Came here on a Friday night with my Husband and son. We were seated immediately. Waitress came over and greeted herself, letting us know that all the drinks and sides were bottomless. We put in our drink order and appetizer order. Appetizers never came. Took some time for the food to come out 20 minutes with the meals came the appetizers. I'm pretty sure appetizers come before the main meal. -but what do I know? Once everything came out our drinks were gone. We asked for refills and 10 minutes later we still didn't receive our refills. My husband called the waiter over as she delivered an alcoholic beverage to the table next to us (which ordered their drink after us). She stated she has to wait for the bar tender to make them prior to us receiving them. 15 minutes later we got our drinks. We asked for additional napkins and she never brought them. The ONLY and I mean ONLY thing that happened quickly was receiving our check. Thank you, we won't be visiting in the future. Updated review: I'd first like to thank Katie (the owner) for contacting me after my first review. I was surprised to find a $20 gift card in my email 2 days after speaking with her. We went to your restaurant tonight and I would be happy to let you know that the server Marissa today was fantastic. She is a great model for your staff to aspire to. She was polite, professional, and was always willing to share her favorites off the menu with us. She made our 2nd experience better. I will say the restaurant was a lot busier this time around and it seems like the restaurant is starting to get their sh*t together. Alcoholic drinks seemed to have no alcohol in them. Good burgers. My favorite would be southern charm.

The hostess was pretty terrible and made it seem as if we were troubling her with our existence. We were then brought to the table where we met our waitress who was less than welcoming. About 10-15 mins later we ordered our dinner and appetizer. It took quite a while for the food to come out and then they brought us the wrong order. When i was able to flag someone down to let them know about the mix up the waitress inspected the burger, brought it to the back and then came back with the same burger about 10 mins later and said: "The order was right and this is what you ordered." She then proceeded to plop down the food (which was most definitely NOT what i ordered) and walked away. I didn't see her again until the check came and was plopped down in a similar fashion to the burger which i didn't end up eating. No checking on drinks, no fry refills, nothing. Awful. 2 stars for the onion ring tower, and the onion ring tower alone. If you're torturing yourself by going here at least do yourself a favor and go for the rings. Only thing which didn't disappoint during our visit.

I had heard horror stories about this place when it first opened, but I really wanted to give it a chance. I waited months after its opening to try it, figuring they had gotten off to a rough start. We came in at an off hour and the place was pretty dead. The food took awhile to arrive, which was fine since we were in no rush, but I cant imagine how slow it would have been if it had been busy. I ordered my burger medium well, and it arrived pink and bloody. The staff was friendly, and they gave me a new burger, but it messed up the timing of the meal. The burger was just ok. It's too bad, I really wanted to like this place.

Sadly, it's not worth it. It took 15 minutes and finding the manager before any server came to our table. By this point we were ready to order, but sadly the server wasn't ready for us to order and took our drinks. My wife also saw our server hanging out in the bathroom texting on her phone. The manager did offer us a free appetizer and apologized for the mistake. I appreciated his willingness to make us satisfied customers. The appetizer came before our drinks did, though. Some of our food was hot while other food was as if it had been sitting out for a while. The service throughout the meal was subpar at best; refills took a long time, we ordered regular fries but got sweet potato fries (which in some ways was a cool mistake). Poor customer service combine with a slow kitchen and a dirty table (see picture) can really ruin a dining experience.

Don't let them seat you near the bar your server will be the bartender and they attend to the people at the bar more often. Waited about 20 minutes to put in an order on a slow night .... Good food terrible service

We were seated near the kitchen by chance and could hear our waitress (named Abby) openly bad mouthing us for getting water at 9pm on a Monday or a Tuesday and ordering a french onion soup. Poisonous attitude that's pretty much spread around this place for a while from all negativity coming from all the waitresses that apparently dislike their current jobs from what they are saying. They say they'd rather work at Buffalo wild wings across the street.

I have wanted to try this place forever! Well it wasn't what I had hoped for. I thought it would be a "out of this world" burger since its their specialty. It was mediocre, nothing special. I got the Burning Love burger, not much to it added pickles ketchup and mayo. The onion rings were good but my friends fries were ice cold, and her daughters kids meal was too. Our waitstaff was really slow and there were literally 10 parties and 3 waitresses. We waited 5 mins for napkins, literally 10mins for a drink refill request. I don't understand the slow service. I probably. Won't go back there. Not worth it. Also $17.32 for a burger and soda? Bit steep, no?

I gave it a shot when they opened, again when my friend wanted to use a gift card and once more for a birthday. Unfortunately I've never had a good experience. I'd take a Five Guys over this burger any day. Service is spotty at best, the chicken I tried was dry and over battered and the price isn't as good as many suggest. Rather than 3 times the charm... 3 strikes and you're out.

This place is usually okay with decent service. I really like their wings and enjoy their burgers. But from experience, I'd rather sit in the bar area, where there are less errors! This was our first time in the dining room. During my most recent visit my server was new and was polite. However, it took 3 tries to get an actual seltzer for my boyfriend (she always brought over different ones - first time it was tonic). When I advised that tonic was different she explained she didn't know the difference. Then, I asked if they had the wings with the bone-in, not boneless. She explained they only have boneless. I then pointed out wings and chips and asked what the difference was. She explained that there wasn't any. Then I questioned her on that it seemed different...and she advised that she was mistaken and they do have the wings with the bone-in but you only get 4 of them. My boyfriend really wanted to get them so I did so. She only charged us $5, meaning we could had done the actual one that I requested for $9 and probably would had more wings. She also questioned me when I told her it was my birthday and she pretty much doubted me. She explained it would had automatically popped up in the system if it was my birthday. I advised her with the email and my birthdate. She also had to get her manager to figure it out. Her manager advised I was unable to get a free black angus order and just took off the most she could on a burger. I advised that it was okay. Our waitress never apologized nor wished me a happy birthday. She was argumentative when it came to the wings. The service there was very slow and it was a Sunday and quiet. We waited over an hour and a half for just our food to come and never any updates besides one; because of the burger you ordered it takes longer. There were never any updates. A request for another seltzer took at least a half hour for one seltzer. Also, when the wings came I requested blue cheese - which never ever came. This place can certainly improve as I know they have some new employees. Every table served I heard the manager apologizing for a number of errors from their wait staff. Hopefully, their place and service will be faster and better.

I enjoy the bar area. Its a nice environment, and a vastly improved service experience. The southern charm is delicious. All of the "finest" burgers are fantastic.

I have had some problems with red robin in the past with rude customer service, seeing my food left at the warm rack and then when the food came was told that they were busy when clearly they were not. Complained to corporate and with the vouchers still got shitty food and told myself I would never come back. 2 yrs later I gave them a try and have to say is that I will come back. They must have cleaned house and the burgers and fries were better than ever.

We arrived at 1 pm and stood by the unattended hostess stand for 10 mins waiting to b seated. Several employees walked by us and never acknowledged our existence. No greetings or we'll b right with u. We took this as a bad omen and left. We won't b back.

The food was good no doubt about that .. even thou it did take an unusual amount of time for the onion ring tower to come out .. i had to ask if they made the onion rings on the spot just cause it took too long .... i was upset with our waitress the only good thing is that she had a smile .. but she never checked up on me or refilled my water voluntarily .. i did notice thou she payed more attention to the other tables mind u it was the bar section .... AL the bartender was awesome thou full of life i kinda wanted him to be my server ... then i noticed a different employee (could of been supervisor or manager) came to check on us cause she said i had this look like i needed something which was true .. but at that point i was already mad at the service. .. it was my first time at red robin but idk if ill come back ... im all about customer service and i did not receive that ...

