Me and my husband love this restaurant. It never disappoints. We have been here so many times and there is still so much on the menu we havent tried. The staff is friendly and all the wait staff is very professional. I love that they also have a take-out option. Sometimes you just don't wanna dress up to get a yummy meal! Great atmosphere, good food, comfortable seating, friendly staff, A+++ !!

Uno's is a chain with restaurants all over the place. There are three or four in Rhode Island, all in pretty close proximity to each other. I've been to the Smithfield location, but it's not as nice/fancy as Warwick location. The menu at Uno's is nice - pastas, steaks, burgers, and yummy pizzas (thin crust or deep dish). The BBQ chicken pizza is yummy and very large for the $10ish price tag (perfect for two people). The lobster and shrimp scampi is also delicious and a great portion. I went for my birthday and (as a member of the Uno club) got my entree free, plus they comped the Oreo Brownie dessert as an additional birthday treat! After a huge portion of scampi (with plenty for lunch tomorrow), half a dessert, and a glass of wine, the bill was $15 including tip. Uno can be pricey but there are ways to make it work (they regularly email out coupons). It's a chain so the food isn't uber fresh or sophisticated but it's pretty good and you get a lot of food. Check out the Warwick location.

Went here last week for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. For some reason I didn't think I would love it as I don't love chain restaurants, but I left thinking "hey I'd stop by there again". Ordered a delicious drink and 2 small plates at the bar (could not get over how reasonable the prices were). I ordered the avocado egg rolls and the lobster slider. For $4.99 the lobster slider packed more lobster than most $20 lobster rolls I've purchased. That alone would have me going back, i could order one every night!! My husband ordered 4 small plates i think and he enjoyed each one in addition to his drinks that were complete with floating swedish fish. (which he dug out to my dismay) looking for a quick bite, definitely a good place to stop.

Good place to get a drink after work. Food is typical to every other Uno you have ever been to. For some reason parking is always difficult to find. There are usually available spots behind the restaurant.

My husband and I go here twice a month, sometimes with our 11 yr old daughter. We have never been disappointed in two years! The food is great, the service is great. Great value for the money (we almost always have a $5 coupon). Highly recommend the Spinoccli Chicken (not the pasta version). It takes a little time to cook, but so worth the wait!

I go to this Uno's often for Carside To Go because it's decent food that is very quick. It's a chain restaurant so you won't ever be as excited for it as the local food but it's a good option when you're on the run. I also think the atmosphere in this Uno's is very nice because it's updated to the "new" Uno's branding. I have always had friendly staff and have never really waited for anything.

I always visit this uno! They are by far the most polite staff. The door will get held for you entering and exciting! The pizza is very very tasty, as well as the buffalo chicken! I will return! If your looking for a restaurant to take someone that has awesome staff, clean place, looks upscale! Also won't break the bank try this UNOs !

I'm not big into chain restaurants but Uno's is just perfect for both take out and quick dinner fix!! I like sitting the bar, sometimes I catch a trivia night. It's a fun family restaurant. I also love the fact that they have a gluten free menu!! Superb! Service is always great. So are the pizzas!! I enjoyed the shrimp lobster scampi special they had one night! Fit take out, the options and variety they offer is superb and convenient!

It had been awhile since I had been to Uno so I stopped the other day. I was really impressed with the post flood remodel, its really nice inside. Had a lunch combo, AYCE soup, chix thumbs/fries. The soup was - meh. The italian wedding wasnt that great, and the clam chowder wanst very good at all. The chix thumbs were good, but I didnt really care for the coated french fries. Also, my soda had some foreign black clump in it, not very appetizing. All in all I will go back, eventually.

My husband and I took the kids out to lunch here the day after Sandy. They have a good kids menu - my boys especially like to assemble their own pizza. They have really good lunch specials - we opted for the personal pan pizzas with salad or soup. The pizza was OK. I tried the multi-grain crust and it was really heavy, next time I'll go back to the traditional. It was a good value for lunch with the kids but the food is just OK. If you're looking for great pizza there are plenty of superior local options.

Since the flood everything is different. They have none of the same fun waitresses, they are now all old ladies. The service is horrible because they have no experience they just got hired cheap ... The food is over priced and smaller than before... And the atmosphere is um comfortable I miss the old pizzeria UNO :-(

My boyfriend took me here over the weekend neither one of us had ever been here before. The only Uno's I had been to was in MA and that was quite some time ago. The staff was very friendly and attentive and joked around with us. Later on the manager came over and welcomed us and gave us a goody bag to take home with candy, an apple and some coupons. We will definitely be back it was a great experience and a great meal.

