Nice clean place. Not too busy, but it is a Monday night. We had the chicken Bella, a steak, and fried shrimp. All was tasty and cooked right. The zucchini is very tasty.

Went during lunch on a Friday to this Ruby Tuesday. Girl at the front got tied up on the phone with a call in order, and a server quickly stepped in and seated me and the others that came in behind me. Ordered the chicken with pasta with salad bar. Server was prompt in taking the order, keeping my beverage glass full, and bringing my meal. Food was hot, delicious, and filling.

Petit steak was as good as any steak shop.

Good variety on the menu. Salad bar is a decent size with a lot of options. Food was good -- our salad ordered off the menu hit the spot - Southwestern Salad. Service was good and attentive. I would return if I was in the area again.

Glad that they are open late! The burgers are good and the salad bar, when stocked, is yummy!

Service was okay but the food was not good. The backed potato was probably reheated 20 times. Thank goodness for coupons. I don't know why I keep coming back.

The food was prepared well and in a timely fashion. But service was slow and and unfriendly.

Steak was perfect. Excellent service. Great salad bar as in most Ruby Tuesday restaurants.

I have no idea why I went back to this place. The last time I was here, the only decent thing they did was offer me an iced tea to go. This was no different. I went in around 1:30 for lunch. I was shown to my table and seated. Fifteen minutes later, just as I was standing up to leave, my server, a kid named Antoni, shuffled up and took my order in a barely coherent tone of voice. I was just there for the salad bar, so I got up and decided to help myself. There was one plate on the bar and barely anything up there. No lettuce (except raw spinach), nothing that might go on a salad. The vegetable containers were all empty, but I saw what might have been peas and mushrooms and onions. There was a lonely little slice of tomato sitting there, so I grabbed it - I didn't want him to feel unwanted and grow up to be a rotten tomato. The only thing that looked edible was the pasta salad and some cold broccoli salad, both of which were horrendous. I nibbled on some chunks of sliced ham and waited for the bar to get refilled. I finally got tired of waiting and asked someone if the bar got restocked, or if it was just sort of there for decoration. They assured me that it would be restocked, so I waited. Patiently. And then not so patiently. Thirty five minutes later, at the end of my lunch break, there was still nothing on the bar. Insofar as I could tell, nobody had touched it. I looked around for my server (whom I hadn't seen since I got my first and only glass of tea) to ask for my check. I finally tracked him down while he wandered around behind the shapely hostess, staring at her ass like he'd never seen one before. I can't really blame him, but there's a time and a place for that. I asked for my check and got it another ten minutes later. I remember why I don't go here. The one in Lexington is excellent - good food, fresh food, pleasant servers. This one here was full of servers standing around and laughing, talking about their weekend sexual escapades (I wish I were joking), and generally ignoring their customers. Trust me when I say, I'll never go back again.

We stopped by on our way home from vacation, I was in desparate need of a salad. The hubby had the buffalo chicken and wasn't very impressed, but the peach margarita I had really hit the spot. The server was very perky and accomodating, the lighting was low, the manager was very attentive to the patrons.

Very average food. Nice staff. Honestly, the chef seemed skilled, my girlfriend's steak was cooked well and tasted alright, but my pasta just tasted so plain. I don't blame the chef, but rather extremely cheap ingredients.

Terrible service. Took an hour and a half to get any food. Server had a sour face all the time. Clearly hated her job. Avoid!

What a pleasant surprise! We had dinner at Ruby Tuesday recently (not my pick) and I was expecting your standard chain restaurant sub par food with mediocrity all around (I prefer to support small mom & pop local businesses). Since it happened to be very close to the movie theater we were going to, I went along with having dinner at Ruby Tuesday, but to be honest, I wasn't too excited about dinner there. Well, they showed me! Food was waaay better than what I anticipated. I had their queso & chips with a side of guacamole dip and picante salsa, and really liked it. The queso was creamy, very nicely seasoned, and just hit my tastebuds the right way. My three friends seemed very content with their dishes too. One had their chicken quesidilla and it looked delicious. I am vegetarian but I'd love to order it without the meat and go crazy dipping in their mouthwatering chipoltle-like sauce (which I tasted and is yummy!). The highlight I think for all of us was oddly the bread basket! It had a nice combination of slightly sweet w/a bit of savory and was warm, fresh, and just melted in our mouths. We had so many refills, I lost track of how many rolls we each consumed! Price is VERY pocket friendly, if you're financially conscious, this restaurant will not hurt your wallet. I think my meal was under $10 and the portion size was very generous. Service was good but it was a little on the slow side. I'm a little shocked to say that I'd recommend this place and would not at all mind going back. They have turned Ruby Tuesday around for the better!

Our dinner plans went south when we realized that every place was completely jammed on a Saturday night and we weren't willing to wait over an hour. We drove around looking for something and came upon this place. It was reasonably busy, but nothing like downtown. We had a really nice dinner. Surprisingly. I know I had never been to one of their restaurants, but I would certainly try one again based on our experience here. The food was good and fresh, the service was decent and the prices were good.

This restaurant jumps from a standard 3 -star franchise/chain to 4 because of our amazing waiter (Kevin, I think - terrible because I should have recalled his name!). Salad bar was small but fresh and delicious. Spinach artichoke dip was ok and the chips were a bit stale - no big ticket item here. I would pass on it next time. Mom and I both ordered the pork chop with mash potatoes and green beans. Delicious - this chop was so tender that we ate it with a fork. It had a slightly smoky flavor with a mildly spicy glaze but it was wonderful. Highly recommend this spot for a nice afternoon lunch. Service as I mentioned with top notch! Menu was predictable for this type of place - ribs, chicken, salad, burgers, steak. Entrees run $11-$25. Left feeling nice and full. Located in an area that is a bit rundown in my opinion but this was a Sunday and it was quiet. Columbia in general feels like everyone has skipped town.