Ok came back only because they gave me a $15.00 certificate. Burger was very good this time, but table and chairs are filthy, floor was a lot cleaner. Think I have given this place enough chances. You will not see me here again. Maybe a different location, but not even sure I would do that.

Well first of all I love cheeseburgers, so trying Red Robin for the first time was exciting for me. I called in a take-out order and the girl on the phone was really nice. The parking situation is great, plenty of spots close and far away. I thought the inside was kinda cool and different, didn't feel like your typical cheesy chain restaurant. Service was good, my order was done in the time frame they told me (15-20 minutes) so that was nice. The take-out boxes came in their own little brown box which was a nice change from your standard white Styrofoam container. The food best of all was reallyyyyy good, which I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. The onion rings were some of the best I've had in a while and the cheeseburger tasted really fresh and everything was perfectly hot. For the price and quality you can't go wrong and I definitely plan on ordering from here again.

On the night of our visit, Red Robin offered a buy 1 double burger, get 1 free meal when you purchased two drinks. . We arrived and were promptly seated. Our waiter took our drink order and explained the deal. My husband enjoyed the double burger with french fries. My garden burger was tasty but the sauce, a country dijon, was very spicy. the attentive manager who was visiting tables brought me a new roll and I chose ciabatta instead of wheat. that was an improvement. My mistake was that I had the bagged shredded lettuce on it rather than fresh romaine. I chose broccoli as my side and it was very plain so i requested olive oil to give it some flavor. Lots of good choices and adjustments on the menu of which I was unaware - next time!

I have only been to a Red Robin once before (in PA), and I should start by saying not a huge fan of chain restaurants. But, we were on the go and needed something fast, and we were starving/craving burgers. If I didn't have the prior visit to a different location to compare this to, I would have assumed all Red Robins were like this experience. Unfortunately, everything was super greasy and oily. The burger and bun were literally soaked in oil/grease and would drip when being lifted off the plate. My husband had the guacamole burger and he said it was not as greasy as mine and much tastier. So different from the past experience. Also, at the other location, we received bottomless fries as soon as we sat down. Here we had to ask for them, and she still didn't bring them out until our whole meal came out (keep in mind we were starving;) Maybe it was just an off cook/day for them? Also, as a side note, there was a manager meeting at the table next to ours and we could hear the whole meeting. It was awkward because an employee was being reprimanded and it became a little loud at some points. Overall, not horrible, just not as good as the other location we went to.

Ok i have a problem with Red R in general. We went back had the smokey burger very good .... had about 8 fries come with it in a cylinder. We get a refill and the basket comes and I can quickly count 10 fries in the bottom ... small ones lol. Whats up with this company either provide what you advertise or drip the idea!

Terrible service - food never arrived. Manager came over and apologized but we left after one hour and still no hamburger. I do process consulting and can see that their kitchen is in disarray and food prep is poorly designed. I hope they get professional help and fire the cost monkey who designed their food prep before it is too late. Fourth and last visit. Only once has food and service gone well at this location - but this was the worst.

You would think that a place known for burgers would beat Five Guys, or at least equal it. Nope, sorry, Red Robin isn't even close. The waiter was pleasant but his upsell tactics wore thin by the end of the meal. Me: "I'd like a raspberry ice tea please." Server: "Sure, you said a Long Island Ice Tea, right?" Me: "Sigh, no a regular one." Our first mistake was the chips and french onion dip appetizer for $3. It was worth no more than $3 as it consisted of a plate of (I guess) fresh made chips and a weird cold ranch-y onion dip. Disappointing. My blue cheese burger was cooked ok but it was lukewarm, there were very little blue cheese crumbles on it, and overall it was just a very bland burger. Another disappointment. You also only get a little cup of steak fries. Sure, the fries are "bottomless" as they say, but who the heck wants to wait for more fries? Just give a good amount to begin with. Needless to say, we'll never go back as I don't appreciate being badgered to pay more $$$ for liquor, dessert, etc. and the burger was very underwhelming. Too bad.

Red Robin is definitely worth the hype. I'm only deducting 1 star because I'm not sure how their burgers are gourmet. I didn't know Red Robin was a sit down restaurant until we entered. There's a full bar & flat screens all around so it's easy to catch a sporting event. I opted for the special Berserker burger which is available for a limited time. It came cooked medium as I had ordered & had a little kick. I was expecting it to be a little bit larger than it came but it was enough to satisfy without making me feel like I had gorged myself. I washed it down with an awesome vanilla malt milkshake & the other half of my wife's burger. All the employees we encountered were extremely friendly & my son walked away with a Red Robin balloon. I will definitely be back to try more burgers & can't wait for the fall & the return of their Sam Adams Octoberfest milkshake!

Very slow! Don't come for a "quick lunch." I've been dragged here 3 times and each time the service was friendly but slow and disinterested. Not like that in the OH branches where I used to live. Burgers made with frozen, pre-pressed thin patties, not hand crafted. If you want a refill on your bottomless steak fries, better order it right away or you'll be done with your burger when they arrive

Crappy food, crappy service. We ate here a few weeks ago at the bar on a Saturday night for our one and only visit. The bar itself wasn't busy but the bar tables mostly were. Our bartender seemed overwhelmed the whole time repeatedly getting help from the server in the lounge, other staff, and what looked to be a manager, yet barely had a full bar. She wasn't overly friendly, but wasn't rude either, just going through the motions... Was prompt with taking our drink orders and very fast making them, but very slow to take our order. She either forgot to ring in our appetizer or the kitchen took forever to make it. We only ordered guacamole and chips yet it took over 25 minutes to come out, then our meals came less then 5 minutes after that...the couple next to us got their meal before their app came out. She was slow on checking on our food, we wanted a side of dressing and had to flag down another server for it picking up her drinks cause our bartender was busy then disappeared for a few minutes. The food wasn't that good either, but at least the mixed drinks were really good... Still wouldn't go back after that experience.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. The food and service is god awful. What part of "burger perfection" includes a disgusting limp patty made out of flavorless, overly processed beef. Furthermore, Red Robin is the only place on the face of the earth who could manage to fry something and have it not taste good, let alone ethereal. Bottomless steak fries? You mean flavorless sticks of soggy, limp cardboard? I'm good. The service? Forget it. Completely clueless. Forget this place.

The wife wrapped up work early today and wanted to go out to lunch with the baby and I. She also wanted to stop by the Rhode Island Mall. We decided to grab a burger at Red Robin. The last time we at Red Robin was in Arizona. We arrived around 2 pmish, the place was dead (It must get busier for dinner). It took us about 2 minutes to be seated. Our waiter Chuck was Great. He was very friendly and very accommodating. We ordered onion rings for appetizers they were delicious, wife ordered a burger and I ordered a bacon burger with bacon. While looking at the menu, I noticed they sell those cool glass cups, I ask chuck if I can buy a few for the house? How much are they? Chuck replies " $ 3 or $ 4 let me ask my manager. Chuck comes back states they dont have those glasses in stock, they have the coors light cans. I ask him to show them to me. He does, I say what the heck their $4 bucks let me buy a couple. The manager comes over, I ask him why no glasses he says " well we really dont carry them???? Hmmm then why you trying to sell them on your menu??? Not a big deal! Thats one of the reasons I got out of retail, good help is hard to find! So Im trying to keep my 3 month old son occupied, the burgers show up. Im eating while taking care of the baby. My wife says hows the bacon burger, now mind you i am half way done. Im like BACON what BACON???? She replies you ordered a bacon cheeseburger didn't you??? So I lift the bun, I look and guess what NO BACON!!! So I ask Chuck did I order a Bacon Cheesburger he says yeah. I lift the top of the burger wheres the BACON??? Again here comes the Manager, I know what he was thinking half the burger is gone this guys trying to pull a fast one. Manager says do you want BACON, I say no its ok not a big deal, he says well I will only charge you for a Cheesburger. So after getting home and jumping on my laptop, I am thinking. The place maybe had 10 customers in the entire place. How did your staff forget the BACON???? Fyi to the General Manager... you should probably order more glass cups to build your incremental sales, instead of offering the sauces for .50 additional !!!

