This was my first time trying the hyped frozen yogurt, i happen to be close by and my side kick said he wanted ice cream. So why not try this new everyone raves about FY. Yeah, nope I'm not a fan, the flavors looked wonderful but there is just a weird texture and after taste. Oh and lets not speak about the ridiculous burn in your wallet a couple small cups of FY. Yea I'm adventurous with food but this time I'll stick to my regular soft serve ice cream.

I really wanted something cold - frozen yogurt or ice cream - and I wanted a lot of yummy toppings. This is what I craved today. So I drove down the road and stopped at Yogurt-Riffic because I had noticed it has opened recently not far from my house. It was all self-serve - four or five very plain yogurt flavors that you served yourself from handlebar ice cream servers - I got three different flavors - the chocolate was not bad, the strawberry was way phony and the pistachio tasted like chemically flavored and colored green frozen yogurt. As I said I was craving toppings - and I poured on at least five tsp. of chocolate (chocolate??) sprinkles, known as jimmies in these parts as well as something that might have been Heath Bar Crunch. Was totally bummed that the chocolate sprinkles tasted like wax - particularly when they hit the cold yogurt they tasted like frozen wax. Being a "jimmie" affiicianado from way back, I knew these were the cheap brand of sprinkles. Not good, not good at all. The heath bar crunch was ok. I ate my three mini servings of froyo with toppings and was left with a kind of sad, unsatisfied, "OMG why did I consume all of those empty calories that did not even taste good" kind of feeling. They have got to get better quality offerings in this place or it will not survive. The pizza that was offered on posted signs turned out to be the cold strips. Cold strips are not bad, but this was no pizza place. They also offer coffee and grilled cheese sandwiches. Didn't have any - not sure how they would be - don't wanna find out. I hate being disappointed when I spend calories. The food was pricey too, but that never bothers me if the food is worth the caloric expense. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, but kind of plain, like the yogurt. I think I will stick with Pinkberry, where I have never been disappointed. Sorry Yogurt-Riffic. It's a big world out there and you have to be able to compete. Maybe you will be able to step things up a bit and you'll start getting some better reviews and a lot of business. I wish you luck.

Need a lesson in customer service. Refused grilled cheese groupon that said anything on menu. Manager me that I need to contact Groupon and wouldn't accept!

All the standard fro-yo flavors available here and a few outside the box. Lots of good toppings to choose from that you can load on yourself. Regular prices are a bit steep but consistent with other fro-yo stores. Pre-made sandwiches available for sale. Lots of tables and bar space. There is a little lounge area as well with a few comfy chairs. Outdoor seating available for the summer months. It's close to home for me which makes it very nice. The only downfall is that the road in front of the store, Post Road, is very busy so you won't be enjoying much peace and quite while sitting outdoors to eat.

Very nice place with friendly staffs. The flavors of FY are tasty even though they are not creative. But when considering the flavored coffee and snacks, pastries they offer, nothing to compete with such a good place to relax.
