Crab bisque was delicious, but we should have stopped there... we ate there at lunch so didn't try the bar. Rather mediocre.

Pleasantly surprised. SOOOOO divey! If I didn't have a dog with me I would have loved to sit at the dark bar, an alcoholics dream. The bathroom is in the kitchen, next to the crockpot and microwave, haha. I had a hotdog and it was, of course, delish, and my bf had a meatloaf sandwich and he enjoyed it. The beer came out in plastic cups, which seemed par for the course. We will totally go back if we ever go to beaufort again because the price is right and food was tasty - but definitely a dive all the way around!

I came here one night with my husband for a night out. I loved atmosphere. Wish it was a little darker inside the little pub but the bartender with the long hair totally made it a cool and fun atmosphere. Wish I could remember that guys name. The crowd was locals but they were all so nice. I dig the dive bar scene! It was really cool and right on the water. Would return.

I hear the food is delicious, but I'll be really honest I only go here to drink! This isn't your pretentious cocktail club. This is where you go to get your drinks heavy and hang with old friends. You can usually find the place packed with locals and F&Bers who just finished a long shift at work. Make sure to bring cash or plan to run up a tab because they don't like to run cards for under $10. With $1 Jello shots and cheap fireball you can easily get enough bang for your buck. Ask for some markers and decorate a dollar to staple to the ceiling. Make sure to find it the next time you stop in and try to remember the memories you made.

We came for a quick lunch and beers while walking our dogs on vacation. My husband had the Reuben and was surprised to find mustard on it. I had the meatloaf sandwich which was just what I needed to fill the tank. I gave this place 4 stars, not necessarily for the food, but because the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our dogs (brought them biscuits and a water bowl). Also, the seating area out back was amazing, nice and quite. We plan to come back and experience the bar scene since we are always up for friendly staff at a dive bar.

This was an okay place to eat. The food was delicious, however, it was definitely not worth the price. Oh, And the sweet tea was absolutely awful.

Food = ? (I've only had beers here) Price = 3 (3.50 for a beer) Experience = 4 (hidden on the bay side of the main strip of bars and restaurants.) This is a tiny locals joint with a small outdoor seating area. You'll see the locals here.

Lunch is good but I really go for the bar scene. It's a great little underground bar with a local feel. People are in and out all night long. Have a seat at the bar and the staff will have you feeling like part of the family in no time (jokes included). It may not be for everyone, but I love it!

Great small local bar with lots of atmosphere and an interesting beer selection. This is were the locals meet and you will learn more about the people of Beaufort than you would in the more touristy places.

Not very good. Seems like a locals joint. I'd like to know how they get away with having fried as well as grilled items but have no hood vent system or even a fire suppression system in the so called kitchen. I would avoid this place unless you are just looking for a beer. I mean the bathroom is in the kitchen. How is that even allowed?? For a place calling it self a "bistro" I was hoping for a few nice menu surprise , but when my wife and I were the only table except for two couples sitting outside it should have thrown up a flag. Sorry guys. But the 1 star is really only for how nice and cold it was. It was really nice to get outta the heat, just had wished the food could have been better. Oh plus it seemed like anybody could just walk back into the kitchen and do whatever they wanted. Saw atleast 5 locals just walk into the semi open kitchen and just chat away with the cook as she was preparing meals. Sorry I really hate giving such a bad review but figured the people visiting you should know what they are getting into
