I ordered from here earlier tonight. I am a fat man who has eaten at an incredible number of chinese takeout places. I can overlook expensive because they deliver to my house. What I cannot over look is the fact that this was the singular worst Chinese food I have ever had by a substantial measure. I don't mean bad by two dollar signs on yelp standards. I don't mean bad by questionable chinese buffet standards. i mean bad by grocery store frozen food standards. It was bad. The Wonton Soup was doughy and unseasoned. the lo mien was possibly prepared only by boiling with seasoning. The fried wontons were overcooked. The only mildly redeeming parts of this meal were the crab rangoon (the same as everywhere elses - frozen) and the fact that they delivered. As to the question of the delivery - it arrived an hour after they said it would get to my house.

Pleasantly pleased with this place. Got take out after having a real serious craving for general Sao tofu. It was the perfect consistency. Crunchy outside and nice and buttery on the inside. Super hot! Only thing I wish were that there had been more sauce to mix my rice in. Definitely going to come back!

Service great, food good but portions are way too large. Spring rolls were excellent. I wish they had Dr. Pepper or carried Coke products.

Disappointed. I have ordered from Golden Dragon in the past and have been very satisfied. But this time, not so much. The shrimp fried rice had half a dozen or so shrimp. Not nearly enough to call it "shrimp fried rice". The egg rolls were over cooked. I hope this restaurant can get back to preparing quality food like they used to.

Their current website is "old menu" per the guy on the phone - delivery terms are bogus for sure, who knows what else is. First my order was too low at $14 (the website says min. $12 for delivery but the min. becomes $20 when you call). Then when I increased my order to around $22 and called back, my location (a hotel 1.3 miles from the store which had been perfectly fine beforehand) suddenly became too far outside of their "limited delivery area." Oh, and be careful when placing any telephone order..."add cashews please" means "one order cashew chicken" to the order taker and it took some convincing to get him to forget the cashew chicken and finally the cashews altogether (this is before I found out my hotel had magically become too far away). Maybe the food's good and maybe the online menu and prices are somewhat close to reality - or maybe not - but the people running the operation are serious flakes.

This place was great. I judge every Chinese restaurant by the quality of their hot and sour soup. Theirs was perfect! I also had broccoli chicken. Everything was made fresh, was delightfully tender and had a light flavorful sauce. The portion size was huge! I had enough for dinner and for lunch today, so it was a great value for the price. The staff is so friendly and helpful and we talked about the Chinese new year. They deliver, and offer pick up as well as dine in. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will be back when I'm on that side of town and craving good Chinese.
