Dog friendly patio with a projector TV in evening. Lots of 6top tables outside..could use a few two or four tops...especially for a solo diner. Been twice. 1-Filet was fork tender and cooked perfectly. Asparagus risotto was tasty, but had a pasty consistency and mouth feel. 2- Chili was excellent- ground steak and red beans with diced tomatoes and green peppers. Mild spice. Greek salad with grilled chicken was very nice- generous meal sized portion of arugula, green peppers, red onions, feta, cucumber and olives top with we'll seasoned grilled chicken breast. Food presentation good, Friendly staff. $ 20-40 per person (with a beer)

Had NY STRIP. Mine had a lot of fat and so did my husbands. For a $30 steak was expecting a little better. Nice date place. Not really a family restaurant. Service was very good. Wait staff was attentive quick professional. Had great scallops, good potato soup, onion soup. Nothing really to complain about but the price I guess. Was dark inside. Name was a little off putting. When we searched it we thought it was a strip club. May want to reconsider name. All good though. It was Ok.

I really wanted this place to be good. Having lived in culinary cities (Chicago, San Francisco, DC), I wanted to find an authentic steakhouse to love in Columbia. First, we ordered the spinach/artichoke/filet dip, it came out cold, but once the kitchen re-heated it, it was delicious. I ordered the ribeye medium rare, it was prepared rare at best, and lacked any flavor. My friend ordered the salmon, nothing to write home about. Service was decent, but they need to up their flavors, or have something super special going on to bring me back.

Save your time and money. The setting is strange and it's a very close fit in the restaurant. The food was beyond subpar. Definitely not worth the money. Go to Liberty Tap room or five guys. You'll save money and be much more satisfied with your food. The one star is for the service. The waitress was at least nice.

The food, flavor, atmosphere was very pleasing, much to be desired, presentation of the food was Excellent. A host of items on the menu, offering something for the whole family. The shop was both clean and tidy, having plenty seating. The hostess/ waitress was attentive at all times. Staff members there greeted us in/ out when we left. The food was more than filling, loved all the dishes thus far. The steaks and condiments, veggies cooked correctly and seasoned to perfection. Atmosphere kinda bar/ hole in the wall atmosphere, but they had nothing to do with the food taste and service. Wine tasty. We will certainly be returning soon and would recommend this facility. My husband and I loved this place.

Heard about this place from out neighbors who said their daughter had come here and liked it. So I took a co-worker here for dinner tonight to try it out. I guess I was expecting a classy steakhouse. I called this afternoon to see if reservations were required and was told "not at all, just come on in". When we opened the door one of the hostesses, or waitresses, yelled out "Just seat yourself". Not the entrance I was expecting. This looks like a converted sports bar. Had the bar with several large TV's going on the wall behind it. We picked a table away from the door since it was cold out tonite. I ordered the small ribeye ($27), medium rare Pittsburgh style with smashed potatoes and She Crab Soup. My co-worker ordered the small Filet (#26) medium rare-medium, smashed potatoes and Caesar salad. I ordered a J Lohr Cab but was told they didn't have that selection tonite. Co-worker ordered a Guinness. They have no draft beers. I got my She Crab Soup and can honestly say this is the worst She She Crab soup that I've had in South Carolina. The waiter came out and told my co-worker that they didn't have any creamy Caesar salad dressing so they could give him Oil and something...not quite sure what it was. He looked at me and said "Don't they make their own dressiing". Maybe he meant oil/eggs/and the traditional Caesar salad dressing, not sure. I didn't ask him how the salad was. Our steaks were done to the desired manner, and weren't bad. Mind had a lot of fat on one end, but it was a good size steak. Seasoned nicely but nothing to brag about. It definitely wasn't Pittsburgh style, but it was okay. My smashed potatoes were warm, but not hot. They could've been hotter. We almost had to put our coats back on because every time the door opened a blast of cold air came blowing through the restaurant to our side of the room. The atmosphere of this place just doesn't do it. For the price I'll go over to Colas and enjoy a better atmosphere and a better variety on the menu. I won't be going back here. I'd give it one star except the steaks brought it up one star!

