Great atmosphere for watching sporting events but horrible service. Took an hour to get our food on a Wednesday when it was NOT busy! Do not plan on ever going back.

Loud, over hyped, slow service, chain wings. There are so many better wing options in RI so why get excited about this "meh" establishment. Also, the wings are overpriced for what you are getting. They do, however have hats like burger king does. I am a sucker for hats.

First off, I can't believe how long it took me to write this review. I went here a few weeks ago with my mom for a quick lunch at the mall. We walked in to about 5 hostesses. Why does it take 5 girls to figure out where to seat people? I don't know, but none of them knew what to do with us or where to seat us. Plus, they were more interested in talking than working. Finally, one of them seated us. I wish they didn't. My mom and I both ordered a salad with chicken on it. Simple enough. It took way too long for our order to come out and when it did they forgot my moms chicken. When we told our waitress she didn't apologize and we both felt like she just didn't want to help. Unfortunately, mine did have chicken and it was literally inedible. I took two bites, waited for the check and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Will I return? Sure, when pigs fly.

I wouldn't waste your time or money here, wings are nothing to write home about and can get a little pricey and the customer service at both tables and bar need a lot of work

The driest, worst Grilled Chicky Salad I think I've had since I reached puberty. Also, FAIL on including the Balsamic Dressing which I was required to send someone back in traffic to obtain. Well done BWW's....

Soggy, flabby, wings and a bunch of nice TVs. Don't bother.

I am a lover of wings and was so excited to try this new establishment. Unfortunately, what a disappointment... The wings were okay, not great. The spicy garlic and honey buffalo flavors were not very good. However, my husband and I liked the mango habanero and Caribbean jerk flavors although their spice factor was a tad too much. For mediocre wings, these are very expensive and not worth the full price! I suppose it would be worth ordering some to go on Wing Tuesdays when they're discounted. I've only ordered takeout twice here, and both times, the service was not great. The teeny boppers manning the takeout desk were too busy chatting away despite a long line of customers to serve. On a greater note, I would never eat at the restaurant because it is obscenely loud with tv's blasting in every direction. It's just too distracting an ambience overall. In fact, the volume of the tv's and people talking is still too loud outside of the restaurant. I know there's got to be somewhere in RI with to-die-for wings...but where?

Bad, Bad.. just Bad. Cons: Hype Quality Service Pros: Sports bar atmosphere Sorry but I have an issue with buying overpriced spongey wings. And subpar wing sauces. For amatuers, this place is a god sent. Trust me, much better option I few blocks away Bone*Cough*Heads Also had pulled pork sliders.. kinda like canned tuna texture. Blah Not going back --

I went to try it and our service was terrible and the food was bad. We ordered traditional buffalo wings they came out cold charged .60 for each blue cheese and $8 for onion rings. Wayyyy overpriced for bad service and cold food.

Not bad.. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, decent food. Beer came quick. Honestly for wings I'd rather go to Boneheads, but it was enjoyable.

Just another run-of-the-mill B-dubs. I knew what I was getting in to - but being a wing junkie - I thought I would give it a go. Maybe their quality is different opening week? Wrong. First off - it's new. So everything is shiny and nice. The staff - like any brand new place - may as well be the headless chickens I came to devour. The place itself looks great. It is however SUPER loud. Don't get me wrong - I blast my music, I turn my guitar up to 11, but as far as sit down eateries - it's like everyone has a microphone and is screaming I to it. As anticipated - the wait was outrageous. Took some time to visit a few stores while we waited. Once seated - our server took forever to bring over drinks - and the food took even longer. I'm ok with waiting - but that would be if we weren't taking frozen chicken. As a friend said - I'll wait for fresh hard worked flavor over frozen meritocracy any day. Glad that new businesses are employing us RIslanders.... But my earned dollars will go further elsewhere.

I was there about a week ago. Food was ok not great. Service was awful at best. Long wait even though ten or more tables had been open, and a bunch of the staff standing around talking about what they did last week.

Boyfriend bragged about this place wishing we'd get one (he went back when he was living in Alabama) and nearly did backflips when I told him about this one coming to our local mall. We knew it was going to be crazy for a while since it's brand new to RI and since we both had Saturday off (which for me is super rare!) we made it a date day. We went around 4 and were told it was an hour wait. I don't normally want to wait that long to be seated anywhere but were waiting to try this place for months so we walked around the mall for a while and checked back 30 minutes later (as the hostess suggested) and she told us it would be about 15 minutes. Not bad! We got back just in time to hear them tell everyone else it would be 2 hours. SO glad we came when we did! When we were seated it took quite a while for our waitress to come to us but I'm not going to hold that against them considering how new and crazy busy the place is. We ordered Bahama Mamas, Fried Cheese Curds and Fried Pickles (he wanted those and I didn't because I hated the ones from Texas Roadhouse but the ones here were pretty good!) for apps and instead of entrees we decided to share 3 snack size portions of boneless wings (honey BBQ, Honey Mustard and Parmesan Garlic) everything was yummy and moist! We still had plenty of wings to take him and what impressed me was that they give you little plastic lids to put on your little cups of dipping sauces for your wings. I've never seen this before at any restaurant I've gone to. I also must add that the wings are great even reheated in the microwave the next day. I can't wait to come back hopefully they won't be as busy. Also looking forward to watching some Pats games here in the fall.

So disappointed in this place. Tried it a few times to see if it would be different. First time I went the food was great (right after they opened). Since then it's awful. Service is horrendous and the music is too loud to even carry a conversation. I got so tired of yelling to talk to my wife and mom that we all just sat quietly and rushed through our meals to get out of there. Last time we went we were made to feel like a nuisance. While the girls sat around and gossiped we waited for 30 mins for someone to even come over to the table. Right when we were going to get up and leave the girl that walked by us 20 times decided to stop and take our order. Sorry to inconvenience you...thought you were at work to...well work. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone other than creepy guys who go there for the waitresses. I really wanted to love it here. I definitely gave it a fair shot. My advice - lower the music from deafening, get rid of the guy with the microphone who interrupts meals with annoying nonsense, if you're going to have Wings in your title have them taste better than mcdonalds, and lastly, find waitresses that understand at work you work...not make people feel uncomfortable. Huge thumbs down.

I don't always eat buffalo wings, but when I do.......I prefer them to be from Buffalo Wild Wings, the new fast food joint in the Warwick Mall Food court! Seriously, folks, I rarely eat wings because I think they are pretty fattening, but while meeting a friend for lunch on Sunday, we went there because we figured we could at least get a salad, even if we did not want the wings. WELL we were able to each order a 5 wing order, which is not TOO fattening, along with a lovely and fresh garden salad and a drink for each of us. The bill came to around $30 with tax. We really enjoyed the wings with the garlic parmesan topping. She had her sauce on the side, I had mine placed right on the wings. These guys were REALLY delicious, and not at all greasy tasting. The place was immaculate, the wait staff went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming and all in all it was an excellent experience. (Also, the place was full on a Sunday at lunchtime, which I always consider to be a good sign!) I think this might be sort of a sports place. I will definitely go back when at Warwick Mall. Stay hungry my friends!!