Can I leave no stars?!?! Honestly, the place is a joke! Ordered two dinner salads to-go because I didn't feel like cooking. I get all the way home to find out there was no dressing for either salad! Complained to corporate, the so-called manager of the location contacted me and said she wanted to right the situation and took my address to send a gift card to. Months later, still nothing! Burgers are mediocre at best! Save your money and don't waste your time at this dump!!

This is a poor excuse for a restaurant. I sent back my meal 4 times last night. The waiter was extremely rude. First my drink my disgusting , then he brought back the drink for a second time in a dirty cup then I sent it back once more for a new one and he dumped the same drink from the dirty cup in the new cup but it gets better. He gets our burgers wrong and under cooks them to the point where we weren't able to eat them. Extremely disappointment. I will NEVER be eating at this nasty place again. I will not be recommending this place . STAY AWAY. The manager though Jessica was great. She was very helpful and handled the problem.

I've been here twice, and both times were much less than enjoyable. Now, I know, it's a chain restaurant, but the service and the level of food was subpar at best. Our waiter had no clue what he was doing. We had a larger party, which again, I know can be difficult, but it took over half an hour for us to get our drinks and even longer than that for him to actually take our food order. My hopes were not high for the quality of this meal, but little did I know, they would be dashed even worse than expected. When I recieved my grilled bruchetta sandwich, it was quite obvious that it had been sitting around while the rest of the orders were completed. The bottom bun of the sandwich whats soggy to the point that it fell apart the minute I picked it up. I informed the waiter of this fact to which I recieved a blank stare. I had to ask him to bring me another sandwhich to which I did not even hear a muttering of apology. 10 awkward minutes later spent watching everyone else eat their meals, they brought me another sandwhich, which prompltly also fell apart and I ended up having to eat it with a knife and fork. All in all the meal took over 2 hours, which in the setting of a birthday dinner was fine, but had we been planning on having timely meal, we would have been furious. All of this being said, the manager did come and apologize for my meal and was very friendly and nice. It almost seemed as if he was subconciously apologizing for the embarrasment of his staff.

First off, it's a burger joint. It's not a chicken sandwich place so don't do it. I did once and got a strange rubbery piece of meat. I actually thought it was raw until a manager explained that's just how it is. Yuck. He also offered to make me something else. Which I did. I got a burger instead. You can't go wrong. So much for trying to be healthy. The burgers are all really good and cooked to order. Many times they are overcooked but they always replace it. Once a waitress told us that's just how they come (after asking if we would like no pink or some pink, go figure). The manager came over to ask how our food was and we told her that burger was overcooked. She was horrified that the waitress said that. She got us a new burger. She also comped it AND gave us free dessert! I can't cook a burger for the life of me so I can sympathize with the cooks. The banzai burger, blue ribbon, mushroom and peppercorn are among a few of my faves. They recently added a turkey BLT on croissant. It's a healthier alternative and it's really good. It comes with avocado on it and you can sub the fries for salad (no charge) or fruit (only .49 upcharge). They have a good selection of beers and drinks. I have had many of the appetizers. Their buffalo wings are to die for. I know it's chicken, but they get it right. The only time we had dessert was when the manager comped it. It was brownie something and it was good. We all split it because it's almost impossible to say dessert after dinner. Too much food! The service is almost always great. The management really cares about the customer. We recently dined here and my hubby left his takeout box on the table. I ran back in to get it and the bus boy had taken it. The waitress (Doreen, I think) caught him before he dumped it. That's amazing customer service. Girlfriend went above and beyond the save the sandwich.

Food was great, turkey club on croissant and chilli made my night. Party of 6 and we all just wished they wouldn't give such small 1st round of frys, basically forcing you to wait for refill. Wait staff was great too

So, we received a message from a manager to discuss our concerns by phone, after which we were asked to come back and try the restaurant again. She seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to know whether similar things had happened there more than once. She offered us a gift card to give them another try, so we figured it couldn't hurt. It came in the mail the following week and we tucked it away for an opportune moment (they're more rare these days with a toddler and an infant, which is why it took us nearly 2 months to make it back). We were also supposed to let the manager we'd spoken with know when we arrived, but she wasn't on at the time (sorry, Sarah, we did try!). In any case, things went much better this time. The food was hot and delicious, the waiter was friendly and attentive, and when the fries took longer than anticipated coming from the kitchen he popped by to let us know that they were on the way and he hadn't forgotten them. Really, that's all it takes to keep us happy. We don't abuse our wait staff and don't ask for much- we had one refill each on beverages and fries. Even if we hadn't had the gift card, we would have left much more satisfied this time, and chafed less at the price, since we really felt like we got our money's worth this time. So, amended rating- five stars for this visit, averaged with 2 from the last review, makes 3.5 (rounded up to 4 since that's convention). I hope they're able to maintain consistency in service in the future.

Not so smart. I ended up on a shopping excursion at the mall, and finished too early for a meetup with friends, and too late to make it all the way home and then back out again. And I was hungry. Red Robin was right there, its so damn convenient. Well, the Red Robin Tavern Double is only available "well done". So I get the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger, medium please. With a name like that, I am expecting something special. What i get is an overcooked, still juicy but flavorless burger served on a stale bun. Its garnished with a bit too much "Tavern Sauce", instead of the advertised Mayo and Pickle Relish, which wasn't too bad, but couldn't save this burger. We also ordered a Tavern Double, which came out the first time cold. A second attempt was brought to us promptly, without any fuss, and was quite a bit warmer but certainly not hot. It was not anything special. The best thing on the plate were the seasoned Steak Fries. Hot and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle and seasoned with Red Robin Signature Seasoning (black pepper, celerly seed, cumin, Oregano, sage, garlic and onion, paprika, and dehydrated tomato). Its a pretty good fry.

Ok food but very slow. Not as tasty as other locations and they don't offer free fries before your meal anymore? Normally that would be fine, but if it's this slow offer us some fries so we have something to do.

Wife and I like the beer selection at the bar. We're pretty regular here and have never been truly disappointed. We always sit at the bar, food comes out quick and to our liking. Red Robin continues to be a great lunch place for my wife and I.

It gets two stars because I feel the food is good. However, the service is terrible. No matter where I ask to be seated I end up in the bar area. I specifically asked not to be seated in the bar area the last night when I wanted to dine here and use my free birthday burger...so I was told it would be a wait. We waited about 10 minutes then were escorted to the BAR AREA....exactly where we said we didn't want to be seated and why we had to wait. When we told her we asked to not be seated here and asked again if we could sit in the regular dining room she said we would have to go Back on the wait list when there were many tables available. Because of this we left and decided to give a restaurant with better service out money. I also feel that we get seated in the corner of the bar area everytime because I'm overweight. I have heard of many restaurants doing so.

