is a serve yourself type of place), but once I selected my Fro Yo flavors I was set. You sanitize your hands, take your cup and choose your Fro Yo flavor. Next you add whatever toppings you like. This gives you the chance to add as much or as little as you like, as they charge you based on weight. I believe it's $0.39 an oz. If you need a lid you'll have to request it. The interior was nice and clean, but the best part of this place has got to be their hours. They're open until 11p Mon-Sat and until 10p on Sun. You can pretty much satisfy your Fro Yo craving at any time.

I can see myself being really good friends with this place - especially on a nice night to where I don't want to get drinks and instead want some froyo. They've got great soft serve froyo and a great variety. I was impressed. The topping area seemed a bit small but I like the concept and I like that there are plenty of spots you can sit down and enjoy yourself. I like that they measure by weight and the prices are about what you would expect to pay just about anywhere else. Good find and will be back

Great variety of flavors and toppings, and the flavors are always changing so you'll never get bored! Pay per ounce. Love this place! Just watch out for the weekends: that's when the students swarm the place, and since there's not much seating, you might have to wade through them to get to the door.

Yoghut is the best, great flavors, clean and bright, really well priced and a nice way to cool off in the hottest city in the south.

These places are popping up everywhere but I'm glad I found something like this while I was visiting because it was so hot here. We got to try all the favor before committing to a favor. The cake batter was good but I like the honey Lavendar. They have topping but I wish there was just a little bit more, it was probably because I was looking for captain crunch.

Love it! Love the flavors and calories!

This is a terrific addition to downtown Columbia. The staff is cheerful, the restaurant is clean and bright, and the frozen yogurt -- yum!!! Yoghut's format is build-your-own -- you put the yogurt in the cup, you put the toppings on, and so YOU control how much and what goes into your dish. You pay by the ounce, not by the topping or flavor, so you can let your creativity (or cravings!) run wild and come up with some delicious combinations. Yoghut also offers smoothies in a variety of flavors, and optional mix-ins (energy booster, etc.). For a light lunch or a cool treat, I highly recommend Yoghut.

Excellent frozen yogurt :) They change their flavors daily, if not more often. Great prices and staff!

  • Gary T.

This is a good place for a healthy snack and is right on the outskirts of the University of South Carolina campus. Like a lot of frozen yogurt places, they will let you have samples to help you decide what you want. There were a lot of college kids in there when we stopped by (since it was close to our hotel). Maybe it was our imagination but it seemed like they kept looking over at us....I don't think they were used to seeing two "old" people in there, or a baby,LOL.

  • Paul B.

Frozen Yogurt! Yoghut is a nice clean, busy, busy, busy, frozen yogurt shop! They have a nice selection of yogurt and a huge selection of toppings! The place was jam packed full of people! However, it didn't take long at all to get our cups full of the frozen soft serve sugary sweet concoction and topped full of all the fruits, nuts, and candies one could ever want! The price is 39 cents per once so be careful with toppings! :)

  • Jen M.

Great treat that's not too bad for you. They have a good selection of flavors -- even Greek yogurt flavors -- and I love the fresh fruit and cereal toppings.

  • S W.

Glad to see this open near my workplace (USC). They offer soft-serve fro yo that you pull yourself in about 8 different flavors. It is actually pretty nutritious (relative to Sandy's Ice Cream just down the street). Loses points on the small toppings bar (32 deg has a big one in Forest Acres). Prices are in line with other fro-yo places.

  • Katie R.

I don't really get the yogurt craze. It's OK from Yoghut, but I think it's among the more expensive of Yogurt places. There aren't very many topping options compared to other FroYo places, but Yoghut is good once in awhile. It's super popular for University students and is basically on campus. It's always a big group meeting place, and when it's nice, you can sit outside.

  • Steve R.

The yogurt is good and I would recommend it to people who are into that kind of thing. Although I was not to pleased I will refrain from attacking its rating. There were not many options for yogurt but there is sure at least one that you will be pleased with. I will say that the whole concept of swirl it, top it, weigh it, is straight up delightful and the range of healthy and delicious toppings is spectacular. If you are planning on paying a visit I suggest that you do not fill your cup too full because it will hurt your price. After much contemplation I have come to the verdict that I will award Yoghut with four stars because it is certainly satisfying and has a great location next to the University of South Carolina.

