Stop frontin, your name is Sunrise Pizza & Creamery, yo. And your sign says open till 4pm. Stop lyin. I was in here at 7:30pm eating a whole pie and coconut cookies n cream ice cream, B. Cashier: "Hey, you from Jersey? What are you doin here?" That's Wassup: "Homeboy, I be eatin pizza and ice cream." Duh. There were like 3 separate cops that rolled through while I was eatin. I felt safe.

I've tried sunrise a handful of times now because I liked their wings so I wanted to try other things there. Pizza - tasteless. Much better places in the area to order. Buffalo salad - horrible, inedible. Steak and cheese sub - worst I've ever had, inedible. Sweet turkey sub - inedible Wings - good size and price...however tonight they messed up our order placed on eat24. They resent the correct wings and took back the wrong ones, after sounding very annoyed with me on the phone...to me that's bad business. I may be the minority in thinking this way but they admittedly messed up, what were they going to do with the cold wings they took back? Either way it was the straw that broke the camels back so we are done ordering there. Beware, I seriously mean inedible...after 1 bite we had to throw the food out, I've never done that but it was that bad.

Horrible service. I put an order in online for a calzone and fries and the food was two hours late and I was still expected to pay. That is no way to treat a customer and they can be sure I will never be going back and will continue to make sure that everyone knows how awful the service is.

I'm going to try and keep this short and simple. I like Sunrise. No, it's not a give star restaurant by any means, but this place is open until 4am every day. EVERY DAY. I don't even think they close on Christmas or Thanksgiving. The woman who works at the takeout area is awesomely nice and attentive. They have a pretty good selection of sandwiches, pizzas, etc. My suggestion is to order a salad. For around $7, you get a pretty big one...add grilled seasoned chicken for another $2. If you're trying to bulk up with protein, get the chef salad and add the chicken. More salad than I can even finish. Again, there could be some small improvements made, but this place is worth trying at least once.

Been here a couple of times for lunch.each time I got the $5 footling.ive had the Italian and a turkey and cheese. Skimpy on the meats but it is what it is for a " value" sub. One of these days I'll have to try one of there normal price subs to compare.

I have ordered a couple of times since I wrote my original posting. I'm hoping my negative experience was a one-off situation.

This place has great milkshakes, and cheese pizza but some of the other pizzas aren't the best. The staff is friendly and they deliver fast

The only positive thing I can say about this restaurant is that they are open later than other shops in the area. However, that does not make up for the other areas that they lack in. The estimated delivery time provided was 45-60 minutes. I received my delivery over 90 minutes after placing my order. The fries arrived cold and soggy. Food may be better if I had dined in, but I am very disappointed with my delivery experience.

I've been here a handful of times, and it's usually decent. Today, the usual lady wasn't there, and the service was noticeably affected... not in a good way. I ordered a "gobbler" turkey sandwich... when it came out.. there was like one slice of turkey on it... and, it was sliced so thin; as if it were prosciutto or something. It was transparent thin. The stuffing looked questionable, and I'm sure I'll regreting it later, more than I already do. The two guys arguing in the back only further contributed to the poor experience. The second and third stars were for previous visits that were much better. If this had been my only time here, 1 star would be generous. Hopefully its better in the future again.

Dear Sunrise, You rock my world. Love, Me To elaborate, the hubby & I work insane hours, meaning unless I want to slave over a hot stove at 1am, our only options are either Burger King, McDonalds or something from the good 'ole freezer. In my past experiences, most places that deliver and are open past midnight tend to be mediocre at best. Oh my oh my was I breaking out the streamers and balloons when I discovered Sunrise is not one of those places. Open to 3 or 4 am, they serve up a delicious variety of pizza, wraps, grinders, snacks and dinner platters. Their pizza, is banging. A huge fan of our beloved Brothers' Pizza on Broad St (in Providence), it's difficult to find a pie that compares. Theirs comes alarmingly close. Lots of cheese, that familiar layer of grease. Delicious. I also am absolutely in love with their wraps: when trying a bit lighter fare, their "Veggie Mania" wrap hits the spot. Their chicken finger/onion ring combo is also pretty bangin. Not to mention, their fried tasties are ~ah mazin.' Their fried ravioli and fries are tiny bits of heaven. I also really gotta give it to these guys: delivering fried food usually ends up soggy but somehow, someway, every order is crispy, hot and delicious. The prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and the fact that they'll deliver so late, is mind blowingly convenient. So in short, thank you Sunrise! I have ya'all on speed dial.

