Excellent first time experience, will absolutely be back again! Kate's Wild North Atlantic Haddock with Feta and Artichokes was great!

This was my first time eating at Bonefish. The food and service were excellent. The staff was friendly, gracious, attentive, and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Prices provided a great value.

This was a nice restaurant. The Bang Bang shrimp was really nice. Crunchy and spicey. I had the Chilean Sea bass with spinach and crab butter sauce. I had the au gratin potatoes which were TOO cheesy. The staff was nice and it was a really nice place to eat.

I'm not a complainer, Blake our waiter was great, the food was good too but the temperature inside was set on 50 degrees. We should have walked out as soon as we walked in the door....if you don't like shivering in the summer then stay away. It was so bad that I took a warmth break instead of a cigarette break.....

Great service from everyone. Food was exemplary with great flavor and perfect execution. Great ambiance though a little darker than necessary.

Can't say enough good about this place. Every time I come to bonefish, which is quite often it is always a great experience. The food is great and the employees are awesome . Even though I get the same thing every time. And I recommend it it's not on the menu get a Cobb salad with an order of bang bang shrimp on top and use the bang bang shrimp sauce for your salad dressing. You will love it and it is cheap

Bread and pesto at the beginning of the meal? Worth the price of admission. Friendly service, good food, and a nice experience.

As a general rule I don't give corporate places 5 stars. Why you ask? I grew up eating at mom & pop places and that is just my thing. If anyone actually uses my reviews to judge a place, I want to steer them to a local place. I appreciate the corporate experience (once upon a time I may have been a server at a corporate place with a Rolling Stone's name), but I like to support local business. I wrote that diatribe to try to show how genuine this 5 star rating is. I've dined at Bonefish many times, and not once have I experienced even a hiccup. I've come without a reservation and told I'd have to wait ____ never once have I waited one minute more than I was told, and usually it's way shorter of a wait than I was told. Service is always spot on, even when they are incredibly busy. The food is just outstanding. You can't get better seafood. From the fattening but delicious bang bang shrimp & the tuna shashimi (I'd call it seared) appetizers to the deserts and everything in between is great. I must say I've gone with specials most times I've dined, but the wood grilled fish is amazing as well (have had the tuna with the asian sauce more than once). Last night we went with a group of six. I had the Sockeye Salmon special with bacon, spinach and blue cheese topping. It was the best Salmon I've had at a restaurant in sometime. I recently got this same special at one of Columbia's top fine dining joints. It was good there, but at Bonefish it was great!... My wife got the grouper special that was also great. My bro-in-law got the Sirloin & Crabcake surf and turf and it looked great. My mother got the Lobster Tails, and they were cooked perfectly. Service was great. Good wine, beer, and even non-alcoholic beer for those who don't partake or are expecting. I honestly can't wait to go back. Corporate or not, this place is a 10!

Went on a Friday night and the ambiance was lovely. Also had a great server who despite being bogged down with a large party and multiple tables was very attentive. I ordered pecan crusted rainbow trout and it was delicious. I always have great food and service here.

While I am a huge fan of their bang bang shrimp and tuna, I was quite disappointed to see that they took their Diablo shrimp fettuccine off of the menu. While it was quite some time ago, and I am unsure if they added it back, I was nonetheless disappointed by this. I ordered their fish special and it was just okay. It's definitely been better. I am just going to assume that it was an off night. The service is good and the wine spritzers are a favorite.

Not impressed! Hostess was rude, waiter didn't know the menu, bathrooms dirty and food was just "alright". Needless to say, I will not be back.

I went out to dinner with my husband and he and I both really enjoyed eating here. He had the Sockeye Salmon with sweet potatoes and I had the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with fried rice and mango salsa. My husband said the fish was cooked perfectly. It was flavorful and juicy. My dish was better than expected! I loved all the flavors. We did wait quite awhile for dinner, but we were comped 20%, plus we got our dessert and an alcoholic beverage for free! I would definitely go back again.