I've been to a lot of Red Robins in the past, but this one always seems to disappoint me in someway or another. I went the other day for lunch & the service was HORRIBLE. The hostess greeted us right at the door & sat us immediately in a basically empty dining room, then said the waitress would be right over. My dad & I waited about 10 minutes before any server came to our table & all she did was introduce herself, then walk away. About 5 minutes later, she came back to take our orders for food & drinks at the same time. My dad ordered a water with lemon & I ordered an iced tea.. pretty simple right? We ordered an appetizer & meals for ourselves too. About 15 minutes later, our appetizer came out... but our waitress still hadn't brought our drinks over. We flagged her down & she brought them over, then informed me that the kitchen was out of broccoli, so I asked what other vegetables they had & she said carrots so I got those instead. When our meals FINALLY came out, she dropped cold carrot sticks off at my table as my side, when I was thinking they were at least going to be steamed or seasoned or SOMETHING. It's not like I ordered a kid's meal. She never checked on us to see how our food was, & it took her forever to drop off our bill. I've worked in a restaurant for years & would NEVER treat one of my tables like that. I have no idea why everything took so long because there were probably less than 8 tables total in the entire restaurant. My family & I will most likely not be returning.

We just left Red Robin. The host sat us down as soon as we walked it. Wasn't busy but a steady day! We ordered the serve was very attentive and gave us our drinks in a timely manner. We ordered and my bfn had hair in his food like a big hunk of hair. But they took care of that fast. The manager came over apologzed the servers apologized. And comped the burger. It' was a breath of fresh air to see the time work and see that they really care about there customers. We will be definitely be going back :) Loved it And the Pear-tini was good

Red Robin offers bottomless drinks and fries, it also has bottomless hype. The burgers and not by any means gourmet. For lunch today I had a "shroom burger"... the mushrooms were canned, there are few things more disgusting than canned mushrooms. Now, did you all know I gauge a restaurant by its honey mustard? Well, I do. Red Robin passed that test, but it was just ok. The food is truly mediocre at best. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress was nice however it took awhile to seat us in the almost empty restaurant, the food also came after a prolonged wait and our drinks were not refilled until we were just about to leave. There were a lot of families in the restaurant so it must be pretty kid friendly. I cannot see myself choosing to eat here again. I can get a higher quality burger for less at a lot of other locations.

Great trading burgers, a tad pricey, so for us it is an occasional treat. Like the Speckled Lemonade and bottomless fries. Saturday lunch was no wait and very fast service. Robin (not "the" Robin) was our waitress. Very attentive and pleasant.

Awesome place. Gluten free friendly. Waitresses are fantastic especially Robin. Every time we have a chance we are there. Just had my free birthday burger. Our daughter just loves the onion rings and those endless fries. So go try RED ROBIN YUMMMMM

I just want to say that our waitress--sucked. She walked away very quickly after taking our order--which wasn't even complete. She didn't take my order right, so I ended up with a tomato on my burger and the inside was very very pink. I can't eat an undercooked burger. The manager (I think she was) fixed everything and made up for it. She was very attentive, more so than our regular waitress (then again, the OTHER table's waitress was more attentive than ours, sad I know) and she fixed my order and made sure no pinkage happened. She even got our refills on fries and drinks without us having to say anything, she was great. Our waitress took forever to give us change and such too which is a big pet peeve of mine.. Our food was delicious though...AND I haz leftovers :)

My girlfriend and I went to this red robin for lunch on a Sunday. We go to red robin quite frequently and I was very disappointed with this location. For starters, I asked for a blended margarita and they brought it to me on the rocks. Not a big deal, I can get over that. Then, it took about fifteen minutes for me to get my appetizer while there were servers standing all around us gossiping which made me feel like no one was concerned about my food. The bartender sink was filled with trash and dirty napkins while the bartenders stood there talking about things I didn't care to hear. When my burger finally arrived after waiting for twenty minutes, it had a hair in it. So I had to send it back and wait another ten minutes before I could eat. My girlfriend ordered the French onion soup and it was literally all cheese and hardly any soup. Very disappointing. Thankfully the manager took my fifteen dollar burger off the menu or I might have killed somebody. Overall I am very disappointed with this red robin and will not be revisiting.

We went in last night (Tuesday) around 8 pm. We were in the area, it was way past time for the kids to eat and my youngest wanted a burger. What a mistake, a fast food joint would have been just as good for half the price! It was packed for a Tuesday night so I was expecting a good experience. The menu was totally over-priced. I ordered Turkey BLT sandwich simply because it had avocados on it, nothing else on the menu tempted me. It came out without the tomato. When I explained to the waitress she said " there's a new guy in the kitchen, it was probably him". Seriously?!? You're gonna blame it on the new guy? I got a tomato but it didn't improve the sandwich at all. The bread tasted old and stale and the bacon was gross. My older son got the chicken tenders from the children's menu - the portions are really small. My husband got a burger and it was good but not great. Service was quick and the steak fries were good; that about does it for the postives.

How I got dragged here is beyond me, but her initials are K.K.: she's tall, she's bossy, and she wasn't havin' it any other way but her way. I acquiesced because they have a full bar and the beer promised to be cold. The burgers are regrettable. Dry, pre-shaped round, banal patties... I customized away the blandy burger bun in favor of the ciabatta roll which did not match the delicacy pictured. My swiss was cold, I asked for tomatoes and mayo on the side, neither of which came. I asked for steak fries well-done and got what I don't care for: luke warm potato. This is quite a happening place on Thursday nights around 5:00 with the family crowd. I'm talking not a single parking spot left and an actual line to wait in. We nabbed booth at the bar and were treated to great service. Ambiance - star, service - star, and that's where the gifting stops.

Terrible. We went one night before we went to the movies. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and there were probably about like 10 people in there. The servers were never to be found. We waited 18 minutes on the dot for our drinks and we only ordered a soda and a water. My Boyfriend got a burger medium well - it was covered in some weird mayo sauce that was hot, but once he got to the center he noticed it was extra pink and cold so he didnt finish it but we were sick of waiting for waiters to come by, and by that time he didnt want anything to do with any of the burgers. We were already late for our movies anyways. The waiter never even offered to recook it or take it off the bill. Then the bill came it was 40$ I was so ready to walk out. He ended up with food poisoning and in the hospital 2 days later. it was awful. we will never be back there.

My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try this place for some time . Today, we had the opportunity to go and I tell you, no bueno. I ordered a double cheeseburger and he had a regular cheese burger . We ordered the burgers well done. My boyfriends burger was raw inside and greasy. Mine came out well done but was very greasy as well. The meat was cheap and tasteless (not what I would expect for a gourmet burger) . We told the waitress that the burger my boyfriend received was not cooked the way he ordered it and we did not even get an apology. The table next to us had the same problem. First and last time. Five guys is much better than this crapola.

We love Red Robin - great atmosphere and yummy, quick food. The service at this location was FAR better than the Foxboro, MA location. It was a little chilly in the dining room during the winter.

I've read a lot of bad reviews for this Red Robin so I felt the need to leave an awesome review. First off, we have always enjoyed great service whether in the bar (awesome if there's a wait for the dining room) or in the dining room. Our favorite waitress is Emily and she has an amazing memory - she remembers us and our order every time! She also is one step ahead of everything you need like drinks, dipping sauces or fry refills. Recently we started getting their new spinach dip (which is amazing) but beforehand we got the fried zucchini and mushrooms (also very good). I am a fan of their royal burger (no pink due to digestion issues). The one time it was accidentally served with pink, they took it back no fuss and replaced it in no time with a hot, juicy, perfectly cooked burger. I also love their whiskey river BBQ chicken wrap. It's always the perfect combination of crunchy tortillas, hot chicken and cold lettuce and tomato with just the right amount of sauce. My fiancé loves the bonzai burger and the royal burger. Their fries are always hot and seasoned very well. We actually don't go that often due to traffic around the mall, but I'd say we go at least twice a month. Sometimes we just want takeout burgers and go to Five Guys which is closer. However, we still love Red Robin. We are also part of their rewards club and have gotten free birthday burgers and every 10th burger is free. I just can't sing their praises enough!