Not a pleasant experience. Poor service, took forever to get any type of refills, seems like our entire party was forgotten about. And with these prices you would think the food would make up for it but some of the items were less than desirable.

Meh. I was expecting more. The steaks were good, but not extraordinary. They sat us at a table that was not completely set. There was a grubby knife on the table that they didn't remove until half way through the meal. I had requested Pimento Cheese on the fillet I ordered - they brought it with Blue Cheese instead. The wedge salad sat in a pool of dressing. With my experience aside, my husband though his ribeye with Mac & Cheese was pretty good. The steaks were cooked to the correct temperature. The scallops we had as an appetizer were really good and had a nice presentation. So overall the food was decent and the service was just OK. I was expecting more for the $$. I can go elsewhere and get a better meal with excellent service for the same price.

Never seen such a horrible restaurant! Please never visit here any more. They are really only caring about money, put an order of 50-crew basketball team ahead of us and kept us sitting on the table for more than an hour. Also the taste is just not that good as they advertised, nothing special about this restaurant. Either go to Ruth's if money is not a problem, long horn or Texas Roadhouse. These steakhouse are wayyyyyyyyy much better than this one.

Great atmosphere. Good food and service. Food is a little pricey but worth it. I'll definitely be coming back soon

Seated 45 minutes after reservation time. Hostesses were a tad confused. Food took way too long to bring to table. When it came, I'd say it was fairly average. On positive side waiter was very good- and did his best.

Staff friendly but needs extensive training because exceptionally unfamiliar with menu, mediocre appetizers, utensils and glasses were either dirty or need to change detergent. Happy hour prices for food & drinks were good. House wine not worthy of a 2nd glass.

I took my dad here for his birthday the week after it opened because he loves a good steakhouse. As I don't eat meat, I stopped by to speak to the chef about creating a special meatless dish for me, to which he was totally open. What he created was amazing, and made me really appreciate this place. The fries are also incredible, and I hope to be back soon!

New place with a few kinks to work out. I was with a party of 8 and tasted lots of main dishes and sides and everything was tasty. All of the meats were cooked perfectly too. Service......meh. A few wines and beers were out of stock...at 5:45 pm that's pretty lame. Give it a few weeks and then try it.

Over priced crappy food, over zealous staff and worst if all if you don't visit them first THEY TOW YOUR CAR! Extra $135 is how much I might have spent there instead of on the towing company. I wonder how much they are investing in the lookouts.....free beer after your troll shift?

Took my mom there for her birthday. She wanted a good steak and to eat somewhere that wasn't pretentious. Carolina Strip Club delivered on both. It's intimate but casual (three big screens over the bar is anything but pretentious!) and the food was terrific. Fried oyster appetizer was fresh and our ribeyes (why is there even any other cut of beef, I wonder. But I digress) were perfectly cooked. And the fries were cut and cooked to order and oh too plentiful. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 was that it was a slow evening (USC was at home) and the wait staff got off to a slow start--they seemed confused about whose responsibility we were. They were out of two of the three wines I tried to order and it was a bit pricey. Wish you could get a smaller cut of steak than 16 oz. Next time I'll share with someone. And there will be a next time....:)

10oz. Angus Steakhouse Burger. Everything but the beef tasted good. The meat tasted bland. Fries were amazing.

I took a family member there for a birthday dinner. First my dad said is was the best steak he has ever had. He eats out a ton- so that was good. However- my mom and I are vegetarians. The server- who was nice- had no clue had to problem solve us getting a veggie plate. She suggested we just order random sides. If Ruth Chris can have a veggie plate then I think a locally owned restaurant should be able to accommodate. We spent $20 each on side items- that were sub par. My friend order the shrimp and grits, that were basically a side bowl of grits with 4 shrimp for $17. Not worth it. The wait staff was hanging out in the middle of the dinning area- talking about getting wasted and coming in with hangovers. This place has a look of fine tuning to do.

Surprisingly this place was not crowded. Arrived @ 9pm on a Friday night with no wait time for 7 people. Bar area upstairs had live music (piano w/vocalist) and the food was great. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the goat Mac n Cheese melted in my mouth. Thumbs up!
