Out of only a few bagel shops in lower Bucks County, RJ's is the best. I've been going there mornings about once/week for the past year and I've yet to be disappointed. The coffee is always piping hot and sometimes they even have flavored decaf. There's a great selection of freshly-made, good-size bagels. They smear on a generous amount of cream cheese. The counter girls greet many customers personally and always give me speedy service. One of them handed me with a coupon booklet while waiting for my order, which was very thoughtful of her. A toasted bagel with cream cheese and a small coffee will run you around $3.00, cheaper and better than anywhere else nearby. The $.99 breakfast sandwich coupon can't be beat. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the fryer boy was only wearing one glove while preparing my egg and cheese. I've never been there for lunch, either.

This is your typical bagel place, but not part of any huge chain. Their bagels are darn good. Fast service, despite the fact that there is often a large crowd from breakfast through lunch- especially in summer and on weekends. I wish they had bialys.

Skip RJ's and find a Manhattan Bagel or dunkin donuts. Slowest service and fast excuses. We waited 30 min for so so bagels. We were told customers who "call in" are served first. Who's moronic idea was that? We will just have breakfast at a diner if we want to wait that long. Never again.

Not sure the last time RJ's boiled and baked the bagels in the bins, but as I am eating one less than 30 minutes after purchase @ 1:00 pm on a Sunday, it is already approaching staleness. Too flat upon observation; a tough slice with a sharp serrated knife; tough crust with no crispness; and too dense at its heart. Very ordinary. Bagel Train is far superior to my taste.

This is the closest bagel shop to my house so I frequent this establishment. Each time my experience seems to decline from the previous ones. The bagels are good, the prices are decent, but the lines are out of this world, no matter if it's 9 Am or 1pm. Also, the staff is busy chatting with each other or other "regular" customers and seem to not care about moving the line along at all. I've been there enough for my face to be recognized, but nope, I often just get treated like a dollar sign. The staff isn't rude by any means, but if they don't know you, you get little more than a "have a nice day." The bagel sandwiches are usually good, but I wish they'd wrap the Togo sandwiches better. They are wrapped in paper as opposed to other places that use foil. Even with my 3 minute drive home, my sandwich is often coldish. Don't expect to be in and out of this place. I've even tried calling in my order to wait 10 minutes in line to receive it. The food is what keeps me coming back, but I often cringe once I walk in the door. With a few improvements, this place could be so much better!

Best bagels for a long commute. Sandwiches are great along with all of their breakfast menu. RJ's is the Yardley bagel destination!

Could always count on great service and bagels, not the case today. Placed order for two bagels with cream cheese and one special. Was told by staff that call in orders were placed before ours. Watched people order after us and get bagels before us. We waited over 30 minutes to toast two bagels and grill a sausage egg and cheese. We should have gone to a diner. Will not be back!

This place is a grate. Went with my dad and got the hart attack. Basically everything that you could have for breakfast in a wrap. Defiantly going back

Stopped in Sunday morning for a bagel and coffee. Tried the Cranberry Oat Bagel with a side of cinnamon apple cream cheese spread. The bagel was nice and dense and chewy. My style of attacking a bagel is to break it apart like a dinner roll and dab a little bit of spread on each bite. I liked the spread - it had just a touch of sweetness. Perfect. Plenty of customers, some waiting for orders, but mine was simple and the service was fast and pleasant. This breakfast just hit the spot.

A very great place to grab a bagel or even a sandwich! I would much rather come here than Bagel Train on Yardley rd.