First time ever eating here last week! The waiter was out of this world, really cool/funny down to earth guy. Wish I caught his name (dark hair, very talkative, loves to drink ) anyways.. Even if the food sucked if go back for his service alone. But alas the food was excellent! I got some sort of BBQ chicken wrap.. And all you can eat fries!!?? That's crazy, coming back for sure!!

We went here the other night with our two teens. The restaurant is nice enough - seemed clean, I liked the stuff they had and there's a full bar. Our waitress was very good, which is unusual these days. All four of us ordered burgers, no special orders, straightforward. We waited about 40 minutes for our burgers to arrive, which for a Monday night is inexcusable. Burgers don't take that long, especially when there's barely anyone in the joint. My burger was fair. The meat was ok I suppose, but for nearly $10 I expected a substantially sized patty. It was lost in the bun and toppings. My wife's burger was ok too, nothing special. The boys, they're teens so they'll eat pretty much anything put in front of them. They seemed happy enough. To be brief - these burgers were not nearly as delicious as Five Guys, twice as expensive as Five Guys, and took far too long to get to the table. On the plus side, Red Robin has beer. This was too expensive for just an ok burger. Not a fan.

One of the best burgers I've had in my 34 years. I got the "Whiskey River BBQ Burger", and it was just amazing. I was offered mayo with my fries, that's a first! Minus one star for; fruit flies crashing our meal, mealy giant steak fries, iceberg lettuce, and the slightly inflated prices.

OK - so we give an upgrade to four stars, and provide some valuable advice... Last lousy visit garnered us a business card from the manager offering 2 free entrees and a free dessert...finally decided to cash in... Sat in the bar this time, expecting to get better service, staying away from the overworked dining room staff...this was the right decision. We took a booth in the bar area, and the service couldn't have been better - quick, prompt, and attentive for sure...and I can only assume it's because bartenders and cocktail waitresses (for lack of a better term) understand that service is what keeps customers happy and tips high. Towards the end of the meal, we dropped down the business card...the manager stopped by to ask if they had won us over...we raved and raved about our server, letting him know we'd be back - but sure to sit only in the bar moving forward. I must say, the experience between sitting the bar area vs.s sitting in the dining room is like night and day...

Let me start off by saying this rating applies to this location in Warwick RI only as I have had good experiences at other Red Robin locations... I was originally going to review this Red Robin after my first visit which was a very disappointing experience, however I figured they were newly open at the time, new staff so screw it give them another chance or two to win me over, well they haven't. I went in with my family yesterday late afternoon approximately 4pm and the place was slow, very very slow. We were greeted at the front door immediately by the hostess however we had to have her repeat herself a couple of times because the music was so loud we couldn't hear her over it. She seated us promptly and that is where the problems began, I ordered a diet coke and it tasted bad, not like diet coke at all, but I figured OK their mix must be off no biggie happens all the time, any way we placed our order and my son need to use the restroom, so we walked to the restroom, as we rounded the corner we were greeted by a staff member sprawled out in a booth sleeping and continued on our way to the restroom. The restroom was clean however just before traditional dinner time on a Friday evening you should probably ensure your restrooms have paper towels to dry your hands with, as both machines were completely empty. as we walk back to our booth past the sleeping staff member I remember looking at the table thinking wow still no food, considering the place was empty and our order consisted of 2 burgers, a corn dog for my son and chicken fingers and ribs for my daughter. When the food arrived the disappointment really set in, Myself, my wife's, and my daughters fries were cold... not warm, cold to the touch cold. Both mine and my wife's burgers were also cold, actually the only thing that was close to hot was my sons corn dog which was actually over cooked but at least it was warm for him to eat. When the server came back to ask how we were doing we told her of the issues and she went to get her manager, I will give the manager credit as she was very apologetic didn't charge us for anything (not for nothing if she didn't waive the prices, except my my sons corn dog, I would have flipped out as nothing was eaten) But anyway she showed concern, apologized, offered to re cook our meals, and gave us a coupon for 2 free entrees and 2 free kids meals, which we will probably never use. I don't know how this location is so bad and the others I have visited are vastly better but the lack of quality control, and staff control at this establishment reflects poorly on their management.... remember management you can't get away with having to comp food all the time

I visited Red Robin once before, but only chose to review today - mainly due to the fact that today's experience was far superior and I thought it was worth noting. The restaurant was able to accommodate a party of 4 at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon fairly easily, which I attribute to the newness of Red Robin finally wearing off. We were seated at a very clean booth, and what I appreciated most was the lack of clutter that's seen typically at chain restaurants: various drink promotion cards, the drink/dessert menu, gift card promo cards, salt/pepper, ketchup, malt vinegar...the list goes on. Our waiter was quick to come to the table and get our drink orders, and was attentive without being overbearing. For lunch, I opted for the Souper Sandwich Combo - for roughly $11 you get a full sized sandwich and a side soup. The BLTA (BLT plus avocado on a croissant) was surprisingly tasty. Like really tasty. The bacon was crispy, the lettuce was very green and fresh, tomatoes were sweet and juicy. I was in total shock over how good this sandwich was. The french onion soup was okay, but nothing to write home about.

I think it is the staff. So I am listing 4 stars, it is more in the 3.5 to 3.75. The burgers are great, but there are a few great burgers around. The place has been pretty crowded the last couple of times I have been there, but the staff is always happy. In both cases I was there, I just managed to go sit at the bar. I have had two different bar tenders, but they were both fantastic. Introducing themselves, making conversation, very attentive. As for the food, the onion rings are great, the burgers, chicken sandwiches and endless fries are really good. - Burnin Love Burger (thumbs up) - Natural Burger (thumbs up) - Whiskey River BBQ Chicken (thumbs up) - Royal Red Robin Burger (thumbs up) And no, I did not eat them all myself. Just three, ok, seriously mine were the Burnin and Royal on two different nights. They were both done really well. So, in summery: Food - Good Service - Great

I should have read all of the reviews on Yelp before I went to Red Robin in Warwick last Saturday night with my family . I always love the food here but it can be too noisy for my taste so we don't come often. The other reason is the service. I have consistently received slow, mediocre service here. Last Saturday the service was exceptionally bad. We ordered two appetizers that were never delivered. We let another server know about the missing food when our burgers were ordered (45 minutes after we arrived). From that point on we barely saw our server. He was clearly going out of his way to skip our table. My son, who is usually oblivious, commented that the waiter was going the long way around to help his other two tables so he wouldn't have to walk by us. Red Robin's solution was to give us one free app on our next visit. Who cares about our next visit? I wanted satisfaction on this visit. I understand that it's restaurant industry practice to give something free on the next visit but they could have given us better service on this one to at least leave us with a good impression.

I just finished my second visit to Red Robin. I think it will be the last. It's not good enough for an adult night out, and too expensive for a kids-level meal. The service is average, while the decor is equivalent to a rough collection of mismatched treasures amassed by the weird older brother of your middle school crush. Trappings aside, the food is just not that good. The fries are bottomless, but who wants more pale, dry steak fries? The toppings have mild flavor, but the most painful taste offender is the burger. There is something unsavory about the meat... It has very little/ no beef flavor, and the texture is a sponge-like, as though it were a firmish cake rather than a beef patty. I'm not sure it's 100% beef, honestly. At about $10 for the burger and $2.50 for a soda, this felt like a rip off. And now for a phrase that has never before crossed my lips: "Go to Applebee's instead."

Ugh I normally don't complain or send back food bc I am a bartender, but I had the clam chowder and obviously it was powder based. I knew because the powder blob popped in my mouth and it was just an awful flour texture. Will not be returning for that! Had the jalapeño burger and it wasn't made the way the menu described.

