I honestly have no idea which Cracker Barrels I went to... But both were amazing, and I doubt the others are any worse. I loveee their bbq chicken with the corn with bbq sauce + butter. Yummm you don't get stuff like this in California! The food is pretty heavy, but hey, I've been on the road for half a day! I also got a HUGE baked potato, and that really filled me up hahah. Other than that, their fried okra is pretty good too, a bit on the mushy side. Going to Cracker Barrel is a definite must if you're on a road trip!!

When I was a younger and traveled frequently for work (both, as a Marine and then a civilian), I had a goal to eat at as many different Cracker Barrels as possible. It was fun to count how many I'd been to, but I also knew I'd be able to find a good, consistent, quality meal (I'm a big fan of Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast). I eat at this location semi-regularly now and appreciate all their military memorabilia. I've purchased several USMC shirts, Wounded Warrior Project items, etc. Because I appreciate their support for our men and women, I buy this stuff here instead of going online and buying it cheaper from some yahoo in a warehouse that may not give a rat's behind. It's worth the extra expense, to me. If you're coming as a group, though, I'd suggest calling ahead. I've heard some old people throwing tantrums in the middle of lunch hour because they showed up with a bus of 80 people and then ran the place out of pot pie before they got their order in... This one is always busy, too, so finding a parking spot can get a little tricky.

My trusty ole Cracker Barrel! If your on the road in the south you gotta try a Cracker Barrel! The menu is jam packed with good, hearty food. I have never come out of a Cracker Barrel not satisfied. It's one of those places I kind of dread going to when its mentioned because they always seem so busy..but once I'm there the experience is good :) And who can resist browsing through the goodies in the store??

We love coming to Cracker Barrel every time we visit the south! We had the sweetest waitress named Yvonne! She took great care of us, was super sweet, and had amazing customer service. The food was awesome and all the gifts are reasonably priced! Cracker Barrel will always be one of outer favorites. Thanks again to Yvonne and the staff at this particular store for doing such an awesome job and making it such a great experience!

Holy moly, their biscuits are pretty darn good! I'm not a huge fan of bread or biscuits but if placed in front of me at a restaurant, I will indulge. I only see Cracker Barrels off of highway exits during road trips so it was perfect timing to grab brunch on our way back from Myrtle Beach. The first thing you notice are the rocking chairs for sale lined up in front of the restaurant. You can't help but sit in one and try one out! I'm guessing all Cracker Barrels are designed the same way as this was my first visit ever but you can expect a restaurant and gift shop in one. As soon as you walk in, you can't help but walk through an open space of random, festive gift items and candies. This makes sense since most of these restaurants are off highway exits and several of their daily diners are from out of town. Back to their biscuits....warm, soft, freshly baked & is perfect with their house gravy or my favorite, their apple butter. I was a huge fan of the Flying Biscuit's apple butter but Cracker Barrel's version is just as good! My entree choice was solid. I ordered off their low-cal menu but was distracted by their awesome biscuits so meal wasn't so "low cal" afterall but I was okay with it! Our server was great and my company was even better! I can honestly say that she is one of the few servers that we have had that we will never forget! We will never forget Charlene, AKA "Lene"!

Had to ask for Honey 3 times new before I got it, water not refilled, chicken fried chicken tastes like it was frozen and refrozen. Biscuits and meatloaf were good. If not for the poor service it would have been a solid 3. Still better than Burger King and I will keep coming back for more average.

You know you're in trouble when this happens. She took our order and another 40 minutes went by until the food finally arrived. So now we're in this dinner for an hour and 15 minutes. Hold on. We asked for some forks and waited another 20 minutes for the kitchen to wash the forks. What a JOKE of a restaurant !!!

Nice little connected store. I do think they could make it more telling of where to go when you walk in. If you really think about, there is not a single ounce of healthiness in any of the foods I will mention below. It's a disgusting thought. Fried Chicken Tenderloin: Yummy. Mac 'n Cheese: So creamy. Dumplins: This is like eating really thick potsticker skins drenched in milky, creamy, buttery gravy. Breaded Fried Okra: A little dry. I like how okra is naturally gooey and part of that gooeyness was gone. Hush Puppies: Deep fried cornmeal balls. DELISH! A bit pricey especailly since you only get three balls for one order.

Heavy heavy heavy! After eating here, I have absolutely no doubt as to why Southerners are big. I would not eat here more than once in a blue moon. If you really think about, there is not a single ounce of healthiness in any of the foods I will mention below. It's a disgusting thought. Fried Chicken Tenderloin: Yummy. Mac 'n Cheese: So creamy. Dumplins: This is like eating really thick potsticker skins drenched in milky, creamy, buttery gravy. Breaded Fried Okra: A little dry. I like how okra is naturally gooey and part of that gooeyness was gone. Hush Puppies: Deep fried cornmeal balls. DELISH! A bit pricey especailly since you only get three balls for one order.

I honestly have no idea which Cracker Barrels I went to... But both were amazing, and I doubt the others are any worse. I loveee their bbq chicken with the corn with bbq sauce + butter. Yummm you don't get stuff like this in California! The food is pretty heavy, but hey, I've been on the road for half a day! I also got a HUGE baked potato, and that really filled me up hahah. Other than that, their fried okra is pretty good too, a bit on the mushy side. Going to Cracker Barrel is a definite must if you're on a road trip!!

Health nuts need not apply (Yeah, I'm talking to you, Shannon). I love my Cracker Barrels. When I was a younger and traveled frequently for work (both, as a Marine and then a civilian), I had a goal to eat at as many different Cracker Barrels as possible. It was fun to count how many I'd been to, but I also knew I'd be able to find a good, consistent, quality meal (I'm a big fan of Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast). I eat at this location semi-regularly now and appreciate all their military memorabilia. I've purchased several USMC shirts, Wounded Warrior Project items, etc. Because I appreciate their support for our men and women, I buy this stuff here instead of going online and buying it cheaper from some yahoo in a warehouse that may not give a rat's behind. It's worth the extra expense, to me. If you're coming as a group, though, I'd suggest calling ahead. I've heard some old people throwing tantrums in the middle of lunch hour because they showed up with a bus of 80 people and then ran the place out of pot pie before they got their order in... This one is always busy, too, so finding a parking spot can get a little tricky.

My trusty ole Cracker Barrel! If your on the road in the south you gotta try a Cracker Barrel! The menu is jam packed with good, hearty food. I have never come out of a Cracker Barrel not satisfied. It's one of those places I kind of dread going to when its mentioned because they always seem so busy..but once I'm there the experience is good :) And who can resist browsing through the goodies in the store??

This place is great. It's never going to compete with your grandma's or mom's cooking, but honestly, what ever will? Great southern food, unique atmosphere, and family friendly.

We love coming to Cracker Barrel every time we visit the south! We had the sweetest waitress named Yvonne! She took great care of us, was super sweet, and had amazing customer service. The food was awesome and all the gifts are reasonably priced! Cracker Barrel will always be one of outer favorites. Thanks again to Yvonne and the staff at this particular store for doing such an awesome job and making it such a great experience!
