This is the worst Starbuck's location I have ever visited. My order was wrong and when I brought this to the attention of the manager, she was rude and very unhelpful. Not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but I will never come back. This location just takes too long, makes too many mistakes and seems dirty to me.

Many of my reviews mention my opinion that Starbucks coffee is overroasted and has a burned taste. I think they've solved this with their new "Blonde" roast. Much lighter in flavor, it's actually drinkable. Some of the *$ have free samplings, so give it a whirl. As to this location, I found it convenient except that they don't have a drive through. The staff were quick and speedy (drink much coffee??) and friendly. No problems with my order.

I travel all over the country and this is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The guy behind the register said What? To every customer in line. Pay attention and listen kid! He was unaware of what a Marshmallow Dream Bar was and the got an attitude when I showed him where it was in the case. Every customer in line or waiting for drinks was clearly frustrated. They had plenty of employees, just didn't have any competent of doing their job. The store was also VERY dirty. Just a horrible location and clearly in need of new management! And the coffee was terrible!!

Well, most of my extra cash goes to starbucks- I am a huge fan in general. Maybe I shouldn't be. I come here and do work and my husband studies... The one closest to our home is this particular location and I will say the staff is nice but clearly underpaid and over worked. I am not exaggerating... Only ONE barista making drinks even at all peak hours. With no help except cashier or someone cleaning. Getting a drink takes a minimum of 7 minutes. And that's being kind.... And many times drinks are wrong.... (Right now I have been in line writing this and so far my wait is over 8.5 minutes. And that wasn't including the line!) Only 2 of the outlets work for chargers and there are MANY available. Lastly, starbucks is a smoke free environment and tons of the patrons smoke. I have asthma and feel really bad asking people to move away a little or feel embarrassed as if I should move....so normally I don't... This week alone, smoking problem happened twice.

This place is always packed. French roast coffee is really strong. There is also only one bathroom. I dunno. I like local so oooo much better!!! Being said, I love Starbucks chai coffee/tea.

This Starbucks is my personal favorite. I always get a good greeting when I arrive and always get a fresh product. The service is just great...keep it up guys. You are appreciated

I'm a Starbucks fanatic...so much so, that when I travel out of state, I always research the nearest Starbucks to my hotel. This was the location for my trip. I always order the same drink...but they had to remake it twice and still got it wrong. Trust me...it's not a challenging order either. Finally I just gave up and left disappointed. The place was crowded and maybe the reason it seemed a little messy and unorganized. The staff who took my order though were very nice. I avoided this Starbucks for the rest of my stay in town. The one in the nearby mall was better.

The hotel we were staying at had the worst coffee in the world and it was such a pleasure to come into Starbucks on two occasions and have David always with a smile just really's to southern hospitality service an incredible cup of coffee thanks David for a safe trip home

This Starbucks is constantly understaffed. There are never enough people to handle a rush. Often times they are out of product and are unable to make certain drinks. The staff is generally unfriendly and underpaid. On top of this- they are like all Starbucks....overpriced, over roasted, and poor quality. Honestly, I don't understand the "loyal to the brand" people. There are a lot better options than this, and they're all within 15 miles. If you're in Chapin try The Wired Goat Cafe, if you're in Irmo, try Loveland Coffee, Further downtown there is Cool Beans, Immaculate, and Drip. In west Columbia there is 116 and Cafe Strudel. Support local, not corporate. There's no reason to go to this place if you can avoid it.