Burgers are good - but the staff are a bit childish. I was walking in with my son and husband one day and they neglected to tell me of the step UP to the table so I nearly fell over (with my infant son in hand) they thought it was funny - I say you need to grow up. They have WAY too many staff and while I certainly understand hiring young employees, these kids are WAY immature. Food was good - not noteworthy, but certainly edible and came out hot.

I've always wanted to like this chain, mostly because I had my first legal beer at one (in British Columbia). With that said ... Well, it's mall food. If you accept that going in, it's decent food. I had a burger with an egg on top, pretty good but nothing exceptional. If you go in expecting the world's finest burger you'll be disappointed. But it's located in a mall parking lot so you should know better. Bottom line: A passable $8 burger at the mall.

"Red Robin yummm" more like "Red Robin mehhh". The service here is decent but nothing to rave about. The burgers are disappointing. For a place that prides and its self on burgers and advertises them non stop they are so mediocre. Red Robin is just an adults Friendly's without the ice cream. Thanks but no thanks. I don't think I'll find myself here again unless I'm out driving along and super hungry and the only thing around is a Red Robin.

Reeeeeed Robin...ummmmm? Constantly, I would see these commercials for Red Robin on TV and I really wanted to check one out. Hell, these burgers have the ability to CATCH CRIMINALS. So, much to my delight, Red Robin kicked Macaroni Grill out of their location next to the Warwick Mall and decided to serve the greater Warwick area with delicious burgers. They were, in fact, delicious. However, I'm not sure if most of the staff mentally knew where they were that night. I went there with a friend who shares my excitement for a good burger on a Saturday night. It was crowded and took awhile to get a seat, but that's expected. Finally, we were guided to our seat with that smile only seen in training videos that one watches in a closet on their first day. We sat down and I was impressed because there was no napkins. That's right, I was impressed. Clearly, these burgers were so good that I wouldn't need to clean up after myself. Much to my disappointment, this was just an error on their part and I was given napkins. Time to order and when asked for the size of a 12oz or 23oz beer...I clearly had to supersize my order. When I got it, she brought me a 12oz. They're already trying to cut me off. Got our food and the burgers were good. Like finger licking good (luckily I had napkins!) The fries were your normal type of fries. Well, it was time for us to leave and we requested the check after trying to flag down our waitress. When we got the bill, we saw the total amount we had to pay: $0.00. Our meal was free?! Oh wait...no it wasn't...apparently she messed up on the receipt and put into the computer that we already paid. After having her fix this, along with trying to charge me for a 23oz that I never got, we paid and went on our merry way. Would I come back? Probably not. The staff isn't well trained and most look confused. If they cooked the burgers themselves, I'm pretty sure I'd be served a bun patty in between two burgers. That...I would definitely need a napkin for.

Went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I love cheeseburgers and had heard the hype. Walked in and was seated right away. I ordered the cheeseburger rare. I might have accepted medium rare. The waiter said they don't do that and he "might" get the cook to leave a little pink in the middle. I left.

Was I hungry when I showed up at Red Robin? Yes. Was I hungry when I left? Yes. Did I get a sandwich at Walt's Roast beef for half the price that was more filling just 12 days prior? Yes. That's where the problem is. I had never been to a Red Robin before but it was practically right there upon leaving the Warwick Mall cinema. If you like a snack, but want to feel like you cheated your stomach out of a better deal this seems like the ideal place. The burger my friend got did not seem any different than the chicken sandwich I got... besides the obvious. Service was great, place was busy, food was done right. Everything was done right except my appetite. I would say more but I need to see what I've got in the fridge.

Given this Red Robin about 4 chances. And the service keeps getting worse and worse. Appitizers were forgotten on two occassions. Wrong meal brought out. Forget about the endless fries that I have never been asked about. The Burgers are average, nothing spectacular. Go down the road to 5 guys for better food and a lower price.

My first time trying this burger place I was excited....however after getting my food I was a little let down. The burger itself had no flavor but the toppings were good. The wait staff was friendly but, the wait was long for a Sunday evening and the establishment was less than halfway full. Overall it was pretty average, the burgers weren't as gourmet as I thought. I will say it would be a better choice than a Burger King or a McDonalds.

I like Red Robin and went in to the new location for my annual free birthday burger. Red Robin Royalty club has this one good perk. I used to have to go to Plymouth (near old job) or Patriot Place to get my benefits. It was very busy, I sat at the bar. The bar tender was overwhelmed, but still tried to provide the best service he could. Got the Blue Ribbon burger, cooked as asked, and tasted great. I actually am not a fan of their fries, but they are bottomless if you like them. They do have a good bar with a average selection of beers.

It's just burgers and fries. I'm just not that impressed. The amount of calories I witnessed other members of our party consume in one sitting alarmed me. Free refills on root beer floats + free refills on steak fries = dangerous... Aggressive birthday party singing scared my 3-year-old.

I do not understand all the hype about this place. The decor rivals that of johnny rockets as well as the price range, 9 bucks a burger. I was surprised to see the parking lot full on a Monday evening but they had plenty of room in the restaurant so no wait for a table. Almost everywhere there was family's full of children so I assume perhaps its a family place for a "gourmet" burger. Anyhow, the waitress was decent not to attentive but very nice I almost felt bad I sent the food back. Getting to the food now, the food when I got it was cold to the touch, the tomato on the burger was warmer than the meat. Absolutely horrible, so bad I sent it back! ( I never send anything back, believe me!). I would say that the place needs more organization, the food sat in the window for more than 5 minutes hence the cold burger. Once I complained I got warm food and decent (for previously frozen) fries. The food tasted good but not the best I've had for that price-point. Better than the other chains such as chili's, applebee's etc for a burger but I will not go there again. Try five guy's down the street if you want something cheaper, better and fresh, skip RR's unless your in a bind because it is not a cheap date.

Went back again this weekend and while the food was again acceptable, what really stood out this time was the poor service. The staff was friendly, but they really seem to struggle at some basic things, like providing silverware and napkins to the tables. It wasn't just our table that was lacking these items, which we received only after asking for them after our burgers arrived, but almost every table around us also had the same problem. Did they not buy enough flatware when they opened? Are the servers just not aware that even if patrons don't need flatware because it's a burger place, we may perhaps need napkins? Lastly, when our burgers were delivered, the guy (not our original waitress) asked if we wanted another drink and I ordered a beer, but that never arrived. We noticed the table next to us also ordered drinks that never arrived. I wish they could get their service issues resolved, but I doubt they ever will. Just doesn't seem like they have a clue about this stuff.

First I have to say the burgers are pretty good that is why I put 2 stars, if it weren't for the burgers, 1 star all day. Service is horrible, so we have had take out a couple of times and I can't begin to tell you how often we are give more ketchup packets than fries. I've called and complained, but to No avail.

I don't understand what everyone sees in this place. The burgers are way overpriced for the quality, the service is lacking, and the food is inconsistent. I went here late on a Saturday night with the family and we all ordered burgers. We received our meals 45 minutes later accompanied with cold fries. Ouch. By that point, we were all so hungry that we ate what we could and promptly left. I do have to say that my burger, Burnin' Love, was pretty good. But my fries were ice cold. I was really excited about finding a great place to eat in Warwick, but this isn't it.

i came back again with my roommate and a coworker. the thought of the freckled lemonade shouldn't get out of my mind! we walked in on this hot summer day and were seated promptly by a friendly host. i just wish we hadn't been sat by the kitchen so i didn't have to hear the staff gossiping.. the last time i came here, a bartender named albert was our server and i wish we had him again. today we had.. donie? i'm pretty sure that's his name. he started off with an inviting offer of freckled lemonade as he was introducing himself. it was as if he was reading my mind! this was actually the only thing he did right in my book. albert told me last time i was here that i could substitute a veggie patty for any burger that was on the menu. so that's exactly what i did this time. i ordered the same burger that i did last time and before i even took a bite i saw a nice piece of bacon sticking out. now is it just me but if a guest asks to have a veggie burger wouldnt you ask if they wanted bacon or even question it for that matter? yuck. other than that he was very polite and courteous he just needs a little more sense of reading people.