I love this place. I'm a huge fan of any food spicy and hot. The wings are good especially the Caribbean jerk flavor. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to sit. I often get take out from here also. If you love chicken wings then this place is pretty decent.

Place for sports tv and drinks, food not so much. 12 yr old said boneless wings (nuggets really) tasted like the supermarket frozen ones. She nailed it! Bad nachos with cheese sauce, and lots of kitchen mistakes. They need more practice. Makes me feel like a traitor, wings to go is still king by far!! The sauces here, meh.

My wife and I tried Buffalo Wild wings last night, the wings were very good and my wife's sandwich was basic but okay. The room is nice with plenty of TV's tuned to sports events. The noise level is beyond loud, the waitress has to yell for you to hear her and the guy yelling into the microphone every few minutes is awful. We had a window seat overlooking the mall carousel, sounds nice, until the "mall zombies" stand at the window and gape at your food. The service is good if not a bit overdone, you have a waiter and a "table captain" they seem to always be at the table. BWW is a great place to watch a game with decent food but forget having any conversation with the people at your table.

  • Justino F.

One of the worst experiences for just OK wings. It took 55 minutes to deliver 20 wings and an overcooked burger and fries. Oh yeah 30 minutes for just drinks to be served.....the milk for the child in a carton tool 25 minutes.....never again...

Bleached haired old hag manager, with no personality, working. I was talking to a gentleman that comes every Thursday and he had the WORST comments to say about this manager. Will not repeat what he said as kids might be reading this. Wings/Beer was good, HAG was awful.

I was excited to finally try this place, and figured there wouldn't be a long wait on. Saturday afternoon. I was right and we got seated right away, the restaurant was about half full. Ambiance is nice, lots of TVs and exactly what you would expect from a sports bar. However, our simple order of boneless wings took OVER AN HOUR to get to our table. Our waiter kept apologizing, saying it would be "just a few more minutes." I'm not sure whose end the mistake was on, waiter or kitchen, but we watched tables around us that arrived after we did pay their bills while we still waited for food. Our waiter also told us the manager would come speak to us. We figured they'd cut us a discount, but the manager never showed. On top of it, when our food finally came, they gave me a larger order than I asked for (and charged me for it), the food was cold and distinctly average. I've had better wings at Applebee's... And cheaper! I see 0 reasons to give this place another try except the TVs, but when I've tried to go on game nights there's been a 3.5 HOUR wait. Not worth it.

  • Igor V.

I can't say too much about the food since I only order wings. The wings are really good with a good variety of sauces. My girlfriend oredered a chicken wrap once and the chicken was stone cold, and thats the only experience that I have with other food. They have a good selection of beers. They have specials on wings on tuesdays and thursdays . Its a great place to watch sports games as there are tv's all over. During the summer people can sit outside and they also have tv's there. If there is a big game such as the patriots playing than one may want to go there about 30 min early or one may wait for seating for a good while. During games one may wait for seatings as long as an hour.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time today on a day date with my boyfriend. It wasn't super busy so we were sat right away. Our server was RJ I believe and he was awesome. He was pleasant and very helpful in giving us suggestions. The "Captain" came over to the table after we put in our beer order. We sampled like five sauces with fries which I thought was cool. My personal favorites were the garlic and the honey bbq. YUM. Now my boyfriend and I are the kind of couple who like to sit for a while and enjoy our time out together. We always split and appetizer or two, and wait until we're almost done eating that before we order our entrees. It's usually a 50/50 shot whether or not the server comes over a bunch of times to try to get us to order quicker in hopes of turning the table over quicker I imagine. This time we weren't bombarded to order quicker, only the normal check ins, which is a win to us lol. We split a snack size order of boneless chicken with the Wild sauce (which was delicious but a bit hot for my tolerance) , and the molten dip. The dip in my opinion was amazing! Yummy in the tummy! Tip: mix in the spicy bbq and thank me later. ;) ... my only complaint was there wasn't enough of it in comparison to the mountain of chips it was on. I could eat it all day though! For entrees he ordered the big jack daddy burger with the buffalo fries. That thing was monstrous!! I tried a bite and it was SO good! He loved it! I ate the buffalo chicken grilled cheese with regular fries (which were cooked to perfection.). OMFG. If you're a cheese lover like I am you MUST try this sandwich!!! There are like at least three cheeses melted to perfection with good size chunks of buffalo chicken inside, all on bread that has crusted melted cheese on the outside. AH.MAY.ZING. I LOVED every single bite of it! It was rather small, or at least smaller than I expected... but don't let the size fool you this grilled cheese was filling! I walked away stuffed and food coma ready! Overall, I'm giving 4 stars because it was a great first experience. I know that this place is basically glorified bar food, but man is it delicious! The ambiance was nice. However a bit loud as there are like a million large t.v.s everywhere you go and the fact that it IS a sports bar. But I knew that going in and am totally fine with it being a bar aficionado lol, though I can see why others may complain. Adjust your expectations people. :) It was a great day date. I can't wait to come back one night and sit at the bar. One last tip: SAY YES TO THE TABLET. BEST A.D.D BRAIN IDEA FOR A RESTAURANT EVER.

This restaurant was terrible, I order hot flavored boneless wings. For one they were rock hard and warm at best! On top of it I didn't see our waitress for 10-15 minutes! The only reason this was a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because when I confronted the manager or who ever was in charge. He deducted it of my bill and was extremely apologetic. He then talked to the waitress about never coming back to the table. But she gave us an a dirty look and walked away plopping out receipt folder on the table. Never eating here again for sure!

Music can get a little loud, same when they wish someone a happy birthday over the loudspeaker. But the wings are good. Go on a Tuesday it's .60/wing night. Can mix and match sets of at least 4 wings. Don't go on a night with a big sporting event, they don't even give a waiting time because they don't push people to leave even of they're done.

I really like this place. However, it has its ups and downs. Most of the time service is slow. One major factor is my friend has a severe gluten allergy and told her they have a gluten free menu, but, when we got here they handed her a 4 page printed out stapled "booklet" and has to try to figure what is gluten free or not. They had no garauntee for her food to 100 percent gluten free. I am very disappointed in how they told her they had a gluten free menu when almost everything is contaminated with gluten. Makes no sense. Other than that food is good. But do not come here with allergy of gluten or any other sort.

I've been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings in several states and this one was as good as any. It's new, very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bartender changed the channel for me several times. The beer and food selections are very good, the normal if you frequent BWWs. This place does lose a star for one major, unforgivable violation. THEY RAN OUT OF WINGS! It wasn't even 10 pm when the bartender broke the news. How does a wing place run out of wings? I'd go back to this one provided they have wings.