Drove 15 miles to take my wife here for a special experience. She heard great things about the BangBang Shrimp, so we had plans for 2 days. Walked in, and was slapped in the face by a sign telling me that the establishment is against anyone who is legally licensed to carry a weapon. Have had a threat on my life, so I carry 24/7, am certified by the state, am licensed federally, and train regularly. But no, it's not worth risking my life for some shrimp.. So these idiots think they're above the US Constitution, and therefore they need to run off anyone who has a legitimate reason or need to exercise a right granted by the founders of the country. I did call the manager (after I went elsewhere and spent $50 on my wife), and she told me this was a corporate thing.. So I guess the corporate morons don't care... So, no, I won't darken their door again, but I suggest you don't either, as they need to realize their mindset is quite closed-minded..

I cannot believe we waited so long to try Bonefish Grille. Start with a pineapple martini... they are fantastic! Even eating there on a Saturday night, the bar was pretty quick about getting our drinks, so you can actually have more than one with your meal. We ordered the bang bang shrimp for our appetizer. Don't let a fear of heat scare you away... it's a very mild spice, the creamy sauce, really cuts the heat. This is my new favorite shrimp dish. Our entrees were great, came out quickly. The seasonal zucchini ragu is very unusual, but tasty. I had grilled shrimp & scallops with lemon butter sauce. Delicious. Too full to order dessert. All the staff were quite pleasant and helpful, our server was very entertaining and all of her recommendations were dead on. I would recommend this spot!

My family and I went here for my birthday dinner last week. Being new to the area, I've never heard of this restaurant but I knew they had seafood. The menu didn't have many options and my dad is a very picky eater so he settled for the fish and chips. I ordered the same. The fish was over cooked. The fries, the bread, and homemade potato chips were all amazing. I also didn't like how dim it was.

Three words: bang bang shrimp. Come on Wednesdays to get the special deal on the shrimp but make reservation! It gets quite crowded. Their brunch is also solid. Chocolate croissants are a must. Cool ambiance and service is typically prompt.

Oh my goodness..... The bang bang shrimp is amazing, and the ceviche presentation is very cool served in ice bowl. I look forward to my next visit to Bonefish Grill.

You would think being only two hours away from the ocean there would be more fish options, but sadly not. One of my clients suggested this restaurant to me and I am very glad she did. The service is great and the food is delicious! :) I love that they have different sauces for the fish you can choose from... The Asian sauce is great. For my fellow bread lovers.. The appetizer bread is amazing.

Bonefish is your typical chain restaurant. I couldn't get excited about anything on their menu. If you like overpriced, over-the-top menu items that are more concerned with their presentation than anything else, then you'll probably like this place.

Visiting the area from Seattle! Must say I was very pleased with the service and food. The menu had several options the wine was great. The decor elegant it could be a little brighter so that i could actually view my delicious meal but than that I would come back.

FANTASTIC happy hour. 1/2 price on all drinks and great happy hour menu. The service (bartender) was great.

Came here for Mother's Day and it was PACKED. Hostess was pretty rude and you can tell they were all pretty beat down. I asked for a table for 3 and before I could get the entire sentence out, she said "Do you have a reservation". I shook my head no as she let me know "Hour and a half wait". This was at 2 pm and they definitely were still packed. However, the bar tables had NO ONE at them and she didn't offer them. I waited for a few minutes thinking maybe they were reserved but once I asked the bartender, she let me know they were first come first serve. So after a rocky start with the burnt out hostess, we had a great time. Our server was efficient and friendly and had good suggestions for what we were in the mood for. The bang bang shrimp were great as usual. We had the bang bang tacos also. Crab cake app was ok - not as flavorful as I would have hoped but definitely have a lot of crab and no filler. The corn and crab chowder was excellent. The manager gets an A+ from me because we told him how chilly it was at the bar, and he turned the fans down!