Went in because the commercials finally got to me! It was PACKED for a Monday night, but it was a holiday, so it makes sense. We opted for the bar where we could sit down right away and were instantly asked for our drink order. Let's stop and talk about something for a minute. Most places have unlimited soda refills. Red Robin has unlimited Root Beer float refills. For real? Too bad I only saw them after I ordered, but the guy next to us was sucking them back like he was Edward Cullen and they were a Grizzly Bear, so they must be good. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger, but opted for the turkey patty instead of beef. My main squeeze ordered the Prime Chophouse Burger. Both were delicious and cooked just the way we wanted them. He got a salad with his and it was big for a side salad. The bar staff was friendly, and while busy, on top of their game. I will definitely go back and try some other items off of the menu...::cough:: root beer float ::cough::

I came to the RR in Warwick last Saturday. I have eaten at the one in Patriots Place once, and both the service and quality of food really did not make me want to come back to a RR anytime soon. But I decided what the heck why not! We were seated almost immediately, and I must say the food was much better than my last experience. I know it used to be the old Macaroni Grill, but still very spacious and a very cool atmosphere. Our waitress was on her A game. I swear not once did I ever have to ask for a refill! As soon as my glass was half full she was right on top of getting me a refill. When does this ever happen today?!?! My favorite is the Whiskey BBQ Chicken Wrap. Plus you can buy the seasonings they use on their burgers for $3.00 for each bottle. I have already used the seasonings a couple of times while cooking on my grill and I must say, very delicious! Overall I was very happy with the service and food.

Our family's first Red Robin experience was hovering around a one-star rating, but maybe because I was in a good mood, I'll give them a four instead for turning around an epic disaster. Let me explain. We visited early on a Sunday afternoon at a very busy hour, and was told there was a 25 minute wait. We were in no hurry, and the family had been looking forward to the visit, so we chose to hang around and tough it out. As our 25 minute wait morphed into a 45 minute wait, we noticed that there were several empty tables, but no one was being seated. We were also watching the frenetic kitchen staff try to fill the 30 or more hanging order tickets visible from the dining room. Something was wrong. Two obnoxious elderly women, who had been seated, walked out saying they had been waiting over an hour for their orders and gave up, instructing us to follow them out. The hostesses were receiving severe grief from nearly everyone by now, and their stress levels were visible and likely at an all time high. Customers entering the front door were being turned away. Who knows why we chose to hang around. After an hour, with the dining room nearly empty, we were finally escorted to our table. Our server was friendly and eager to apologize. She said something went wrong in the kitchen and they were unable to fill any orders for a while. That's when they decided to no longer seat people. She said a group of employees who were on their way to Nashua to open another restaurant were re-routed and called in to get things back into shape. Our server was attentive, pleasant and fast, despite the drama, and our orders came out hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the "Royal Red Robin Burger" that included a fried egg. Honestly, other than adding cholesterol to the meal, I'm not sue what purpose the egg serves since you can't taste it with all the other flavors in the burger. And who can argue with bottomless steak fries? Our server went out of her way to be sure we were taken care of,and dropped by the table often to express her appreciation for our patience. We could have easily walked out early on and never returned. With some background working with the public, I sympathized with the staff and was impressed with how they pulled things together and gave my family a good meal and good experience. Good thing for them, I guess, I wasn't in a hurry.

This was my first time at a Red Robin! I had always seen the commercials on TV but I really wasn't sure what this place had to offer. My husband and I gave it a shot and I was very pleasantly surprised! The place was really busy when we walked in but we got a table right away! I loved the decor! It was fun and bright! Our server approached us promptly to take our drink orders and greeted us with a warm smile! The service was just out of this world! We would get refills without even asking which is a big deal nowadays! That hardly ever happens! The menu surprised me as well! It had much more than just burgers! There were salads, sandwiches, wraps, and your typical appetizer foods! Everything looked so delicious but I ended up getting a regular cheeseburger and my husband ordered a sandwich. The food was good, and although I was satisfied, I have had better. My husband ordered broccoli instead of french fries and still got the fries. The fries were good, but tasted even better once I put the Red Robin seasoning on them. The server gave us a Red Robin Royalty club card so we are sure to be back since the perks of the card seem doable and tasty! I will definitely be back!

I read recently that they just started serving gluten-free hamburger buns...so naturally I had to try it immediately. It was AWESOME. Possibly the best damn gluten-free bun I have ever had...ESPECIALLY coming from a fast food restaurant. For the two minutes it took me to inhale the burger, I felt like a normal person, eating a normal-person cheeseburger. I completely forgot it was gluten free...HORRAY!!! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that they MUST start labeling the gluten-free items from the regular items. I almost ate my boyfriend's wheat bun which could have been a nightmare...I mean REALLY REALLY BAD. I called to verify which order was which and the manager thankfully was able to differentiate between the two burgers. FYI: the gluten free bun does NOT have sesame seeds. Other than that...it was a pretty slammin burger.

They've been advertising this place at least 2 years before building this one... what a disappointment. It's pricey, the portions were nothing to shout about, and the service was pretty bad. In a sea of other burger joints, it was absolutely NOTHING SPECIAL. Just another entry on the junk food bucket list, nothing more.

"REEEEEEEEEEEED ROBIN...YUUUUMMM!" I've eaten at Red Robin a few times now since they finally opened up one here in Rhody. After reading some of the reviews, I honestly don't know why most of them are so negative about this place. I work in a restaurant myself and work through rush hours. It's nothing to be happy about trust me when you have people hounding you all at once...but to be honest I've yet to have a bad experience here. The food is just awesome. First time I came here with my girlfriend and one of my good friends. My girlfriend is from Texas so she knows how Red Robin is, but as for me and my friend we've never tried it. I went ahead and ordered the Wiskey River BBQ Burger with endless fries and mac & cheese. First off let me just say that that burger was one of the juiciest I've eaten in a long time from a fast food joint. I also put some of that special spice blend they leave on the table and it absolutely rocked on my burger. Very tender, juicy, and hearty and it gave the burger lots of flavor. I ate the whole thing. The fries were really good and so was the mac & cheese. That meal gets an A from me. The waitress we had was really pleasant as well. It was worth the money I'd say. The second time I came here I tried the Burnin' Love burger. If you've read some of my reviews you know I'm a Spice Lord, and this burger was full of it no doubt. Juicy, spicy, steamin' hot and really good. I enjoyed it! I was offered more fries but unfortunately I couldn't go another round. The burgers so far are awesome and hopefully next time I stop in I'll try some of the chicken or a different burger. Like I said I have yet to experience a bad time here. I mean c'mon people, this is Rhode Island what do you expect...where are you gonna find southern hospitality around here? All that matters is that the food was totally awesome and I plan on coming back for more! The only con I have is that every time I've come here so far, I ALWAYS catch someone falling on the way down to the dining area. You guys might wanna fix the floor over there on that small "hill" or add a rug because people keep falling down. One of my friends actually fell too. Just a suggestion.