I used to like Buffalo Wild Wings 15 years ago when I lived outside of Chicago. But after my recent visit to the Buffalo Wild Wings in the Warwick Mall, I will never be spending any more time or money there. My boyfriend and I popped in for a beer and decided to share some nachos. Disgusting is too weak of a term to describe the food. For $10 you get a plate of nachos with canned chili and gross canned cheese. Take my advice and if you want nachos comparable go to taco bell. This restaurant serves fast food quality at premium prices. The bone-in wings are good, but there are local places that serve a far superior product.

Great samplers and staff is helpful. Easy to watch a game or play on in house tablets. Wings are great!

We were interested to try the new spot at Warwick Mall. We have been to other locations and generally have enjoyed the food, chain restaurants tend to not be our favorite unless they are done well. This one is not done well. It wasn't super busy and the bartender was not attentive, our drinks sat empty for quite some time. We started off with the molten dip which was average, it was served cold with hardly any dip and lots of chips. The portion just seemed off. The sandwich and boneless wings we had were good. I like all the different sauces but overall we will not be back. The value and experience were just not there. Also it was super loud in there, the games were on but just still not very easy to have a conversation.

I really enjoy Buffalo WIld Wings. I rate places against their peers and as a whole. Buffalo Wild Wings is superior to any other chain resturant that caters to sports fans. Except for Dave and Buster's there is no other resturant that gives you this much entertainment. Is the food the best in Providence? No, of course not but if you go to Buffalo Wild WIngs because you want the greatest meal you have ever eaten who is the real fool. It is what it is. American bar food, booze, beer, entertainment and a fun time on a week night. Enjoy.

  • Michelle M.

The wings were great. The little cheese appetizer was awesome. The drinks were great. The server Katelyn was very nice, attentive and knowledgable. Although it was very busy we didn't wait for anything. Yes it's a little loud and it's hard to have a converstion. The only downfall was the burger. It seems just like a frozen patty you would get at any fast food restaurant. We will be back.

Only positive about this place is that they show ppv boxing events. Other than that, this place is pretty bad . From the obnoxiously loud challenges that they announce as they are happening, to the overpriced menu, this place is nothing special. And nothing is more annoying than getting a mixed drink, and it's been measured out. Better bars to drink, eat, and watch sports are Snookers , Brass Monkey , and Luxury Box

    (2)
  • Joe B.

First time at a BWW in the north. It was pretty good. Service was horrible and our waitress was the biggest ditz I have ever seen. Only 3rd night of being open so can't really expect A-1 service. Food was pretty good. Boneheads wings in West Warwick is much better though. This place comes in second.

    (3)
  • Stephanie M.

Sorry BWW, was a fan 10 years ago when I lived in Orlando, it's safe to say I will not be back again. Fatty, undercooked, overpriced, long waited for wings. It was game day so it was busy but plenty of servers were walking around aimlessly or just standing around and some with their cell phones in their hands while empty glasses and plates piled up on our table attracting actual fruit flies. I will stick to local places! It's too bad too because all that money that went into a great place to watch sports just didn't pan out when coupled with mediocre food and service.

  • Michael I.

I know it's a chain , but I have been seeing commercials on tv for years and had to give them a shot . Not Impressed! The wings where Meh. Had a sampler platter with poppers, spinach artichoke dip, pretzels and Wings not one item was great at all also had fried cheese curds that turned to rubber in less than 3 minutes. Only kick and flavor in they're " blazin sauce" which is there hottest on the menu was cayenne which us chili heads know is not a great burn by any means. Get some Habanero or Bhut Jolokia up in there! The one plus was a Good selection of big cold beers on tap and a fun sports filled atmosphere with a ton of big screen tvs.... Not sure if I'll be back

  • Dave F.

Well, that wasn't everything it's been hyped up to be. Took a trip down tot he new BWW and I was not impressed. When I got there it was quite busy (definitely not holding that against them) but I figured I would wait to give it a try. My one hour wait turned into nearly an hour and a half. Once seated, we were greeted promptly but our drinks took forever. As a wing lover, I tried their buffalo sauce and one called "Asian Heat". The Asian heat was fantastic but the buffalo was nothing special at all. I would think, for a place named for the food, their buffalo wings would be something special... not so much. The wings were cooked ok but a little smaller than I'm used to at some other local wing eateries. My buddy got the boneless wings because he is less of a man (just kidding Doug) and they seemed like they were something out of a Tyson's chicken freezer bag. These tiny chunks of chicken definitely come in frozen and pre-breaded which was not impressive at all. All in all, with a non-corporate privately owned wing MECCA just minutes down the road, I don't see myself visiting this place again.

  • Rebecca R.

Definitely not a fan. I know this place just opened; however, if you want good wings "Boneheads" is definitely the place to go. We waited 2 hours for our table. It was a Friday night, PC game was on - totally fine. I have the patience of a saint. Beers were quite overpriced. $7.50 for a crappy beer is not cheap my friends. We ordered a few varieties of boneless wings to try and each ordered a sandwich. I had gotten the buffalo chicken wrap. Nothing spectacular, was pretty small in size for the price. I did enjoy the fries though - they are pretty delicious. My husband ordered the buffalo fries. What a disappointment. They literally had a dusting of buffalo seasoning which covered about 2 of the fries. I know you have to pay extra - so skip it! The boneless wings were pretty pathetic. Small, bite size and you can tell they are not fresh. I pretty much feel this is an overpriced, overrated chain restaurant.

  • Brian P.

Ok...so you can call me a chicken wing connoisseur. I don't eat them much now that I am a little older and its harder to keep my physique so when I do I want them to be good. This place sucks! First off they are crazy overpriced for what you get. The service is lousy...we had to ask for a server to actually take our order. A few of the flavors of the wings were ok but just ok. Forget everything else on the menu besides the wings because its absolute trash. I just can't understand why so many people were eating there unless it was their first time. If you are in Warwick you have two much better options, Boneheads and Smokey Bones!

    (1)
  • Nick K.

Very disappointed. Ordered wings extra crispy. Took over half hour to get and they were all rubbery. I sent them back waited another half hour and wings were exactly the same. Sauces taste like something straight out of a jar. They also tried to charge me twice for the wings that were sent back. Don't think I'll go back.

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings in almost every state on the EasT Coast from Fla to RI. This Bdubz is no different from the others. Tv's everywhere, but its a sports bar... Thats expected... Loud crowds on game days... But again its expected.. If i went to a Bdubz that was quiet, I'd probably expect something was wrong. Went for the 60cent wings on Tuesday and got some great wings! I might have waited about 10mins for my wings, but again, thats expected also. All in all, I'm happy to see a Buffalo WIld Wings here! This is my go-to place for wings and now i can go back to putting hooters on the back burner!