One of the best Uno's we've been to - some of them are sloppy with their preparation and presentation, but this one (even on busy nights) seems to take their time to get it right. Nothing was too greasy, all food came out at the right temperatures and the service was top-notch Kudos to this Uno's for getting it RIGHT. :)

On the rare occasion that I deviate from all of RI's local food offerings, you may find me at an Uno pizzeria. This particular location always seems to impress me. I might stop in here once a month or so. Last time I went, the bartender remembered my name and where I had told her I worked- pretty impressive considering I hadn't been there in months. There are usually decent beer specials and "happy hour" type food deals at certain times of the day (in the bar area). The food here is generally quite delicious. I can't get enough of the Avocado Egg Rolls: their crispy, avacado-ey, and have an irresistible sweet Thai dipping sauce. Mexican-Asian food in an Italian restaurant- that's what I call "fusion"! After the eggrolls, I'll usually get a small salad with goat cheese and walnuts, and a pizza of some sort. The bbq-ckn pizza is my new go-to, since I have recently rediscovered the miracle of poultry. Lastly, it should be noted that there are not really many "good" options in this area of town. For the most part, it's chains- like On the Border, Olive Garden, Chili's, etc. If you're shopping on route 2 and feel you must satiate your craving for chain restaurant food, Uno's is really your best option. It's also been named Americas "healthiest chain restaurant"... not bad, not bad at all.

Uno's is a chain. There, I said it. Now, as far as chain restaurants go, it's not half bad! It's definitely our go-to cheap night out restaurant since the food is consistently decent, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere (particularly after the renovation) is light and casual. Uno's offers gluten free options as well, which is great in a pinch for our GF friends!

We got the chicken Milanese salad and a Caesar salad. Both were very good. Our waitress was Lauren and she was very pleasant and took great care of us. Next time we come, we will ask for her. You should too.

I've been here a couple times in the past two weeks, and it's not too shabby. It's a chain restaurant, and the food is reminiscent of most of these types of places. The menu is expansive (too many choices for my taste); most people will be hard pressed not to find something they're willing to eat. Is it the most amazing meal you'll ever had? No, but it's satisfying. Service also tends to be friendly and very accommodating. The manager on duty visited our table on both of our visits to ensure that everything was to our liking. Something that sets Uno's apart is their willingness to offer smaller portions and healthier ingredients/options. They even have a full gluten-free menu which my wife (who has recently eliminated gluten from her diet) appreciates.

We just stop in this past weekend before a movie, the food is always consistent and we enjoy the drink options. It is a chain restaurant so it is not mind blowing but the deep dish pizza is always delicious and the layout of this location is fabulous. You can have a nice casual meal at the bar with excellent service. Definitely one of our go tos for a quick bite to eat!

Had the steak and grilled shrimp, with something called the skinless baked potato--basically mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese. The food tasted fantastic and the waitress, Nicole, was both friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was busy but pleasant. In fact, the only negative point about the whole experience was the overly restrictive content filter on the wifi, which even blocks websites like Twitter. But, seeing as how most steakhouses don't offer wifi at all, it is a minor point. Overall, an excellent experience. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Came here with my mom for lunch. I had the shrimp scampi, which was pretty good, but what really made our experience here amazing was the service. We were on a tight schedule and let our waiter know that we needed our food quickly. He happily obliged us and brought out our dishes very fast. He was extremely friendly, and left our check for us on the table, so we could pay as soon as we were ready. I really wish I could remember his name because he was so nice, but I'm sure that if all the waiters here are as friendly and efficient as him you will also have a wonderful experience.

Like a phoenix.... In March of 2010, the sight on which this restaurant sits was ground zero for the Pawtuxet River flood. Water would've been chest high at least in here. But the place has been torn down to the bones, and rebuilt! Nice, airy, and very friendly staff, eager to serve. On top of it all, Uno's is touting this location as their "greenest", with low voltage lighting, on demand water heating, recycled building materials, etc, etc... OK, to be honest, I just wanted some Chicago deep dish pizza - and Uno's has always done it for me. Throw in the additional 10% discount (to celebrate their re-opening, until 9/12/2010), and I'm a happy man!