From the time that I walked in to the time I left I had the best service as well as the best experience ever. The first time I came here was on Veteran's Day where I had awesome service. However it would not be wise for a company not to piss off a former service woman..definitely not a good look but the meal and service was great. Though the place was busy as hell, the waiter was attentive and friendly. Yesterday I was starving before I wanted to stroll over to Macy's so I stopped by.( Getting my free birthday burger is another plus) I was greeted with a smile by a really sweet hostess. We talked for a little bit and waited for the waiter. My waiter came over...yea wow....tall, killer smile, hot (and hopefully single lol )..he would have been flawless but for the Red Sox shirt he was wearing, but everyone working there was wearing one so maybe there is hope. Anyway when I was done drooling over my waiter, I believe the manager came over and sat down at my table. He was so adorable. So nice. We chatted for a bit. He took my order and I waited for my Banzai burger to be made. I used to frequent the Wareham location and even the one in Milford CT. Cooking a burger is pretty simple. I like my well done which is simply leave on the grill until it's fully cooked. For some reason the other two locations can't figure that out, my burger yesterday was on point. Everything was awesome . Seriously, I felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me yesterday. It was crazy. I've been to some high priced places and I can say not one place has treated me like they did yesterday at a burger joint. A really hot waiter was the perfect touch too. In all seriousness, I was more than taken care of and I really do appreciate it.

Very disappointed! Our server was quite nice; but appeared overwhelmed on her 2nd night. While it wasn't her fault, felt rushed & ignored while we were here. No silverware when we sat down, she relayed kitchen was working to remedy. Took drink and food order. App arrived before drinks delivered by a runner. A manager stopped by to ask how the apps were before we had even had a chance to taste and it was more of a walkby because was already asking another table before I had chance to answer. The waitress arrived and apologized for delay, explaining someone behind us had an allergic reaction and she had to report it to a manager for a report to be filled out. She had just moved on to next table she had drink order for when another runner had our entrees, less than 4 minutes later. I HATE that! The waitress came by again to apologize, check that we were ok, ask if we'd like another drink and would be back with them & was gone until I was done with entree and actually set for check. The food-for all the commercials & money in other advertising, I have had better burger at mom & pop places around town for far less cost. Overall, dissatisfied, don't think I will be back anytime soon.

My boyfriend and I went to the Red Robin at a new location of Bald Hill Rd in Warwick and we had to wait for 20 minutes because it was packed but it was worth the wait. The waitress Annie that took our order was very polite and our food came out quick and I enjoyed my bbq chicken wrap sandwich and my boyfriend enjoyed his chicken sandwich and the bottomless fries were hot. We will definately will be going back there again and I will be taking my friend there for her birthday in October :)

Red Robin is the new place in town and oh I wanted to try it so bad! Especially the pictures online, their menu pictures, just so mouth-watering. I went with a group of healthy eaters and maybe I didn't thoroughly enjoy my burger because of that but I'm not sure... so I'm giving them a 3 star, I didn't really like the burger I had. I had the blue cheese burger. I was hoping for full blown flavors from all angles because of the burger patty + sauce + blue cheese = heaven... but it wasn't so much the case. It was good, but disappointing because I was hoping for more flavor. I'll probably give them another shot without my salad eating friends. A mention on the service, it was spectacular. I suspect because it was the first 2 weeks of opening, but I'm hoping their service remains this great forever.

My nephew has always liked this place for reasons i can't say. I have NEVER like the food quality or the taste. (I personally would go to TED's Montana grill or 5 Guys for a burger.) This last time not only was the last for even my nephew. His burger came to him RAW, my friends prime rib sandwich was a joke filled with tough meat and grizzle. The garlic fries were soggy and had that fake minced garlic from a jar. We sent back the burger and the prime rib sandwich ( I sent back the fries because I do not wast my time on bad food) telling them the problem. Now they don't comp anything but they bring another burger for my nephew and friend ask for a burger instead, plus give us some more of there all you can eat fries. On top of that the managers will not leave us alone !!!!!! we could not even try to eat in peace now. Top it all off now my nephew has been sick since we came home from that place. I am so glad i ate a veggie burger.

We called ahead for a takeout order after spending a few hours at the Warwick mall. The restaurant itself is very cool, great atmosphere, plenty of tables, and a cool bar. The bartender who handled my order was very friendly and took care of getting my to-go food quickly. We tried the Gourmet Cheeseburger and the Shroom Burger both were still hot when we arrived home and delicious! The thick burger patties were cooked to the proper temp of medium, were seasoned well, and had fresh lettuce, tomato's, onions, etc... The fries were tasty too! We will be back.

Great service but Restraunt was out of a lot of supplies. The food was greasier than other Red Robbins we have eaten at. Instead of telling customers they were out of food ingredients they substituted other items to pass off. Waitress Ariel was super nice but food was not worth coming back for.

The last time i went here was the LAST TIME. Gross cold fried appetizers, unpleasant server (place was dead so why not be attentive?). Asked several times for kids balloons to entertain them. Forgot my kids drinks. Never again and my kids loved the atmosphere the first time so for a parent thats saying something. I guess the need to prove something faded with the "new restaurant" label?

Awful, awful, awful. My husband and I went to RR on a Friday night. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait, but we waited for over 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting, but I'd appreciate being given a real idea of what the wait is going to be. We were finally seated and then waited another five minutes before we were even greeted by the waitress. She apologized for the wait and took our entire order, since we had plenty of time to look at the menu at that point. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and an entree. The drinks showed up but the appetizer never came I didn't see the waitress at all or I would have asked where the appetizer was. Fifteen minutes later the entrees came and I asked to just cancel the appetizer order. The waitress apologized and said she would ask if she could take it off the bill. She also said the manager would be over to speak with us but he never came over even though he walked past our table several times. The food was very unimpressive. My husband ordered a $10.50 burger that has been heavily advertized in print and on TV, but the burger he got looked nothing like the one in the commercials. After the meal was over, the waitress brought the bill. We wanted to pay with cash but we needed change. We waited over ten minutes for the waitress to come back to pick up the cash/give us change but finally I just went up to the bar and asked for change there. Bottom line: Food: overpriced and underwhelming Service: shoddy at best

I was SO excited to try this place since they are the only place around serving gluten free burgers with a bun! I really really really wanted it to be good. Unfortunately, the only two things that were good were the service (waiter was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about gluten free items) and the strawberry milkshake. And, one more thing, the gluten free BUN was good as well. The fries were lukewarm, soggy, and mostly very undercooked. The burger had no flavor, and neither did the cheese. The bacon was so thin I could see through it, and there were only 2 small slices on the burger. No good. I guess I'm back to getting Five Guys take out and slapping it on a gluten free bun at home.

With so many great places to eat in RI it is hard to believe these guys can keep their doors open. I have eaten here twice and it is basically overpriced, run of the mill, average food. I am not saying it is bad but it just is; I feel major buyers remorse after spending $20-$25 on a burger, fries, and a drink. On the positive the service was descent and the bathrooms were clean on both visits.

After ignoring my existence at the bar register for 5 minutes, the employee actually walked away. There was no I'll be right with you, no can I help you, nothing. When she came back without so much as looking at me, I actually had to ask her if this was where I would place my take out order, if only to remind her to do her job. The food was good, but portions were kinda small for the price. We enjoyed our burger, salad, and sweet potato fries, but my son's grilled cheese was way below average. I had a delicious drink while I waited for the food to come out, freckled lemonade. The bartender was nice, not very attentive though since I sat for awhile and had to ask for a drink instead of being offered service. What am I, invisible? I would probably go again, but not for take out.

Food was good. Service was not as good. They have bottomless fries so why would you be skimpy on the fries with your order. It would save the waiter time and the customer aggravation. I had to wait long periods of time for refills on my drink and when I needed ketchup or napkins the waiter was nowhere to be found. This red robin is new and once they filter out the bad waitstaff I am sure the experience will be better
