Good food, poor service. Little concern for making the sitting spaces clean and tidy, was here for a half hour after ordering, waiting and eating, and not a single table was bussed. UPDATE: Ordered takeout, they had it perfect and on time. Takeout, yes; sit-down no.

They deliver so we usually order from Kingston. Pizza is good but their prices are getting outrageous, 31.00 dollars for a pizza.

Not sure where to begin here. I placed and order for a pizza. when I arrived to pick up I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and the staff was far from friendly. So now I figured I would give them another chance, stale bread , rude staff and the list goes on. never again...

Owners, please take notice. This isn't a good thing. I was a drive by and saw your pizza shop so I stopped in from out of town. I had to use the bathroom first. The entire dining area was disorganized, dirty, and disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog eat there. The bathroom was worse but I had to go bad, so I did that and left.

Not sure what's going on in there but went in and ordered a specialty pizza that cost over $20.00. They said it would be about 20 mins. Well waited there for 25 mins and looked over the counter and saw my pizza on the cutting bench. Now the pizza guy is pulling pizzas out of the oven and giving them to customers that came on after me. He finally noticed me and said your pizza is ready. So I said I hope it's still hot. So he asks if I want him to make another one. No I just want mine hot and don't want to wait another half hour. Left with the cold pizza and won't be back.

Food is good. Service, whether it's answering the phone or keeping track of the orders is weak. Ironically it's been true from the beginning and yet management does nothing about it. 50-50 chance you'll get what you ordered and on time. However the selections of pizzas and sandwiches are excellent.

The Z28 is a great pie. This place is usually good, but be aware that the only thing big about their "big city" size is the box. Our big city pizza had about 6 inches of space inside the box. In fact, they were going to put it inti a regular box until the girl told them - "no, that is a big city". Hmmmmm

Love the Thunderbird pizza! My husband loves the Garlic Rose, we recently had some subs. Mine was meatball and he had eggplant. The meatball was fantastic, I ate every bite. Husband liked the eggplant, but likes a competitor's better.