The food was pretty good (a 3 or better) but the service here was HORRENDOUS. We waited 45-50 minutes for soup & salad and 2 chicken tacos, at lunchtime, even though there was hardly any other customers in the restaurant. We watched the staff, including our waiter and two chefs, out wandering around chit chatting. Doing their respective jobs was clearly not a priority. Our waiter was totally unapologetic about how long it took. (Now I KNOW why there was no one there. We won't be back either!)

My husband and I had dinner at Bonefish Grill for the first time and it was probably the best dining experience we've had in Columbia. The atmosphere was great. Nice decor, dim lighting, good ambiance; some might think it's a little on the loud side but we were fine with it. The service was EXCELLENT. From the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was very professional, accomodating (they even offered to turn down the air because I was cold), attentive and personable. The food was delicious! We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp (probably my favorite dish of the evening), crispy shrimp with a light creamy spicy glaze served on a bed of lettuce..SO good! I could probably have that with jasmine rice as my main entree. Then, we shared the caesar salad, which was more flavorful than most we've tried. For our main courses, my husband had the Chilean Sea Bass with the pan-asian sauce, jasmine rice and vegetables; and I had the filet mignon with garlic whipped potatoes and vegetables. We both enjoyed our dishes very much. Finally, for dessert, we had the Bananas Foster. The bananas had a sweet rum glaze and were served atop two cinammon sugar crisps, with two very generous scoops of vanilla ice cream and homemade whipped cream..yum!! We definitely plan on coming back again and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I had to go back here a second time. Went for dinner again this time it was a Wednesday night. So it wasn;t crazy busy. We found a table at the restaurant. They had their spicy shrimp appetizers for $5 - specials for Wednesdays. Thats what the waitress told us. Anyways I tried the rainbow trout with mango salsa, 2 sides - veggie medley and garlic mashed potatoes and a glass of shiraz. Totally awesome dinner!

I have never had a bad meal here. Bonefish Grill takes excellent care in cooking fish properly. The waitstaff is usually very knowledgable about the dishes. Whenever my friend and I go we order two entrees to split and the kitchen automatically puts half of each entree on our plates. If you are nit a fish eater, the filet is divine. And if chocolate creme brûlée happens to be a dessert choice - GET IT!!

You can't go wrong with the bang bang shrimp. I could I here and just order 3 orders of those and feed my face. Instant fat kid heaven. If you like burgers, the American Style Kobe burger is legit with bacon on it. Service is always good and the food never disappoints.

I loved bonefish grill. It was conveniently located next to the movies near Harbison blvd. Ambience was great and food was amazing. We ordered mussels for appetizer. The best mussels I've ever had till date. For main course I had the salmon, which was tasty and perfectly cooked. I miss this chain in the Northern California area. Please open a restaurant here.

I tried making reservations, but they have a peculiar policy that I do not understand so won't waste your time trying to explain it. Best advice, arrive early or plan to wait. Our server was prompt, curteous and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Sashimi which was delicious. For my main course I ordered the Salmon and Asparagus Salad with extra asparagus ( I love asparagus) and it was very nice. This will be my third visit in two weeks. Service was above average and the food as well. Very busy but relaxing atmosphere.

Very friendly takeout service. Very dark! Hung out and watched the Beef O'Brady Bowl while waiting for my food. What exactly is Beef O'Brady and why are they sponsoring a bowl game? Took the crab cakes and lobster/corn chowder home. They were yummy and the hostess threw in some bread and oil too. The place was packed at 8 pm on the Tuesday before Christmas. Lively crowd. I've been to the one in Destin before but it's been ages. The restaurant is in a cute outdoor mall. Is this really the best place in Columbia? It was good, really good but can't believe that this is it. Maybe it is. Don't live there so what do I know...

Awesome entrees! Try the swordfish. I loved the menu, and the atmosphere. Our waitress was very quick and kind. I'd say that this was my best dining experience in South Carolina.
