Coffee is always good at Dunkin. The guy working the drive thru must have been HIGH as hell, he gave me the wrong order so I drive back around he again gives me the wrong stuff. Ok I stop the car and proceed inside and finally receive what I had ordered, sort of. Super friendly in all just can't seem to get a simple order correct . I did eventually get a free donut out of the ordeal. I was not in a rush so it wasn't as big of a deal if I'd of had a place to be.

The only other place to get a decent cup of coffee and a morning snack is all the way downtown at the waterfront. This place has the market on that for those in town. Kids loved their donuts, I did too. I had a rather LARGE cup of iced hazelnut coffee, pretty decent. Nothing fancy, just good clean coffee. If you feel adventurous, get some of their more unique flavored donuts.

Staff is pretty friendly, they have a drive thru that doesnt seem to flow smoothly. Whenever I go in to get my coffee fix, they are always out of bagels and donuts. Slim pickings mostly. there are more people working the drive thru than anyplace else. In the summer time there is always flies buzzing around which makes it hard to enjoy eating. the parking lot is a little crazy due to the drive thru lane. Management will take care of you if you are unhappy about anything. Ive got to say that the customer service here is better than any other place in tiny Beaufort.

I love dunkin typically. This location however is the worst. Takes forever to get your order, and then when you do get it, it's wrong. I hate that this is the closest location to us. Very rarely do they get it right. Rarely.

Terrible. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. They even asked if I wanted it toasted and still gave me a stale bagel not toasted with bacon egg and cheese. I am not a fan of lazy people so if you're the same don't go to this place. I went inside and asked them to have an unsweet tea and they replied... What did we give you sweet?? Duh!! This is why I'm asking you for another tea that is unsweet!!! They make their 8 dollars and hour and go home they don't care what you get.

America may "run on Dunkin", but in Beaufort we stand around and still get wrong orders and lazy service! This place is not remotely well managed and staff was argumentative when I had to park after waiting in drive through for 20 minutes and go back in to ask for the rest of our combos. They refused to fulfill the order, so we left and will never be back.

I'm giving this place 1 star... Later year I've tried this place and I couldn't believe what I had seen through the drive thru windows... Ya'll need to watch out how they make your drinks... I have been here twice and had both bad experiences.. The first time I went their, I couldn't believe what I had just witnessed.. I seen a girl tasting and stirring 2 cups of coffee and sending it out.. I told the guy through drive please do not use that spoon to stir my drink that she had just put her mouth on... DISGUSTING!!! So today is March 16th 2015 and gave it another shot and when I looked at my drink while stiring it, I came across a fly in my drink and took my drink back and got my refund... No I'm sorry or a free drink or a gift card.. most of all no we are very sorry.. just poor ass customer service...