2 and 1/2 for chicken nuggets??? Never again!!! Waited 1 hour for a table after being told 20 mins at 2 pm on a Sunday. Figured out why when it takes them 10 minutes to clear 1 table and then they sit 2 people at a 6 top. 30 minutes for drinks which arrive after the appetizer. Asked manager to check on drinks brought back 1/2 the order, says "I will take care of your table." then over 30 more minutes for order. In all it took 1 hour and 30 minutes for service between order and check. Couldn't even pay by credit card as they dropped the check and left. No apology, nothing!! I'll take care of your table. To me that what have meant gee let me offer you dessert or something. Yeah RIGHT!!! Stick to better restaurants. I would say you get what you pay for but the quality and quantity for the $ is not worth it either.

  • William H.

Way over hyped!!! Wait times are rediculous. I came here 3 times where the wait was over an hour. Service is slow even though they have a ton of people working there. I ordered mild boneless wings and was served wild boneless wings. When the waiter finaly came back he told me i ordered wrong. And its so loud in there i would have understood his mistake. Definitely over priced for the quantity that you get.

I don't even know where to start. First our waitress had never served before so our experience started at the bottom, and never came up from there. My friend asked for a tablet and we waited for 5 minutes and when I asked for one I never got it. We finally ordered our food and instead of putting it right into the system she went to another table. The food was slow coming out. When we finally got our food, she didn't even bring it to us. She didn't even show up to ask how it was. We didn't get the ranch side that I asked for, the veggies, or boats for the bones. The wings themselves were undercooked and chewy. My friends boneless wings were either over cooked and rocks or not crunchy at all. One barely had sauce on it. When I called ANOTHER server over to talk to the manager, the manager was superficial and blamed the girl on being new instead of the lack of training. After the manager fixed everything that was wrong, the server, Tabitha, came over with the check ever before we were done eating. She doesn't even know how to use the pos system. The orders were in the wrong seat and totally out of order. I've been very displeased with the service here over and over again. This is just adding on to it.

BWW is what it is. A sports bar with more than enough TVs, a healthy if not large selection of beer and bar food (primarily wings). If this is not your cup of tea then press the back button on your browser and exit my review. Seriously people this is not Alain Ducasse, Bobby Flays Roadhouse or Morton's of Chicago. It's a wing joint! We came here in the evening for some wings and I selected half lemon pepper and half hot wings. My wife went with some boneless mild. Daughter went with a small burger and another in my party had the Parmesan garlic wings. Wings are a bit more expensive than other places but they were decent. They were not the best wings I've had in my life but they were clearly not the worst. Service was a bit slow (especially the fact that you drop them in a deep fryer and add some sauce). If you are a sports team or a big group of guys then this is your kind of place. Takeout sauces and spices are available. My wife enjoyed the salt and vinegar fry seasoning so we brought home a bottle. They had tablets for kids to use and my daughter was satisfied as it helped keep her occupied. Pure junk food delight!

  • Lilly N.

Overpriced and not the least bit tasty. $15 wings for ~$18. All three flavors we tried (garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and buffalo) were extremely salty...Might just be my pet peeve, but I should not be reaching for a glass of water between every, single bite. Mango lemonade was also too sweet, but also (sadly) highlight of my meal. Will definitely not return.

I'm not going to compare BWW to the nearby Boneheads Wing Bar because the analogy doesn't work. BWW is a national chain, so I don't expect fresh chicken. With that said, I've never been disappointed with the good that I have had at any BWW. The Warwick location has always been a great experience. I usually get the boneless wings. Regardless of the sauce or seasoning, these have always been hot and freshly prepared when I have ordered them. My favorite seasoning is the lemon pepper rub. Other favorites are the Asian Zing, mild, buffalo, and teriyaki. I recommend going for lunch because you can get wings & fries at an affordable price, whereas you need to do a la cart for dinner. That is unless you get the boneless & traditional combo plate, which will run you around $15. In terms of sizes, the snack size is more than sufficient for one person. I have also had the crispy chicken sandwich, fish fillet sandwich, and beefy burger. The fish fillet with the lemon pepper rub is fantastic. It is corporate policy to only cook the burgers medium well. I don't like that policy, but well done doesn't mean charcoaled. If you are looking for great burgers, go to Red Robin. These secondary sandwiches are, overall, satisfying. The pretzels make for great appetizers. They are hot and soft, but it is kind of hard to mess up pretzels anyway. Their fries are decent. Sometimes they come out a bit soggy, but I expect that at a chain place anyway. Tossed with the lemon pepper seasoning, the fries are much better. They currently have a drink called the Dew Mango Colada. It is absolutely delicious. I think it's only available for a limited time. There are 3 main things that I annoy me about this location. First, they never seem to have the special sauce of the month. Second, the service seems to be worse on slow nights than on busy nights. Third, it is crazy loud in there. It's not a place to go if you actually want to have a good conversation with someone. Overall, I have been consistently satisfied with BWW. There are lots of places to get burgers and wings, but this one isn't anywhere near as bad as some of the others reviews say it is.

I picked some wings up here for Wing Tuesday at $0.65 / wing. I tried the Hot, Wild, Honey BBQ and Spicy BBQ. Unfortunately, I took them to go and they were not so good after sitting in the car for 3 hours. My fave was the Honey BBQ. I also got the blue cheese and celery/carrots which I thought were free but they were $0.60 each, which is not a big deal. Will eat in next time.

After flocking from Applebee's and smokey bones because of poor trained employees, drove to BWW and wasn't disappointed. It was packed be a use of week 1 football season. I waited for a while but it was worth it. Nice staff and good enough wings. Plus all of the TV's were in working order. Keep up the good work.

5 dollar box of fries and there's no fries! I'm shocked, what a burn. I got robbed. I mean really? Why such a big box if you're not even going to cover the bottom. This is the first and last time you're going to screw me.

This is another one of those places that has to be rated for what it is. Don't expect fine dining or five star service. Because that's not the point. The point is to have a beer, watch some sports and eat some wings. This was my first time at any of the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants so while I don't have much to compare it to I also don't have any complaints. The service was good, drinks cheap and the food so so. I thought this would be like your average chain restaurant but it's not. The cost cuts are everywhere, paper plates, plastic cups, and cheap theming but all in good taste. I actually liked this move because the savings were passed along to me the customer. I found the prices well below the average chain sports bar. All of this would bring me to a three star review but my girlfriend and I enjoyed our mixed drinks at the bar so much that we realized you can't get these kind of mixed drinks at any sports bar anywhere for the price we paid. Four stars!

These are edible. Seasoning was ok for the lemon pepper. I would not say good seasoning but it did taste like lemon pepper and there was plenty on the wings. The wings themselves, I can only guess they use a microwave. They seem fried and then rewarmed. Meat was rubbery or worse on a lot of them. Meat at some points seemed uncooked to the touch but hot. Gross and concerning. That's all I ate there so that's my review.

