Update: I have been back to jimmy johns multiple times and have to say that they have works all their "now open" kinks! The sandwiches are great (especially the unwiches) and they are more accommodating than they were before! Oh did I mention they deliver? And fast!!

This was my first and last trip to Jimmy Johns. When I first ordered my meal I thought it was a combo, but was quickly and rudely informed that all menu items were a la carte The rude lady behind the counter proclaimed that their prices were so good that there wasn't a need for combo pricing. Well for a sandwich and coke the price was around 7.25 which is the price for a combo meal at any other sub shop plus pickle and chips. The service is top notch. My sandwich was ready in about a minute but upon tasting it, I found it to be very bland tasting and the bread was rather chewy. The only thing this franchise has going for them is delivery. In closing if your want bland, tasteless food delivered quickly then Jimmy Johns is for you.

This was my first time to Jimmy Johns. I had heard good things. I ordered a sub and my husband a club. We couldn't get a warm sub and to be honest I wish I could have for my turkey and cheese warmed. When we opened them we really couldn't tell the difference between sub vs club. My sub was quite dry and drab. My husband says his was tasteless. Ouch. Most people we saw ordered their sandwiches and left, probably to go home and heat them. Service was superb and they were made fast. That is what gave then a 3 star.
