I'm giving wild wing cafe a 4 star rating because my service sucked. but other than that, the wings were delicious, the beer was great! And they had plenty of TV to watch the games on. Our server came off kind of rude. She was not smiling, I asked about my beer and everything seemed more or less like an inconvenience to her. But the wings were to die for!! We shared a 12 piece boneless and it was delicious. will return. I just hope I get a better waitress next time.

Stopped by late on a Thursday night to grab a bite to eat at the bar. The wings are great, would definitely come back for them! They don't offer many local craft beers. Great people watching at 10pm.

Omg. Giving up on this place. They should fire all the staff, close down for a month to train an entire new crew. Service is unbelievably substandard. I give it 2 stars only because the food is good. But how can I enjoy good food with lame service? Uv tried because I do like the food. I've tried. I refuse to spend any of my money at a place that simply does not care about small service standards like greeting and smiling. If your busy, ... A "I will be right with you.." Is enough to keep me waiting. Too many times I have sat at this bar and been ignored by these so called bar tenders that want money for nothing. I'm writing this review at a place that said "hello, welcome " soon as I walked in, and I had a beverage before my jacket was off. Feeling much better now that I can enjoy a drink and feel comfortable.

It feels like the young ladies working here prefer to hang out and chat than work. Standing here watching 3 yes 3 girls find a party of 8 when there are only 2 people waiting. It has been ten minutes and they are still looking.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The bartenders are just not with it at all, there are 2 very good bartender, he was wearing a St. Louis Rams jersey and another was an older guy, (like me-early 40's) who was great. Minus those 2, its rather bad. Wings are corporate recipe, so you cant screw those up, the staff is teenie bopper and not professional servers. By professional, I mean PROficient, getting orders correct, filling your glass when its empty, you know, THE BASICS. The manager is even a snooty guy. Someone needs to check his 'I think I'm cool' attitude in the parking lot.

I've been here a few times before and normally avoid reviewing chain restaurants because they are all the same. Good food but nothing to rave about. But a friend and I came in at 11:20 craving chicken wings and was told the kitchen was closed, but the manager kindly said we can do chicken wings and that's all. I'm not sure if that's a normal occurrence but it made us extremely happy. And i'm not sure it was because the wings were obviously super fresh and hot, that they were better than i remember, or if the place got a new chef who could work the fryer better, but the wings were def abov average.

We frequently catch the game, have a few cold beers, and grab some wings! It is rather loud, so you have to be into the atmosphere. Not good for a quiet dinner with your mate. Better for catching a game and some bar action with your mates!!

These places have just lost the glamour a wings place should have. It's second to Buffalo's and any road side, hole-in-the-wall you could find. Regardless of the sauce these wings aren't worth the money.

At first very reluctant (and borderline rude) when we asked to change a tv that no one was watching to a game. But once they obliged everything was fine. Good beer specials. Garlic and medium wings were fantastic. Loaded fries were also great. Service was attentive even while busy. I will return.

Pretty good food. Lots of items on the menu to pick from. Service was also good. We'll be eating here again.

The wings are decent in regards to flavor, but ours were served about room temperature. Service was horrible - asked about beers on tap and the waiter had no idea what was available and handed me a beer menu. The menu included several "seasonal" beers - again, the waiter had no idea what they were and did not offer to find out - just said "Im not sure". When the order of wings came out and it was incorrect from what we ordered, the manager offered a discount and told us that it would cost the restaurant money if they had to throw away the wrong order and "drop a new one". I guess you just get a discount on whatever they want to bring you - not necessarily the best way to handle it, but not to worry, since we will not be back anyway.

Great place for your wing cravings! This is the second chain I've been too. All have been top notch! Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Go for the crazy Asian daisy BBQ and the red dragon sauces! Yum

Great wing joint, as well as many other bar-type foods. Good for a night out with friends and family. But not a good place to have a conversation, loud music. Try the chicken feathers - pieces of boneless chicken breast on a wooden skewer in any of the great marinades they use for wings. We also had the Thai Salad tonight. It was pretty good and a nice complement to the wings. We visit the one on the island each time we come to Hilton Head, so we thought we'd give the one in Bluffton a try this year. Same great food and a nice break from seafood every night.

This place was such a joke. Where do I begin. . . . Me, my wife and daughter ate here before we headed back from vacation around 12:30pm. After we was seated we waited 10 minutes to even see our waiter and to order drinks. 2 sweet tea's and a water. 7+ minutes later we got our drinks and our waiter just disappeared and our drinks was messed up. We had to get another server to find our waiter and then he proceded to argue with me about the drinks as it was my fault. My wife ordered her food and said it was ok, my daughter didn't care for hers to much ( just a hotdog and fries) didn't eat the fries and barely the hotdog. I ordered 16 boneless wings. Wings were burnt, sauces were bad on them as well. When we did find our waiter he was sitting over at the bar with the manager just talking about the football game on tv and goofing off. We had to find another server to get our drinks fixed and to get the manager. All the manager would do was say sorry I can make you more wings. If we weren't on a schedule then I would'ive had him do so, so he took my wings off and disappeared as well. I have ate at alot of wild wing cafe's and this one is by far the worst one I have been to. Save your time and money and find another place to go. For a simple food, it is really difficult to cook and serve and make sure your customers are taken care of.

Good place to watch a game. Lots of sauces for the wings. Lacks a bit on service.

Went on a Monday night when they have their karaoke night and the karaoke choices were not plentiful but they sufficed. We had a good time and the music played in between karaoke performances were enjoyable the hip 20yr olds on vacation. Food was decent but nothing to rave about. The scene was not happening but what are you going to find on a Monday that's hopping.

There isn't anything especially great, but far from bad. They have a dollar vodka night which is.... well, cheap. I've been here for dinner, for lunch and just to drink. They have a 'bucket of beer' that's pretty cool, too. Friendly service that don't intrude too much, but make sure your beer is never empty. I had my baby shower here too. They do know how to make their wings as expected, but my absolute favorite is their buffalo shrimp. They make sure not to drown out the 'shrimp' taste with the flavors of their buffalo sauce. I'd go back again, but it's not the first place I think of when going out.