I really wanted to love BWW. My boyfriend and I went on Boneless Thursday and sampled several of their sauces. My favorites were the garlic parmesan and jammin jalapeno. If you want to sample a few sauces before committing, they'll bring out samples with some warm french fries. While the food seemed pretty good and the beer cold, we regretted our dining choice once we got home. Both of us had a horrendous case of food poisoning that lasted well into the next afternoon. Perhaps our chicken was not cooked enough, it's hard to tell since BWW is so dark. Needless to say, I'm not sure if I will ever end up returning to BWW.

Meh. My waitress seemed promising but after the food appeared she vanished. I asked for hot sauce when the order was taken and when the food was dropped. Alas no spicy splendor was ever delivered. We were on our way to the movies but had a considerable window of time prior. When that window was closing in I had to hunt for the check due to the disappearing act. Sub par service and sub par meal. Not likely to return.

Our server Sean was excellent... We got prompt service and he was delighted to answer all of our questions, our server also didn't hover over us and did wait until we stopped chewing to ask us how things were... The food was delicious and the pricing reasonable

It's hard for me to completely slam this namesake, due to a large amount of buffalo-slathered memories from the college years in CT. But due to either my newfound, cane-waving chain cynicism, increased student loan debt, or accurate common sense, I find this location to be resoundingly mediocre and lacking the 'destination'-feel of my beloved BWWs of yesteryears. Ignoring the grammatical atrocities of the previous run-on sentence and chalking it up to poetic license, let's dive into the breakdown. As a flaw by nature, the prices here are far from worth the buck. For a decent plate of wings and a beer you're lookin' at dropping a solid Hamilton coupled with a crisp Lincoln, pre-tip. Beer prices are at standard chain-level absurdity, even with the trusty ol 'domestics (I'm not referring to Barf Light or Poors either, no wings deserve such an unworthy coupling). In my humble wing snob opinion, the quality here is just worthy of the 3 stars above. There are better fried birds at some of the more local joints, and quite honestly even Applebee's. The real draw is the sauce variety - decent variations of tear-inducing spice nukes, with a few dry rubs thrown in. Service here is on the lacking side. The wait is always absurd, complete with UFC-squatting brotables and wildly inaccurate wait time quotes. You're typically looking at the turtle side of the scale with table service as well. One dinner has turned into an hour and 45 minute ordeal for 4 people on more than one occasion at this joint. Weather this is to blame on service or floor structure is out of my grasp, though the servers do often seem spent. All in all a decent stop-in if you're at the mall. If not, head over to Boneheads.

Another bad service adventure at this place! I ordered a beer and a chicken wing app. 20 minutes later I flagged down the server to check the status. She told me they were out of that beer, offered no alternative and said oh, I didn't put your wings in as an appetizer, it's coming out with your dinner. This is a wing place!!!!! The food is pretty good here, but you can't expect good service.

I'd give this restaurant three stars IF Collin, the manager wasn't so gracious. A group of friends and I drove quite a distance to watch the UFC fights but my $8 Guinness didn't taste flavorful (it literally tasted like water), all of our food was cold, the side of french-fries was skimpy (the small amount was spread out to look like a lot), and the wait time for our food was unusually long. However, Collin accommodated all nine of us by having the kitchen remake our food which was delivered quickly and at the perfect temp. The good thing about the restaurant is that there is plenty of seating and at least five tv's per wall so you won't miss any details on screen. I'd return to see more fights but hope that the kitchen will strive to make quality food.

Something interesting I learned recently (from a waitress, of all people) is that the burger patty they use for their hamburgers is the same exact patty that McDonald's uses for their Big Mac burgers. Essentially, you are paying twice what the burger is worth, simply because it is a Buffalo Wild Wings instead of a McDonald's. There is not much enjoyable about the establishment besides the fact that they have plenty of TV's playing all different kinds of sports games. The food is college-level quality, and most of it tastes either canned or frozen, meaning nothing is made in house. It's kind of expected of a franchise to do this, but the quality of the food is still very, very low. It seems like the wings are all fried ahead of time and kept warm under a lamp, because I've received all different levels of heat on the wings. What's consistent is that the outside is always very hard, and the inside is super spongy. The lack of consistency is very disgusting. The queso dip is microwaved, which is obvious considering that the top is hot, but the center is super cold. None of the food appears fresh in the slightest. If you're going to watch baseball and have a beer, by all means this place can accomodate. If you're looking for a good meal or at least some good chicken wings, you're not going to get either.

Today I met a friend for lunch here and was sadly disappointed. I ordered the pulled pork sliders with a side salad. She order a burger with fries and cinnamon cakes for dessert. The food was okay, not anything even relatively wowing. My biggest complaint was that the service was extremely slow. Our simple lunch with dessert took over an hour to complete. This is not a place I will be visiting again.

Not what I expected and didn't quite meet my expectation. I was worried that being a weekday, this would churn my stomach for the work week. I decided to take it easy and ordered 15 wings with 5 being the hottest (Blazin) and 10 spicy garlic. What I tasted was far from spicy. When I got home, I looked at the pictures again and someone must have fudged the order completely because the wings had a pitiful amount of sauce on it. Entertainment factor was OK but definitely not worth it for me. If I want wings, next time I'll head to Wings Over Providence. For less, I would get the same quantity of actual wings with little more heat. :)

BDubs is intense. Perfectly suited for hormone-raging 23 year olds whose greatest aspiration in life is to lay with every waitress in the place. The Warwick mall location lives up to its corporate strategy: loud, sports-centric and brainless bar food (simplicity of menu - not a dig). They have a veggie burger (which unfortunately is made with both egg and dairy). Fortunately (although only allegedly) they use a separate vat of oil for their fries. When used to sop up their pretty kick ass sauces, the deafening wall of sound becomes slightly more tolerable. Ranging from the mild "sweet BBQ", to the complex, "Jamaican jerk something or other", to the meal-ruining "Blazin" (which I made the mistake of trying during my first, sensory-overloaded BWW experience), it's fair to say that they have that liquid dip on lock (all of the above-listed sauces, cruelty free). JUST BE PREPARED TO GNUFFGLABERWEBTWHIZ! WHA? HUH? Exactly.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for my sons birthday. We were five adults and the food was terrible. One meal arrived about 5 minutes late and one was dropped on table. My husbands order was not what he ordered and that was the late meal. My hamburger was cold. The manager did comp us the two meals. Also our dessert was delivered and table still had glasses and plates on it. Will not go back for sure! This was fourth visit and three times out of four were not good.

Great bar for sports, games. Drinks are good and fairly priced. Went because we had a gift card. Food is below average chain food. No high expectations and none received. It's bar food. If I want wings, I go to boneheads in west warwick, about a 10 minute drive away from the mall....I've been spoiled by the best!

Idk why I see only negative reviews. This place is awesome, especially considering it's in a mall. The service is always great. I never have to ask for a refill, it just magically appears. I can try a bunch of sauces if I want. The appetizers are delicious. I love them all. I like that even on Tuesday or Thursday when they're having a wing special, my wings are never dry or lacking sauce. I like that they have a tablet that my little cousin can use when he goes with us during the day. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this place.