We went here recently because it's close and to try someplace new. It's a typical pizza place where you order at the counter and then sit in one of their 5 or 6 tables. They have pizza, subs, paninis and wraps (and apparently ice cream). I had a panini with fresh mozarella and grilled chicken. While I was always under the impression that a panini didn't have butter on the bread, these did ... so it was more like a grilled cheese with grilled chicken and mozzarella. Regardless of whether it was a panini or a fancy grilled cheese, it was good. I haven't tried their pizza or anything else so I'll update this review when I do. Another good thing is that it looks like they're open til 2am most days, and 4am on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. And they deliver. If for some reason, you want to sit inside, they have a TV.

Great lunch spot! Tons of different and interesting sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and pizzas. The paninis are on this delicious garlic bread... Yum! Friendly staff and fair prices. Great place for a Friday pick me up lunch :)

I used to really love this place. Recently the staff was very rude to me when we ordered late at night so I went down the next day to talk to the manager. He was very nice, said he knew I was a regular and wanted to keep me satisfied. When I asked for my money back he more than happily complied. I told him I was undecided if we would order again. We ordered again yesterday because of how nice the manager had been. The order was supposed to take a half hour but instead took an hour for two wraps to be delivered just miles away from where sunrise is located. If it is busy? They need to learn how to give better wait times. I can't be expected to wait around for an hour for a wrap.

I wish there was an option to rate zero stars. To say I was less than impressed would be an understatement. I ordered a calzone and some fries at 930. At 1109 I called them to see where our order was and they responded saying they'd put it in now and have it over asap. The order arrived at 1137 and no discount was offered for the simple order that was TWO HOURS LATE when the order was said to take 45 minutes. Not only was it late, but the calzone was not made correctly. The bacon was forgotten, and that alone is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention my curly fries were soggy. I'm never ordering from here again.

The pizza was fantastic. However, the panini was a major disappointment. I ordered the gobble panini, which is supposed to have turkey, cranberry sauce, and "herbed" stuffing. What I got was 2 sliced of toast that was probably grilled on a pan, the turkey was deli sliced turkey, soggy stuffing, and the cranberry sauce was def out of a can. I hate wasting food but I couldn't even finish it. I was expecting a taste of thanksgiving dinner but it was more like soggy turkey sandwich.

We order lunch from Sunrise all the time- the salads are good- especially with their grilled chicken; pizzas/calzones are great as well. And I also always order their hummus & pita which is delicious. Today, I discovered I needed to order lunch for about 20 people attending a lunchtime meeting. I called when they first got in at about 10:30 am, but they were incredibly nice and accommodating. I ordered 4 pizzas, green salad and hummus & pita. I also asked if they could throw in some veggies for the pita- cucumbers, carrots, celery- whatever they had on hand. They delivered everything on-time and everything was fresh and tasty. The veggie pizza and Neopolitan pizza were big hits. The salad was huge and really pretty-- covered with an assortment of fresh veggies on top and dressings on the side. The hummus and soft, warm pita bread and cucumber spears were a nice surprise for everyone and again, were a big hit. Excellent customer service and great food.

We've ordered from there a few times and I didn't mind that the prices were a little higher than I was used to. Last night we ordered and there were 3 hairs stuck in the cheese on our pizza clearly they don't wear hairnets we called them to complain and either get a refund or a new pizza and the guy on the phone who claimed to be the manager says we don't have hair. No solution to the problem no I am sorry just a lie that's all we got out of him. Needless to say we threw away the other 60% of the pizza I still feel sick this morning. We are never ordering from them again DISGUSTING!!!!!!! We went on the board of health website to report them and they already have 5 existing violations
