Ultimate location but forget about finding a seat to web surf during lunch times. Great management, fresh food and excellent customer service. I had an issue with the email link for my rapid order and they gave it to me on the house. Parking can be a nightmare during busy times though

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. There was one person ringing up a line of about 7 guests. The drink station was dirty and not stocked. Our food sat for at least 15 minutes at the counter. I didn't witness a single table be cleaned while we were here. The floors were dirty. There were multiple hairs in my sandwich and on my plate. Panera typically has great food, but it seems that this location needs management to step in and lead its staff. This was very surprising and disappointing.

Four cheese soufflé was delicious this morning along with the strawberry smoothie w ginseng. Friendly staff very little wait time, the dining area was clean and is set up nicely. They open at 6am here so that's good for early birds that want a little something different from you normal fast food chains. Up early check this place out !

We've been going to Panera for breakfast on Sunday mornings for the past 2 years. The service has gotten gradually worse month after month continually running out of decaf coffee. Continually running out of half and half. Staff is not trained properly. Management doesn't seem to care either. If there is anything good to say , it would be about the good. It is very good. The good is the only reason I can give as to why we return.

Standard Panera joint. I always recommend their constantly changing soup/salad/sandwhich combos. My only wish is that they make their "for here" water cups larger. I have to refill about four time while I'm there.

Fresh food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. A great place for breakfast, lunch, or to meet a study group. I love the free Wi-Fi. My only complaint is the cheesy elevator music. ;)

Panera is a terrific neighborhood cafe/bakery that I love going to. The space is well-lit with natural sunlight as about half the venue is covered with wall to ceiling windows, love that! The free wi-fi is a bonus and I have found Panera to be a great place to work in, they offer lots of outlets throughout the restaurant, and the connection is pretty good. Service is friendly. Food is good. I've had quite a few things off their menu but my favorite is their mediterranean veggie (filling and tasty w/loads of vegetables!). I am also a big fan of the soup and 1/2 sandwich combo, and love to get their tomato & mozzarella panini with their creamy tomato soup, it is yummy! For drinks in the Spring/Summer time, their iced infused green tea is delish. Oh, one other plus is that when the weather is warm, they do have a couple of patio tables, so it's really nice to have that outdoor option.

The chicken stew was excellent. Panera is always a great lunch choice. Never had anything but superb food and service.

I'm actually at Panera as I write this review...my new office away from home. Enjoy free high-speed wireless, excellent house coffee and exotic teas and many mouth watering bakery goodies. My favorites are the spinach souffle, the apple turnover and the whole grain bagels. For lunch you can never go wrong with their sourdough bowl soups and gourmet deli sandwiches. Everything is reasonably priced in the $5-7 range. The place is not as roomy as the one on Garners Ferry Road and fills up quickly during lunch hours. Better go early morning or late afternoon. The location is pretty good (it replaced Atlanta Bread Company last year) and you have instant access to a variety of restaurants, department stores, grocery and convenience stores, Regal Cinema, art galleries and all sorts of boutiques and toy stores.