Although we have been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times and have been for the most part satisfied, the experience we had Saturday afternoon, January 10th, 2015, is beyond your worst restaurant nightmare. My girlfriend & I arrived and sat at the bar around 2 PM to have a drink and some wings. We noticed a rather tall, what we thought initially to be a woman, man dressed in women's clothing sitting next to us and acting very strangely. He/she was drinking tall beers, one after another. After the 3rd beer that I'm aware of, I noticed he was lifting his skirt up in his seat and grabbing his genitals, appearing to be masturbating. He was shifting around in his chair, making bizarre facial expressions and then he would get up and go to the bathroom. This went on for 30 - 40 minutes with him getting up 3 or 4 times to go to the restroom. The bartenders, Alex and Nicole were friendly but said they could only do so much. We were told that they could not ask him to leave because they couldn't discriminate. We asked to get a manager over here now! As this guy begins to get up to leave, he turns toward the front door and starts urinating under his skirt and onto the restaurant floor. I again demand a manager! He then turns around and heads back toward the restroom. And there is still no manager. He comes out, back to his seat, picks up $2 he had left on the bar and walks out. Still no manager! My girlfriend & I are disgusted and literally ill with what we have witnessed. We're now paying our bill and finally a Manager, Cathy comes over to inquire. By this time he was out the door and gone. Cathy asked us questions, however expressed no concern over when we had just experienced. Seldom have I met a less concerned, less empathetic person, especially a person with her responsibility. She never asked our names or apologized for our inconvenience. Cathy then left to speak with another patron who apparently wanted to express his displeasure. I suggested to the bartenders that they mop the floor and have someone clean the seat next to us which no one took any initiative to do. We had to stop a customer from sitting in the seat next to us until it was cleaned! As we were getting up to leave, from behind the bar, another manager, Shawna? arrives, I believe alerted by Alex, the bartender. She could not have been bothered. She asked if we paid by cash or credit card, never identified herself or asked our names. I'm not sure what her intentions were. When we questioned what was happening, she gave us a hand motion and as she walked away quickly, said "whatever". How on earth can this establishment remain in business? We will never forget the horrific experience we had that day or the apathetic attitude of the management of Buffalo Wild Wings of Warwick, Rhode Island.

As a rule, I almost NEVER review chain restaurants. But Buffalo Wild Wings was such a terrible place, that I had to share with everyone. While it is a chain, I thought, hey, why not. I mean, wings are wings, right? WRONG. These wings were on par with the wings McDonalds sold recently. My friend and I got wings with 4 different types of sauce. None of them were good. We only got boneless, so I can't speak to the traditional wings, but the chicken is clearly breaded in a commissary/factory, frozen, and shipped to the restaurant. Our chicken was room temperature when it was brought to us. Did they perhaps just microwave them? Atmosphere... horrible. I get its a sports bar, but it was just a mess. At most other sports bars, the bar area is generally the "sports" area, and the perimeter is more "dining". Not here. Loud. Kids everywhere. A kid at a table next to us did whatever challenge they have for eating spicy wings in a short amount of time. The manager announced it on a loudspeaker to the entire restaurant, telling all patrons to come to his table and watch. Great, just what I want when I am eating, a hundred annoying kids and adults flocking around, rubber necking over my table to try and get a glimpse of this once in a lifetime miracle. Because... we've never seen a wing eating contest before, right? Seriously people. Just about every restaurant in the state, especially sports bars, has a dedicated wing night. Support your local restaurants, bars, and pubs who serve quality food. Not this chain serving trash for pigs. If there is one restaurant you never dine at in your entire life, make it this one.

Like I said in a previous comment on warwick mall. It's good to see new places opening especially a good wing joint like BBW. A typical sports bar as well with the tv's, game breaker app to play with others, drinks, appetizers and good for kids also. Each month they roll out new flavors for you to try before you smother a sauce on your wings or chicken fingers. They have a Guest Experience Captain ours was Brian he was kinda creepy, I dunno maybe the lighting made him look all pedophile like lol. Anyways I like my wings, fries, and burgers. Come on down and check it out.

I took my lady to this Buffalo Wild Wings today and boy were we disappointed!! It started off well looked great from outside! I was doing an Instagram video on the way to the restaurant and I could hear someone on the mic saying happy birthday to a customer is was awesome!! We got greeted on the way in and were seated within 5 min but he placed was filling up quickly!! I saw like 40 flat screen TVs ranging from 60 in to about 120"!! We were seated right next to a window that was actually a wall that looked onto the rest of the mall..very disturbing I must add!! People are staring at you and your meal up close!! Anyway we were being helped by a friendly waitress!! She was very kind and informative!! We ordered the roasted garlic mushrooms they arrived in about 10 min We were excited at how fast they came out and how delicious they were!! We also had the special lemonades!! Awesomely delicious!! They we had to try the wings I had the honey BBQ and my lady had the teriyaki!! The came out about 12 min later!! Mine were awesome in taste oh yeah they were the boneless ones. Sauce was rocking and they were tender! I killed them!! My ladies tasted like they dipped in ginger root.... Disgusting!! And they were basically dry under the sauce!! We let the waitress know and she got us a different order on the house...the sweet BBQ ones!! OMG!! We must have waited like 40 minutes for the order!! Needless to say they were zingy if you know what I mean!! The BBQ sauce is like any BBQ I ever tasted!! We just wanted to go'n they comped all the wings for the long wait. But there was another wait!! We had the money for the meals waiting and the waitress was no where to be found!! I had to ask a different one to see if she could ring us out!! Bad service because they are understaffed!! Waiters/waitress are running up and down but taking on too many tables at once!! Also it is too loud in there!! If you are going out for a good time as a couple and quiet night or day, this is not the place for you!!

Awful! I never quite understand why people get excited about new chain restaurants? I will admit, I got sucked in by commercials and gave this place a try the 3rd day it had opened inn Warwick. I know I am not a fan of chain places, but this place really sucked. I go in with my wife and there wasn't even a sporting event on and you still can't hear anyone speak, it's too damn loud. Let's get down to the real problem, THE WINGS!!! I ordered a simple 10 medium buffalo wings. They took 45 minutes to come out. I ordered them well done and they came out flabby and to top it off basically cold. Now if this place is serving me crappy wings and that's their specialty, then there's a real problem. I would give this place 0 stars but the only saving grace is that the girls behind the bar were very nice and attentive. 10 wings, 2 beers, 1 mixed drink and a small mushroom app and the bill was almost 50 dollars with tip. Terrible!!!

It was like going to a strip club on a Wednesday afternoon - poor service, worse food, and terrible music. My food arrived luke warm, and appeared as if the chicken had retired to an over 55 community in Florida before arriving on my plate. "Gray and leathery" aren't words I should be using to describe chicken. The waitresses were more interested in gossiping than working. Maybe they should spend more time on their makeup. I've seen better better lipstick put on by a 2 year old with a barbie doll. Would I recommend this pit of American capitalism and contrived testosterone to anyone? The short answer: If you like getting food poisoning, by all means, chow down.

