Tried the new pizza place, Marcos Pizza. They had great deals and the staff was friendly. We were looking for a place to eat in the restaurant for pizza. I was surprised that they also had an eat in area since it seems that they do more carry outs and delivery, so that was a great surprise. The pizza was almost a cross of Dominos and Papa Johns pizza. I loved the airy yet chewy crust. We also got the cheesy bread which was delicious. I will definitely go back to try additional items on their menu. Oh I also liked that they had a drive thru window for picking up call in orders

I had been waiting months for this Marco's location to open. I have had their pizzas elsewhere and loved them. I called early in the day to confirm that we were in the delivery area (and was told they delivered within a 5 mile radius -we are 4.1). I called back later to place my order and was told they would not deliver to us and that 5 mile radius did not mean an actual 5 mile radius around the store (ummmm then what does it mean?) All employees we spoke with including the manager were incredibly rude. I love their pizza and am sorry that their awful customer service means I will never eat there again.

When we go on vacation we try not to eat anywhere we can at home. I'm sure this place is a franchise and not a local favorite but it was a good substitute instead of ordering Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or Dominos. It's just as good as one of those places and we tried something new. I love the type of mushrooms they used on the pizza. We had pizza delivered to our hotel and delivery was very fast and pizza was fresh. If you like pizza and haven't tried Marcos give it a shot.

Some friends ordered delivery from this location. Pizza comes and it looks like the pizza slipped fell in car during transit from store to house (pizza was not in tact and about 1/4 - 1/2 of the toppings slid off the crust and were on pizza box). Called store for replacement and new pizza never came.

Let me start by saying I order delivery from this store almost every other week. Tonight I call to place a delivery order and as soon as I get the words out my mouth "I'd like to place a delivery order." A very rude girl replies "yeah we don't deliver where you are, call the Irmo location." My phone says this Knox Abbott Marcos is 2.3 miles away and the Irmo Marcos is 7.8 miles away from my apartment. How does that make any sense? Pizza Hut is 2.5 miles away and is on the way now...
