    They have a call ahead program if you don't want to wait in line. This steakhouse is the best steakhouse in town. Every time that I have stepped into this restaurant, I have been greeted with a smile and with quick service. In the last year I have eaten at the Longhorn steakhouse for approximately 3 times and every single time this service with five out of five rating and the food was phenomenal. I always loved their Parmesan chicken it is phenomenal, and their steaks are good there. Steakburgers are good too. So I am definitely going back to this restaurant again very soon and I highly recommend that you check them out. I didn't see a long wait line. However if you are concerned with wait time Longhorn steakhouse has a program called the call ahead program which allows you to call them in advance so that you can begin your wait time at the time that you call ahead. This is very convenient if you have a large group of people or you're in a rush and so forth

    Never real been a big fan of longhorns but, this put the nail in the coffin. They put butter on top of the steak and all over the veggies. Who puts butter on top of a perfectly good steak. Actually it wasn't perfectly good. It was tough as beef jerky. Service was good but, if you see almost the whole steak left on someone's plate you should figure it out if you are a good server. I also said something about it. There was a plus in this review. The server just came with the bill and said that someone took care of it all, have a good night. There was an older gentleman talking with our kids in the waiting area. I think he was the one. That was really cool of him. There are great people in this world. Doubt he uses yelp but, if he does thank-you very much! Doesnt change my review though.

    This is an awesome restaurant. I like the setting, the service is great, and the food is really good, too. I had the ribeye steak with baked sweat potato. Yum!!!

    had a great meal. Wife had the filet and I had herb encrusted filet with lobster. waitress was very friendly with out being a pain in the ass. would have like to have tried the deserts , too full. Maybe a little spendy, but what isn't .

    I love the food here! Every location I have been to is delicious and the service is always good. The Asheville and Gervais locations are wonderful as well! We are regular customers and will continue to be.

    Five stars for the excellent service we received tonight. Our server, Melissa, and the manager made us feel very special and were very accommodating to our family, including our infant twins. Considering how busy the restaurant was on a Saturday night, this was truly above and beyond.

    I've been to other Longhorns before that were a little better. The main issue I have is that the food here isn't always consistent. Sometimes the steak will be great, other times it will be kind of tough and harder to eat. It just depends on the night I guess... Service is always pretty good though!

    I had the new Champagne lobster filet. It was amazing. Best meal that I have had in Columbia. Usually we have to go to Charleston to get something this sophisticated. The lobster was in hollandandaise sauce over a very rare steak. If you want to find out how good the steak is ask for rare. The steak has to be tender or you will know it. The lobster was cooked just right. The flavor blended just right nothing over took the dish. The mushroom risotto was creamy with large slices of fresh mushrooms. Wow i am not one to finish my meal ever, but this was outstanding not a morsel left.

    Have eaten at this restaurant chain many times but had the worst meal there tonight. Ordered bourbon pork tenderloin based on picture in special menu. I did ask that the pork not be pink inside. It came out in two small strips, nonexistent sauce and heavily seasoned (like blackened) with a very spicy rub. It was extremely dry and tough. If the cook was trying to make a point because I don't want to eat undercooked pork, he made his point and ruined my meal. The green beans were also thin and chewy. All and all a big disappointment. The waitress was attentive. I had no issue with the service.

    My family and I never ever will return to this restaurant. It's disgusting, terrible food, cold, dry, tasteless variety. And the Two Notch rd is same SHt! I remember back on time Ryan's was delicious and a good place to enjoy with family.

    I was really disappointed. My daughter was leaving for the military so she wanted Longhorn. The wait time for early Saturday afternoon was about 40 minutes. We ordered & it took about 1 hour for us to get our food. While we waited the waitress never checked on us. When we finally got our food it was on the verge of being cold. And the steaks were of bad quality because they were tough & very veiny. Longhorn, you need to do way better.

    It was training night. There was way to many new employees wandering the store. I think I counted four hostesses... FOUR! The bartender had seven at the bar and four tables plus all of the drinks he had to make and to add salt to his wounds there were carry-outs. He was simpley overwhelmed and no one was giving him a hand. I never saw a manager, so the kitchen must have been understaffed. Food was slow to come but tasted as an average Longhorn does.