As a former lover of bbw, I am soo disappointed in everything about the new location. The service was horrendous. Right when we walked in the hostess who barely wanted to speak to is literally said "hi how many? Ok it's a game night and people tend to settle in so we have no idea about the wait time but here's your buzzer" and waved us off. Everywhere you looked there were open tables and no exaggeration... 5 yes I counted 5 employees standing at the hostess desk doing absolutely nothing while tables needed to be cleaned. Not a single acknowledged a customer. Needless to say we left, went to a movie and came back a few hours later thinking it would change. And nope.. Same hostess, same 5 employees hanging out, same situation with tables. This all happening while the manager just hung out at the comment booth lol. Awful!!!

25 minute to get food (another 5 to get the missing 'buffalo chips', which were soggy flavorless slices of potato). The $13.49 entree tenders and popcorn shrimp came with 2.5 tenders and a majority of the 'shrimp' were the size of peas. The totally uninterested 'manager' brought us another tender. Over priced, mediocre food with lousy service. Won't be going there again no matter how many TVs they have. Chili's is a better deal.

New and exciting, right? I recently tried here out of boredom. I had been to another location a few years ago but never this one. Not until then. Two chicken sandwiches arrive to the same table. One of the chickens looks anorexic. The other looks like it crushed other chickens. After observation by the (what's his title?) food quality manager or something, it was determined that, yes, I wasn't crazy, and the two sandwiches were like Jr. and Sr. portions. A third person at the table who ordered sliders actually got bigger sandwiches. To their credit they handled the situation very quickly and made a new sandwich. The service was great, I forget his name, but very attentive. The food was "meh". The fries that came with the sandwich seemed like they were on the small side. Appropriately, I was there for lunch, and would say what I got was a lunch sized meal. Not a feast, but something around a snack size. I got BWW out of the system and probably won't return. These chain restaurants keep popping up like we're all playing Sims and what is new and exciting tends to suck. Another reminder that the local restaurants are where your best bets are at for quality food and less diner's remorse.

The food was not good. My son ordered mild wings and ended up with medium. We would have liked to send them back but our waitress was never around. My husband ordered a burger which was disgusting. The only good thing was the trivia game to keep the kids entertained while you wait forever.

Great thing about this place. TV and Beer, a star for each. The downsides are plentiful; - I didn't think you could go wrong with Nachos, but I was proven wrong? was it spray cheese, I don't know, but it only covered about 3 corn ships so it was gone before we could conclude. - The jack burger tasted like, what imagine meat infused wet cardboard would taste like . - If you love fauna, this might be your spot. There was an array of flies, that flew in and out of range of your meal. We'll definitely keep you busy. Met here with work friends to watch some madness, but won't be back here again by choice.

I wasn't very impressed last night trying Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time. I've had much better wings at my local pizza restaurant. Watching sports on 30 different TV's was pretty cool. Never miss a single New England sport's Team: Boston Bruins, New England Patriots, Boston Celtics & the Boston Red Sox.

So I would like to start out by saying, the service deserved 5 stars. Our waitress (along with others who helped her) were very attentive and helpful. The food is why my rating is low. I'm seeing that people have had great experiences here and gave great ratings and that may be true. But I think the problem is consistency, maybe they went when a certain crew in the kitchen was on or it wasn't busy but we didn't get the best food. The boneless wings I ordered were honey mustard and salt and vinegar. The honey mustard tasted more like spicy mustard and the salt and vinegar were mostly plain with a touch of salt. The pretzels were okay as long as you had some type of sauce. My husband enjoyed his regular wings but he has mentioned he had better. What made me write this review was basically the fries. I consider myself a lover of all fries, and usually can enjoy any fry with or without sauce. I ordered a small fries that had salt and vinegar sprinkled. Again, didn't taste the salt and vinegar, barely tasted anything. The fries were warm and soggy. I didn't eat more than three of them. I have heard great things about this place, and I won't let this experience prevent from trying Buffalo Wild Wings again and I truly hope this location gets better.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Waitress forgot our appetizers, never apologized or asked if we wanted something else, nobody got water including young kids. Food was mediocre at best and with nothing to wash it down with I'm left with a nasty taste in my mouth. Not coming back....ever!

I had first experienced BWW on a trip to Indianapolis. The wings were just ok, but not too bad so I thought I'd give them a shot back home at some point. Well that some point happened the other night. Unfortunately, this was a very, very rough experience. Me and two friends went on a Tues since our first choice to get wings were closed. Unbeknownst to us, it was .60 cent wing night so the place eventually got pretty busy. We ate at the bar and while the servers were usually friendly, they were also overwhelmed and it took a while to get refills, new orders, etc... But hey, I get it when a place is jamming so they didn't loose a star for that. The biggest problem were the wings and time they took to come out of the kitchen. We first ordered some hot buffalo and had to wait close to 25-30 mins for them to come out. At this time it wasn't busy so we were wondering what was up even though we had asked for them to be extra crispy which I know adds to the cooking time. But these came up like rubber so we asked for a replacement. That order also took another 25 minutes, perhaps more..and guess what, yes, still rubbery. The rest of the meal went like it had started. My friend's beer was flat, we had placed two more orders of wings about 15 mins apart so we they would be hot, but they ended up arriving together 30 mins later. And when they gave them to us they then immediately took them back only to give them back to us again as they were confused on the order. Finally, they charged us for the two orders of hot buffalo when we only had 1. We had to ask 3 times to have them taken off since they kept giving the interim bills and we saw them charged on the slip. The bartender had assured us they would be taken off...we knew that wasn't happening. Of course there were no apologies for any of this. Oh, and to top it off, a friend needed to get a to-go order. He tried to put it toward the end of meal so that it would be ready when he finished eating. But the bartender said that he should wait because she didn't want them to get cold and then took off to take care of someone else before my friend could object. Of course, these wings took 20-25 mins so to arrive he was just sitting and waiting. Anyway, you can tell I am never going back. I've done several other reviews on Yelp and like sharing the good karma about a place. But this was just not enjoyable. Too bad because my family was interested in going soon but, can't believe I'm writing this, I'd rather get the hot wings from McD's vs this experience again.

Eh. So overrated. It's called Buffalo Wild Wings, right? So you'd the the wings would be exceptional. They aren't. Although the staff is pretty friendly, and it's a huge space so there is plenty of seating if you want to hang out and enjoy a game, I was kind of appalled by how not crispy the wings were. They were so un-crispy that most of the fat in the skin hadn't even rendered when they were fried, resulting in soft, never crispy, soggy skin. It's not that the wings were crispy and then got soggy in the sauce. I believe they never crisped up enough in the first place. Although the sauce I selected was quite tasty (I picked a spicy Asian variety), I would never order wings here again without requesting them well done. And that's just sad. I don't order anything well done! Except for maybe the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. Meh!