Yoghut on Main Street is a great way to escape the heat in Columbia, SC! I have been hearing my friends and co-workers rave about Yoghut for the last few days since they opened, so I figured I'd go check it out tonight on my own. I am a real "foodie" so it's difficult to meet my standards, but Yoghut definitely exceeded my expectations. The environment is beautiful and clean, and the yogurt is simply delicious. They also have a wide variety of toppings. Soooo much better than that other frozen yogurt place (that I won't name) in Five Points. Be sure to check them out on a hot day!

    (5)
  • Meg D.

I love the different toppings... including fresh fruit, lots of different candy bars and sprinkles. They are very friendly and are willing to help you out. The thing I like is how you can add as many toppings as you want and they price it by weight. I added rasberries, snickers, butterfinger, white chocolate chips, sprinkles, and oreos. It was delicious!

  • Furman L.

This Yoghut is amazing. The absolute best "choose your own yogurt and toppings place" in all of Columbia. My wife and I have driven 10-15 miles just to grab some of this deliciousness. The prices are excellent, never spent more than about $10 for both of us. The location is great, adjacent to the USC campus. Parking is free for one hour in the Adesso garage (on the same block). Highly recommend!

  • Haley W.

Customer service beyond 100%. Literally every visit is a joy. I try and come so often because of this and the fact that their yogurt is on point! It's delicious and so are the smoothies. Definitely support this local business that never stops serving the community with smiles and friendliness!

  • Jay B.

This Yoghut has some of the best customer service that you will find in the restaurant industry. The staff is friendly and happy to help with anything. It can end up being a little pricey if you aren't careful about how much you're getting but otherwise, an amazing, fun place to get dessert after dinner or just a snack throughout the day!

  • Bess Z.

Guys, guys. "Yoghut" is actually an acronym. It stands for "Your Own Great, Healthy, Unique, Treat". Has your mind officially been blown? Mine was. (Okay, I may have forgotten what the G stood for, but cut me some slack; it's been 4 years since the owner told me!) Yoghut was one of the first, if not the first froyo shop to bring melty, delicious, irresistable, guilty goodness to Cola. Leave your conscience and diets at home, boys and girls, because your visit to Yoghut will take inner peace to the next level. (Trust me, it's hot as meatballs as you're reading this review, isn't it?) In my humble opinion, Yoghut has always surpassed the other froyo places in terms of flavor. This is the only place where I've had cheesecake froyo that actually tasted like a freaking New York style cheesecake. My other love is their bacon pancake froyo and... *Breaks into tears*... And I miss it so much. SO. MUCH. If you guys are in Cola... You are so lucky. Ever since I moved to MD I have been froyo cheesecake and bacon pancake froyo deprived. DEPRIVED, I TELL YOU. Tl;dr Life is short. Eat froyo. At a legit place. Like this one.

I had all chocolate yoghut which was good on weight, taste and cheaper than i thought. Want to go for other flavours.

  • Murray M.

Yoghut is my favorite yogurt place ever. They always have the best flavors. There has only ever been one visit where I haven't found at least one flavor I really wanted. I love the Irish Mint they have around St. Patrick's Day, and the Oatmeal Cookie is so good! I also love the Apple Pie, White Chocolate Mousse, and the Angel Food Cake. They also have a great topping selection. If you check in on Foursquare, you can get a discount.

    (5)
  • Emily E.

Second best froyo in town. If you can't find street parking there is one hour parking in the Adesso lot. Also if you use Foursquare they typically have 20% off discounts for this place. The flavors aren't as extensive as 32 degrees but not bad.

  • Robert B.

Delicious! It's a little expensive but so much fun! All of the assorted goodies to put on top of your giant cup filled with various flavors of frozen yoghurt are wonderful, and then the syrups and hot fudge and marshmallow topping...it's like five year olds grew up and started their dream froyo shop!

    (4)
  • Taylor H.

Extremely overrated because the business is close I campus and the Greek village. Yumilicious or 32 yogurt bar are better bets if you have a car and aren't confined to places within walking distance of your dorm.

    (2)
  • Ken H.

Original tart was a little drippy , but the fruit was fresh and ripe. The mango was perfect, it can get busy because this location is almost on campus, but they are open late which is a great bonus ! (Most days open until 11pm!)

  • Carl S.

Standard FroYo establishment. Usual toppings and reasonably priced based on weight. Friendly staff and rapid service makes it a go to.

    (4)
  • Trish B.

Basic frozen yogurt place. Had the strawberry + New York cheesecake flavors, very good after my long day. They also have coffee and smoothies if you want something other than the fro yo. Very clean, good atmosphere.

    Super!
