My mom and I used to come here weekly before i went away to college. Now that I'm back for the summer, I'm back at Zoup. It has been a serious withdrawal. The lobster bisque is to die for and the best part about it is that it's a daily flavor. Other flavors are only rotated, but that's alright because it gives the place variety. New surprises pop up and make me keep coming back to Zoup for more. A delicious cup of Zoup with french bread accompanied by a delicious Zoup salad satisfies mentally and physically. No doubt this place is a 5/5, even if you don't like soup!

Love, love, love the ginger butternut squash soup! Nice basic soup-salad-sandwich place. I like it best for lunch. The service is great & they move the line along pretty quickly.

If you enjoy soup, you're going to love Zoup. I sampled nearly all their delicious soups and decided on a bowl of Ginger Butternut Squash..and i hate squash, but this soup is heavenly! I am looking forward to my next visit.

In the past, this place was satisfactory but I recently had a terrible experience placing an order online. I had paid for the order but they told me they never received it (it turned out that was wrong). I placed the order again at the register and paid again. Getting my refund for the online order was a PAIN!! It took multiple unanswered emails and a lot of phone tag. I was promised a gift certificate and, of course, that was a lie too because is never arrived. At the end of the day, it's just overpriced processed food. If you value your time, avoid placing an order online. If you value your health, avoid the place altogether.

Wow, where to begin? This place is awesome. Not only do they have a large variety of soups but they give you samples if you're interested in trying one before you buy it. I tried four or five different types and the only conclusion I came to was, no mater which one I decided to purchase it was going to be delicious!!! I decided to do half a sandwich and a soup. I got the mulligatawny soup, because it has such a unique flavor. My sandwich was also wonderful and the staff were outstanding. They were very patient and informative when I let them know it was my first time visiting. They answered all my questions and gave me a helpful tips. I would definitely revisit this place AND I highly recommend it!!

Zoup! has a good variety of soups and lets you try it before purchasing. Their chicken pot pie and lobster bisque are available everyday. Soups are on the salty side but sandwiches are tasty and my kiddo loves their mac and cheese soup. 2 high chairs available at the wyo location. Friendly & speedy service.

Visited: Thursday - April 3, 2014 - 6:30 PM I was in town to enjoy the annual Berks County Jazz festival. Jazz makes one very hungry and I decided to have a pre-jazz dinner but not the usual sit-down dinner. I chose soup er, Zoup. Zoup is located at The Shoppes in Wyomissing, Pa. My portable GPS misidentified the location so I continued about another quarter mile until "Shoppes" was located. Zoup is a cafeteria restaurant. Zoup offers a variety of soups, breads, and salads. I was happily overwhelmed by the generous amount of visually inviting soups. College aged employees cheerfully offered any soups for sampling. There was no need to sample. I chose two soups. The Chicken Potpie ( $5.35 ) and the Tomato Spinach ( $3.95 ). Both soups were rich and flavorful. Since I ordered two soups, I was entitled to two multigrain rolls. Thank you but, one is enough. Although the soups were a bit expensive, the cost was justified. While dining, I could not help chuckling about an iconic episode on the ended TV series Seinfeld. The episode featured an extremely devoted soup chef dubbed the Soup Nazi. If a customer did not adhere to a precise ordering format, the customer was permanently barred from the establishment with the phrase - "No soup for you!" Fortunately, no such ordering demands exist at Zoup.

Zoup is A-OK! They have a rotating selection of soups available as well as a stable selection of sandwiches. You have the option for bread bowls, and to mix and match half-sandwiches with various sizes of soup. Everything here is about as standard as it gets. The only thing I'd like to add quickly is the seating. You will find that, especially during the colder months, Zoup is packed. If you plan to eat there; plan to wait, otherwise get your food to go. As a recommendation, try their sourdough. It's very good with multiple soup offerings!

Great daily choice of Zoups. Lobster Bisque is my favorite. Zoup and a sandwich is a bargain and filling. Everything is available for takeout, if you choose to eat in the wait time is minimal.

For a chain this is one of my favorites. Soup is always wonderful along with everything else! Staff couldn't be more plesent if fact if they were I would have to call their bluff.

The soup was excellent the salad was very fresh and tasty and the price was excellent. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was that out of 12 soups only one gluten free. Yelp unfortunately has it the wrong place on the map, it is at the bottom of woodland rd. I highly recommend it for any soupaholic.

Zoup! I dare you to say "Zoup!" out loud and not smile. It just sounds fun, edgy and hip, doesn't it? In reality, it's just a chain with a handful of locationZ that serves soupZ, sandwichZ and greenZ [sic]. They claim to make over 100 different kinds of soup, but they only offer a dozen at a time. My friend was convinced that Zoup! was owned by StarbuckZ, because the inside of the store looked remarkably similar. A quick internet search dismissed that notion rather quickly. Zoup! seems to hire very friendly employeeZ who patiently let you try as many sampleZ as you like. Personally, I believe in the rule of three: the first three samples are free, but once you've tried four, you just bought a cup of soup. The guys and gals behind the counter are happy to explain the ordering process and offer help and guidance. I had a cup of their gazpacho soup; 12 oz of cold tomato goodness. The soup was served in a paper cup and was deliciously cold. What it lacked in spiciness, it made up in fresh corn and veggies. The soup came with a piece of bread. The ciabatta was better than the multigrain, but I was disappointed when they made my friend pay 50 cents for her second roll of bread. That said, if I had a Zoup! near my office, I would go there for lunch at least once a week. If they do decide to expand to California, I am sure they will have no shortage of customerZ.

Great vegetarian options (they usually have at least three veg options). Especially love the Ginger Butternut Squash with dried cranberry topping!