Food is good for a chain restaurant. I got both their wings and a meal (chicken wrap). Their wings were good with the perfect ratio of sauce. The meal itself was just average but not terrible. Their drinks were amazing. I ordered a mojito and it was very delicious. The person I was with actually ordered it after tasting mine. One thing that thy do that we didn't like was that you couldn't actually order the wings as an appetizer. Meaning it would come out the same time as out meals. We planned on watching the game and chatting so would have liked if we could have the wings to munch on before the good came out.

I had come here last weekend. My hostess, Brittany, didn't ask for my name, but told me that it would be a 30-45 minute wait until we had gotten called up. More customers came in and she had asked them for their name and put them on the waiting list. Realizing that she hadn't asked me for my name, I decided to ask her why I wasn't put on and she replies with "Well I don't know your name, so I didn't put you on" asks for my name, and puts us on the waiting list AFTER the many groups of people had come in, knowing that we had already been waiting for a while. Highly dissatisfied.

My wife had the Wilder Wedges. *Meh* was her opinion. I didn't taste them so I cannot comment further on them. I ordered the Nachos with steak. I forget what they were called. (Both the nachos and the wedges were from the specials menu, not the regular menu.) When they came out they looked nothing like the picture. After about 4 nachos my tongue started burning from all of the salt that the chips had. I then started experimenting with eating the ingredients separately so i could determine what to avoid. The chips themselves were salty. The steak itself was salted. The cheese was salty. Basically, the only thing without added salt were the tomatoes! I then sent the nachos back. The waitress was very kind about it and removed it from our bill with no questions or issues. I have to give her kudos for that. Then I ordered a small order of traditional wings with the parmesan garlic sauce. Specifically asked for NO ADDED SALT. Guess what? Overly salty! Never again!

I work in the mall, and I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times for take out. The first time, I asked for carrots celery and ranch and they didn't give it to my coworker who picked up the food so I had to walk all the way back and get it. The second time, I ordered boneless wings which tasted and looked like the ones at Applebee's. The third time, I ordered French fries which tasted bad and old. Also, the price averages out to over $1 per wing. That is crazy over priced. Also, I hear there is usually an hour wait to sit down and eat? Definitely not with it.

Awful. First off let me start with the service. Awful. I felt like I needed to keep our waitress on a leash. I waited over 20 min of our bill. I ordered a burger and fries. Pretty simple. Bottom line is this, I could've got a better burger at 7-11. And on top of that the fries were cold. So, if you like bad service, cold fries, and crappy burgers, this is the place for you.

The wings are very average at best the service is incredibly mediocre, sure the big TVs are nice but it doesn't excuse the food and the service and this place comes up short on both ends

The most important thing here: the wings are really good. Definitely better than your average restaurant wing. They have a billion different wing sauces, and on any size order besides the 'snack' size you can try more than one sauce. At least for the traditional (bone in) wings, snack size is 5, small is 10, medium is 15, and large is 20, and you can get 1. 2, 3, or 4 sauces respectively. Obviously this place is a sports bar, so it is super loud in here and if you're not looking to watch a game, I would avoid it when popular sports are on. There was college football on the day we went, which caused them to be on a wait at 230 on a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was pretty unpleasant, and as others have noted, it took an inordinate amount of time to get wings (you drop them in a fryolator and toss them in sauce, it shouldn't take that long ). But if I was in the mood for wings (and there wasn't a big game on!) I would definitely head here!

It's a nice place. Staff is very friendly & attentive. Was kinda loud but not a detrement. However, wings were nothing special and on the small side but the sauce was very tasty (Honey BBQ).

Awesome experience. I went there during the first week of opening and admit that it wasn't the best BUT what do you expect they are new still working out kinks like every other new restaurant. I went back and gave it another chance and I am glad I did. Food was great drinks were great and my server was awesome. Energy level in there for the bruins was crazy I loved it and it made me experience that much better. Everyone definitely needs to give it another chance.

Only downside was how loud the music was. Staff seemed was very friendly, wings were better than I expected. Will def go back

Was there twice this week and it was good but tonight it took forever for them to cook 15 wings and bring them out and finally once they did they were the wrong order. We tried their boneless wings too since they had a special and the texture was all wrong so needless to say I'm not so happy and they didn't even bother taking anything off the price!!!!!

Horrible experience! From a bww veteran!!!! Was very excited to have one in the area finally, but had a horrible experience. I personally blame it all on the waitress and lack of training. Brought us the wrong drinks, which were not full. Party of 6 people and we waited approx 2 hours for our food. Unacceptable, and when we asked for a manager... 15-20 mins later one finally showed up!!!!!!! Couldn't believe how useless all the employees were! Will be back maybe in a year or two when they have more experience! Luckily a manager finally came over and our entire check was payed for, but still unacceptable

Skip it. In my mind, food that's extremely unhealthy (wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks) should be delicious. Theirs is bland, greasy and overall disappointing. Drinks are tasty enough but weak. Staff is friendly, but - get this - they literally don't have plates here. They have those little paper things you get hot dogs in at ball parks. Messy! And kind of stupid looking. So many better local places to get pub food and watch the game.

My wife and I wanted to try it out. Traveling around I have always liked other bww restaurants but this was ridiculous. When I got there, i waited for a good minute as the kids behind the hostess booth joked and ignored myself and other potential patrons. Then I finally was recognized and was told 45 minute wait. I took the buzzer and proceeded to wait. The staff at the door was all a gaggle of teenagers not paying attention to anything but their own antics. At the end of 45 minutes, my wife got up to ask about the wait, she was told an additional 45 minutes. I know BWW is a great place to go, and maybe its just the newness of it all, but the young wait staff really needs to reign it in and get it together.

I have had mixed experiences at this location but last Thursday was the worst. First we were seated in a booth in a corner next to an extremely bright blinding lighted box that was some type of game or display. It was so bright it hurt our eyes - but no other booth was available. Then our wings were cooked but not even close to crispy or tender. The skin was chewy - thats right chewy - and meat was tough on all but 3 of 15 pieces - and it took 40 min for food to arrive. I love wings and tried to remove the chewy skin but the meat was still tough and finally gave up. Plus the place was only appx 1/3 full so it was not crowded. We wont return.

Most people that know me and my friends consider us Wing guys any chance we get we get wings kinda experts on all that are wings.... Buffalo Wild wings or " B-dubbs" that they want you to call them but only people who work there call it it a brilliant idea however executed poorly. Im going to start with the positives. The set up is great there are huge TV's with every sporting event on at that time. The people that work there are real nice and try hard to please. HOWEVER... the wings suck real bad they are chewy low quality wings that def are mass produced and kept under a heat lamp or something until its time to barely drizzled with tasteless sauces. There are lots of pk aces to get better wings very near to this place like Boneheads in West Warwick who are the best or even Smokey boned or Hipsters are way better than this place...m if you have wings in your name post be good at making then YUCK
