This restaurant appeared on our GPS and we were looking for a country diner and boy did we luck out! This place had lines as we approached and we are really glad we waited and took a chance. I'm not sure when I've had a better breakfast. We each had two eggs, one pancake, home fries, bacon and paid 7.82 for it all. It was fantastic and well worth the trip. We can't wait for our next visit. The service was good and although the place was packed and there were lines, trust me and drive and wait for a great breakfast!

The Kountry Kitchen is the greatest diner in Zelienople. I have been eating here for over 25 years and is my first choice for breakfast or a cup of coffee. If you like great food at a cheap price in a diner atmosphere check it out.

Best breakfast for your buck. There's always a line out the door on Saturday and Sunday morning. I've eaten dinner there once and it was good as well. I would recommend this to anyone. The owner and staff are always polite and upbeat.

If you are looking for good, solid breakfast, fast and cheap, this place can't be beat. The service is always frantic and pleasant. Living within walking distance is a great thing. Sometimes it's just easier to walk 3 blocks, than to try to make a breakfast that can compare.

This is a good as it gets for a country breakfast. Service is very friendly, they treat you like family and joke around with the customers a lot. Be prepared to wait at the door, especially around breakfast on a weekend. Don't whine about it, just wait your turn. You'll get there, I promise. Take a walk after breakfast, a long one, because the calorie content in the meals is considerable. Decor is minimal, you're here for the food and it is good, hot, and fast. And the prices! I swear they haven't changed since they opened, the food is really reasonably priced. We walked away very full for around $6 per person! Can't beat that . CASH ONLY!! There is an ATM across the street where you can grab cash if you didn't bring any.

I ate here a couple of Thursdays ago for lunch with two coworkers. Before I had started working in Cranberry I had never heard of Kountry Kitchen but once a few of my coworkers started raving about it, I figured that I would give it a try. Heading up there I was not sure what to expect of the place but it ended up looking like a diner of sorts. Tables, booths and a counter with very little décor that I can remember but I did not come here for the décor, I came for the food. For lunch I decided to heed one of my coworkers recommendations and went with the spaghetti and meatballs special. It came with rolls and a salad for which I chose an Italian dressing after trying for a vinaigrette only to come up empty handed. I can't really say that the rolls were anything special, nor the mostly iceberg lettuce that comprised the salad but it did come with my $5.50 meal for which I was impressed. My plate of spaghetti was similarly uninspiring although I can't say that I was expecting it to be amazing. There was a large amount of spaghetti covered in the right amount of sauce and 3 good sized meatballs. In the end I left the place with more than a full stomach for a pretty good price. The bottom line for me is that I would definitely head back here again in the future. As with my first visit, I won't be expecting anything to knock my socks off but you certainly can't beat what you are getting for the price that you are paying.

The Kountry Kitchen is a simple, country-style diner with good food and great prices. The waitress was more personable and friendly than I've had at many other places around the city. We arrived a few minutes before the posted opening time and they were already busy. 15 minutes later there was a wait time for a table. This is a cash-only business, so bring your dollars. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for breakfast.

Go get a wonderful down home cooked breakfast and enjoy the local people! This is exactly as its name describes - nothing fancy 'bout Zelie's Kountry Kitchen - just be prepared for tastey delicious breakfast and extra friendly fast service!

Stopped here on a whim while searching for gas en route to Buffalo, NY. This place reminds me of the coffee shops of my youth: reasonable prices and women that call me "hun." Love to go back...if i can find the bread crumbs i left along the way. Kidding! Avoid the chains! Support this little rockin' gem. Viva siempre you local business you!

Very good food at a dirt cheap prices. I mean real cheap! I just had the large scrambler breakfast for 3.50. They have other meals as cheap as 1.80...nothing I could see was over 6 bucks.

The Kountry Kitchen is the place to go for a good breakfast meal. They are sure to call you baby. You can watch them cook your meal, but it depends where you sit. If you go there a lot they will remember you well.

I've been eating here since I was a kid and my mom has been a waitress here for just as long. You will get a good hearty meal at the least expensive price in town. Be prepared to wait outside for a little while on busy days. It is worth the wait. Cash only business.