Had the blackened chicken dish. The Alfredo sauce was very watery and not that spicy. My wife had sirloin tips that were gummy and did not have that much flavor to it. On the plus our waitress was very pleasant, courteous and personable. It definitely looks alot better inside since the renovations they did due to the flood.

In the world of chain restaurants, Uno's is one of my top faves. This Uno's is just as good as all the other Uno's and I'm in love with their soup bar.

Walking into this place, you would NEVER suspect that just a few months ago, you could have gone swimming in the dining room. The put a lot of hard work and thought into completely remodeling this place and it shows. It doesn't feel like any other Uno I've ever been to (which isn't a jab at the chain--I love it!). The menu has something for everyone too--pasta dishes, salads (the field greens with goat cheese and glazed walnuts is a must try!), steak, chicken, and of course pizza among others. They even have a gluten-free menu. The food was DELICIOUS and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the Asian boneless wings...I think they're my new favorite! Service was amazing and quite refreshing. I have felt as though the "service" aspect of the service industry has been forgotten lately--not here!!!! This may be our new go-to dinner spot. Welcome back, Uno!

I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but I'm not allergic to them either. Sometimes when you're travelling or even just running errands, stopping at the closest TGI McScratchy's is the best option. Of all the chain restaurants, I like Uno the best. They have a salmon entree that I like, some good pizza/pasta options, but mostly because they have a giant Reeces Peanut Butter Cup that I just can't get enough of. Someday I want to go there for my birthday and just eat like 20 of them and nothing else.

I went last night for an appreciation party! Buy one get one dinner and a free sample plate! It was very busy, but everyone was very nice and the food as alway great. The team at unos works well together!!!! Pricing is reasonable!

The location near the Warwick Mall is about 10 minutes from my house so we have stopped in a few times. There are a variety of seating areas including the bar, booths, tables and a small outdoor area overlooking the side parking lot. The menu is varied, the interior reasonably clean with lots of TV's and nice decor. The service has for the most part been friendly and efficient but the mixed drinks were not well made in my experience. I stick to wine and beer. Some food items are better than others. The fish and chips is definitely frozen fish and over priced at $13.49, especially when better is available nearby for $9.99. Pasta was $14, beer $6 and wine just over $7. Like some other chain restaurants they have a small wifi mobile device on the table that allows you to order appetizers, drinks and desserts or to pay the bill. Let the waiter know if you are paying with cash. Otherwise the machine is easy to use, allows a 'split check' and has an optional survey with a comment section. This gizmo also offers games for $1.99. Good to keep the kiddies occupied. Prices seem a bit high but if you are a fan of chain restaurants you will like this Uno's.

We normally wouldn't pick Uno's as a place to eat. We received a gift certificate as a holiday gift and decided to give it a try while we were out running errands. I didn't have high expectations, but it was a free meal, so there was nothing to lose. We arrived around 12:30 on the Friday after New Years. The place was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait to be seated. The menue is fairly extensive with several good looking options if you weren't in the mood for pizza (like that is a thing!) We decided on the Lunch special which included a salad and a personal-sized 'Pizza of the Day'. I got the garden salad with the Mediterranean (artisan/flat crust, feta, kalamata olives, various greens). The salad was pretty big and everything was fresh and crunchy. The pizza was pretty tasty and far bigger than needed for a 'personal' size, which resulted in leftovers, i.e. pizza for breakfast. My wife got the ceasar salad and the deep dish, which was cheese and tomatoes. Again, the salad was pretty big. The dressing was not a creamy ceasar (yuk!) but looked more like what one would expect. It had good flavor and wasn't overpowering in taste. The pizza was maybe 6" in diameter but probably 3" thick. The crust was flaky and had lots of flavor. It looked overly cheesy but turned out it was just the right proportion of sauce, cheese, and crushed tomatoes on top. I was a bit jealous as the small bite I got was VERY yummy. The crust re-heated very well the next morning in the oven. Overall, our experience was pretty good. We enjoyed the pizzas and are likely to head back to try a few more of their pizza creations. We didn't get to take advantage of the beer specials they were running which were a good deal. My only complaint is that the interior doesn't know if it wants to be a restaurant or a sports bar. the tables and decor all say sit down eating experience. However, there are TVs everywhere that draw your attention away from the people sitting with you. Probably decent to go watch the game, but tricky when it is noon and all they have on are cooking shows.

