Just your standard Dunkin' Donuts. Same bland food that was shipped in frozen and warmed up. I have yet today to see the appeal of their coffee that everyone raves about; sure it's cheaper than Starbuck's, but tastes like coffee I could get at Burger King or McDonald's. The service at this Dunkin' seems to be pretty good though. It's a lot better than what I experienced living in Atlanta. Then again, Charleston is a nicer city overall than Atlanta when it comes to people.

Service fast and with a smile. Big order and manager stepped up and helped and the two counter girls really hustled especially the one with yarn hair extensions that went to her waist. 5 minutes tops and yarn girl helped get stuff to the car. Bravo!!!

My sister and I are regulars here. We are coffee fiends. I love the staff. I'm always greater with a smile :-) Tiffany is awesome.

Prepare for consistency. Consistency in making every single order I've placed incorrectly. Consistency in providing indifferent and complacent customer service. A strange consistency of a brown "honey mustard" that even the server at the drive-thru said was disgusting before handing it to a friend of mine. Ironically, this location is the exception to Dunkin Donuts' usually consistent chain of locations providing a quality of service worlds apart from this one. I make the same order every time I go, and every time they find a new way to make it incorrectly. It's truly astonishing. Also the parking lot/drive-thru is a major hassle. But at least they can't help that. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. I paid for a large latte and got a medium. I haven't been there in awhile and I guess it's going to be another long while before I go again. They are absolutely horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Hot coffee and service with a smile! The latte's are always delicious and I can't say enough about just how nice the staff is here. It's so refreshing, especially before your morning cup 'o joe! Tip: If you're new to the whole Dunkin' Donuts experience, go inside. It'll be tough finding all of the options listed on the drive thru board.

I didn't have pants on when I visited this shop, so the review consists of my drive-thru experience. The person on the other end of the microphone was friendly enough; patiently waiting while I attempted to find donuts on the billboard sized menu (I never could). I ordered a half dozen of the special of the month. which consisted of 6 fresh, heart shaped donuts (how Valentine's appropriate). 3 filled with cookie dough and 3 with brownie batter. The box was waiting for me before I even go to the window, and I was quickly on my way with a car load of happy donut eating people. I'm not really a donut eater, but I do love the occasional filled and fried breakfast pastry. Typical of Duncin', the filled donuts should really be called something closer to "donut with an afterthought injection," but what you did get hidden somewhere slightly off center is a pocket of delicious. Hopefully they choose not to add either of these fillings to their normal rotation, or I'll surely die of a heart attack within 3 months.

I usually love dunkin donuts coffee. I have been to this location 3 separate times, and it's always terrible. Service is bad too.

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They have never made my coffee to my satisfaction and all I usually order is an iced coffee with cream and Splenda. It's either too sweet or too much cream which drowns out the coffee taste every time. Such a disappointment. As others have stated they do also run out of popular bagel and donut flavors at peak times when you would expect them to be stocked.

I don't typically review big ol' chain businesses, but sometimes you've got to make an exception when an establishment is either amazing or dreadful. Given the two star rating, I'm betting you've already caught on to my opinion that this Dunkin' Donuts location fits the latter description... My only true issue is the frequently terrible customer service here. From closing earlier than the posted hours to blatantly getting an order wrong after asking twice what one's order is to taking a significant amount of time to even show up to the counter or drive thru window when one is seeking service--it all has happened here. Now I love me some Dunkin' Donuts coffee and I do not expect much from individual DD establishments. Thus, it takes a lot for me to draw the conclusion that this particular location is downright awful. It hurts to say such a thing, but there's really no denying it

Worst service at any Dunkin I've ever been to. Always out of donuts? And bagels. Don't waste your time.

These donuts are not worth the calories! They don't come close to non chain donut shops. Maybe the coffee is better.

Just like the one in Goose Creek and in the north area. Nothing stands out about it or makes it worse, which is good business I guess. It shows that you know what you are getting when you go here. Consistency is key.
