This was my first time experiencing this famous chain restaurant. The chicken sandwich was good but I didn't like the bun they use. I like the fries and the banana split shake they serve is delicious.

I love Chick-Fil-A but this one brings shame to Truett Cathy! You can never depend on when the place is open or closed. Sometimes there's a note on the door "Closed" will open at 10:30 AM while other times their just closed. Not sure how the place stay in business!

Took awhile to find this Chick-fil-a, but we were determined. Amazing chicken biscuit. That's all I can say. This place deserves 10 stars.

We stopped in on a Thursday and the place was empty. Food was what you would expect but not the cleanliness. For an empty restaurant you would think they would be out cleaning? They forgot the fries with my order. Blond haired MGR looked a bit stressed. SMILE!! Not sure why, the only business was coming through the drive thru. Don't worry Chick Fil a, we still love ya!

My God in heaven....the only thing I like better than the sexy models in these sidebar advertisements is eating at Chick-Fil-A. Any location will do, but I love the one in Bluffton. Solid 5 star review. It's cheap, they have a playground for the little monsters to run and climb while I eat my combo meal. Bravo! And I'd just like to add that even though I don't drink them, Chick-Fil-A has 3 DOLLAR MILKSHAKES. Remember back in the day when the "$5 milkshake" was a big thing in the film Pulp Fiction? Like that was sticker shock & crazy? "That must be some good milkshake". But now that's average, if not below average. People, it's ice cream and milk. The wheel has not been reinvented. Just say NO to milkshakes that cost over 5 bucks. OK, I'm done.

This is the most disgusting chic fil a I have ever visited. I have kids and we do lots of road trips so we eat at chic fil a often and we have been to quite a few around the southeast and I've gotten used to being able to count on them as a clean place to eat and you know the employees will friendly and helpful. Unfortunetly, this is not the case with this location. There was trash all over the floor of this location. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with no hand soap OR hand sanitizer. The tables were all grimy and had not been wiped down, the same with the high chairs. My husband came out of the men's room and said it was equally as filthy as the women's and it smelled disgusting. When we ordered at the counter there were spills all over the counter like the fountain drink machines were leaking. We watched employees standing around doing nothing while a long line formed. A terrible location, do not eat here. The filth I saw tells me they don't keep a clean establishment. My husband told the manager about the bathroom and he didn't apologize or offer to get them cleaned up, he just said "oh I wasn't aware of that." Ummmm, now you are so please clean up this place.

We have lived in the HHI/Bluffton area for over 10 years and frequented this location numerous times. In the last several months this location has deteriorated badly. We stopped in last Saturday around 5:15 for an early dinner. There was only one other table occupied with customers and every single table in the restaurant was covered in trash. Employees were occupying three or four other tables staring at their phones and seemed unconcerned by the filth. The floor was covered in spills that had to have accumulated over quite a long time. Sadly we will not be coming here anymore. We have the CFA calendar with the monthly coupons that will get used at one of the Savannah locations from now on.

Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food joint I have EVER been to minus In and Out Burger in Cali, but we are comparing 2 different meat sources. I had not gone for breakfast, until recently, it was good (biscuits were excellent) but I still don't associate Chick-Fil-A with breakfast. The fries are the best, wafer/waffle cut, I now use mayo to top them, don't knock it till you try it. The basic chicken sandwich is super tasty. I did try the wraps and thought they were average. Chick-Fil-A hand prepared all of their chicken products, fresh cole slaw and raisin salad, salads and ruit cups.

We LOVE Chick-Fil-A! Best fast food place I have ever been. Their chicken sandwiches are fantastic! I've had regular and spicy-so good! Their waffle fries and lemonade are awesome too. You can't lose at this place! The price is right too!

Everyone seems to be afraid to review fast food joints. Not me. Not anymore. I go to this chick fil a at least twice a week. Service is fast and polite. Any request I have, no matter how asinine, is answered "my pleasure". As with any chick fil a, the food is always perfect. Even the less popular items are fresh. Skip the soda and get a peach milkshake. I mean, calories shouldn't be a concern when you're eating fast food anyway.