I've been going to UNOs since I was a young child with my parents . I was pleasantly surprised that when they remodeled after the flood of 09' they did an even better job than the first time ! Their service is prompt , and orderly and their environment is very welcoming ! Seating is usually never an issue unless you go on a Friday around the busiest time for all restaurants. My only complaints would be that their portion size is just enough for when you are there . As someone who was raised in an Italian family , I would love to have some left overs to take home ! But I honestly am satisfied when I walk out . I don't feel bloated and disgusting like I do with others restaurants.

I am literally in LOVE and obsessed with their lemon basil salmon. With the rice and broccoli its pretty much my go to meal there and what I always order like 70% of the time. I have been here so many times and its always a really good experience both with servers and food. I get the firecracker chicken sandwich which I LOVED and I never like guac on sandwiches but this one I do. And also their cheddar burger omg to die for. I also love their fries since they're extra crispy. And last but not least. The broccoli cheddar soup !!!!! Ive always looked for a broccoli cheddar soup similar to Panera breads and found it lol. When im in a chain restaurant kind of mood, Unos is always my #1 go to choice !

Uno's has been consistently excellent for the past five years. The remodel after the flood uplifted the entire ambiance making the room more open, yet also more welcoming. The waitstaff is always friendly and helpful. Their menu includes many really healthy items in salads, pizzas, and entrees. The Chicken Milanese as well as the Baked Haddock are nicely prepared and the latter is served with a choice of sides from which I always select the roasted veggies! This past week they have changed their menu to include some new artisan pizzas. Our choice was the arugula and prosciutto pizza - quite delicious and somewhat addictive as well. It is wonderful that a chain restaurant such as this really can make one feel very satisfied and still have some dollars left!!!

I had been going to this unos back before they completely remodeled and revamped their menu. Prior to the remodel it was a place I wouldn't have recommended. Since then, it's AMAZING. The food is consistently amazing. We love the atmosphere and bar. I would highly recommend this place. We eat here at least once a month.

Great place for lunch! They really aim to please. Very good service, and nice variety of dishes. Salads are great! Gluten free menu, and free wifi. Its a safe go to restaurant if you have family coming in from out of town. Nice to have a consistent option that meets everyone's tastes.

First time to any Uno. While on a work trip, came here by myself right around 10pm since all the other nearby restaurants seemed to lock up around 9:30pm. I walk in, see no greeter/host, and snag a take out/pick up menu, half expecting to be told they're already closed--there were 3 tiny groups there, and the lights were dimmed, not like the romantic let's make babies kind of lighting but the sucks for you we're are already closed kind of lighting. Still someone came over and asked if I've been helped yet. Well, no, why else would I be standing around looking confused? Nevertheless, I was seated. But out of all the open tables available in the slightly better lit sections of the restaurant, the hostess set me down next to a group of three girls talking about how depressing one of the girls' breakups was. Yup, don't want in on that conversation. So much for my plan B-- chatting up strangers...about not depressing/private topics. I'll try to cut to the chase. Service - unpleasant, unfriendly personalities (I really hope this isn't really an east coast thing). Didn't seem intentionally rude, but definitely not warming - tried to get food recommendations and the waitress was unable to recommend anything. Food - ordered a berry mango smoothie (I love smoothies!) but the taste and creaminess was most definitely that of a milkshake. Well at least it was super pretty - also ordered a nuovo deep dish pizza, Mediterranean vegetable, which looked awesome in the menu picture. Their menu description: MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE Roasted eggplant, plum tomatoes, red onion, fontina and mozzarella topped with fresh spinach, kalamata olives, feta and balsamic vinaigrette. What I got: -9 grain crust (yum!), 4 slices of eggplant, 4 slices of tomato, a sprinkle of red onion slivers, and lotso cheeese. Notice what's missing? A lot! This was a $13 pizza and I totally got shafted. Here's what I think happened: the cook forgot the fresher, non bakeable veggies and dressing but was too embarrassed or lazy to fix it by the time the cook or waitress noticed. Since this was my first time and didn't have the menu on hand to double check, I was really uncertain on what I should've expected--thus the 2 stars instead of 1. Solely based on this review, I will not be coming back. However, I can see how this place could be fun for a group of three or more with properly made pizzas and 1/2 off appetizers. I would give this chain another go in a group setting.

I love Uno. They have a versatile menu, and even gluten free options. I'm not a fan of their pizza, the crust weirds me out, but that seems to be the reason most people like it. I got rattle snake pasta last time I went, which is really just chicken alfredo with jalapeños. I've been coming here for years and I'm always satisfied. :)

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations.
