Worked in downtown Columbia almost 10 years and just tried this place. It was hard to get in because of being so crowded and parking is a mess, so definitely walk here if you can. You order at the counter and then find your own table while waiting on them to bring out your order. Don't be a newbie like me and wander around aimlessly trying to figure out where to go, enter, then go left and find the menu listed above the ordering counter. The gyro was good but portions were slightly smaller than I would have liked. Flavor was good. I might come back at a less crowded time and try something else next time.

I used to go here regularly when I worked downtown and I love it so much I'm still willing to fight for a parking space to grab a gyro! Parking is a bit difficult during the lunch rush but there are lots of meters around... you just might have to drive around the block a couple of times to find something. The chicken gyro is delicious. The sauce is DEVINE! I get 2 cups so I can dip my fries in it too. The baklava is nice and they also have other sweet treats. The staff is always friendly and I also like that they have a separate pick up window so if you call ahead then you don't have to wait in the line! (It does get packed at lunch so I'd suggest heading over a little before noon or waiting until 1:30ish.) It might be a bit of hassle to get to but it's well worth it for a quality lunch!

My boyfriend and I tried Greek Boys for the first time yesterday. We went meatless since it was Ash Wednesday and just got the Greek Salads. We weren't that impressed with the salads - seemed pretty simple (iceberg lettuce, couple of cherry tomatoes, a couple Greek olives, and a few peppercini peppers). I felt like the portions were a little small. I definitely want to go back and try more from the menu. The chicken smelled amazing and the sandwiches looked wonderful. More so, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was clean.

My wife and I go here often for lunch and they have never missed a beat! The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. Usually I get the chicken souvlaki sandwich (pita) and it's always fresh and tasty. The only negative I can say is they are only open for lunch during the week. That just makes it all the more special when we eat there!

Stopped in for lunch. Friendly and quick service with great good. Ordered the chicken tips which were served on a bed of rice with honey mustard sauce. The chicken was very moist and well seasoned. The side Greek salad was also delicious - fantastic dressing. As someone who was passing through Columbia, I'm glad this place was recommended to me. Keep up the good service!

Whoever says this place isn't great, needs their taste buds checked. This place is soooo good! Those chicken tips with the rice and Greek salad are to die for! I love this place so much my coworkers and I have eaten here 3 Fridays in a row! I just hate they're not open on Weekends. Get there early because they get crowded quickly!

I have worked in the area for over 5 years now, and it's no secret that Greek Boys is my favorite place for lunch. Pretty much anyone can find something on the menu that they'll enjoy, such as pasta, beef, chicken, and burgers (which I hear are really good). I'm partial to the tilapia and salmon, which can be prepared grilled or blackened and come with rice and Greek salad. Business is good, so if you visit during the lunch rush don't be surprised if seating is limited, especially for large parties. It's worth fighting the crowd though.

Found this nice little cafe around the corner from a convention i was attending. The place seemed very popular and the food was very good. Had the beef tips. Only problem they had was NO Soup on a cold day. I was pretty bummed

food is good, only problem I have with them is they close middle of day at 3 pm.!!! I don't get it... my lunch starts at 2:30, tried many times to have my lunch at this place, and the door always locked....!! they should change their hours at least till 5pm... so they will get way more business!!! I just don't get it..!!:( :(

Best gyro in Columbia!!!! ...almost the only gyro in Columbia. But don't let that fool you. Their gyros are effing delicious! My only complaint about this place is that they're only open for lunch. I understand that downtown is practically empty after 6pm. But I'm almost never free at lunch. And when I am, I'm nowhere near here. So I don't get to eat here as often as I would like.

I'd give this place ten stars if I could. Great Greek food at great prices, nice people, family owned and run, Columbia lunch iconic spot.

I had the Greek Salad with chicken. The chicken was tender and so tasty. It was cooked perfect and juicy not dry. This is all I had there so far but everything looks great I will be back.

It wasn't too bad. I think the fact I went in during everyone's lunch break is what made it a little unenjoyable. The food seemed kind of rush, fries were room temperature, and was really loud. I'll have to come back at a less busier time for sure.
