It's been about a year since I've become a Starbucks regular. If I'm in an unfamiliar area and I need a latte, the first thing I do is go on Yelp and locate the closest Starbucks. Over the past six months, my morning route has temporarily changed and I've found that I can't always get to my favorite Starbucks in Wyomissing. For this reason, I am grateful for the Giants and the Targets that now have Starbucks inside their stores. It's a lifesaver in a pinch. However, I've found that there's not another store in the area that comes close to providing the excellent experience that I get at Starbucks in Wyomissing. This store is the complete package. From the friendly baristas to the excellent customer service to the outstanding quality of the coffee, the Wyomissing store gets a 5 star rating in every category. All of the baristas are fantastic and very well managed. They all know my name and my regular drink and go out of their way to make me feel special. Most importantly, the drinks are always delicious (I've noticed at other stores I am more likely to get lattes that are too weak). Anytime there has ever been a slight problem (nothing major-a mistake on a drink order; a long wait for my purchase) the baristas have gone above and beyond to compensate me for my troubles. They truly make you feel like you're their most important customer. Any business that will go as far as they do to ensure the satisfaction of their patrons is worthy of national recognition. It's very hard to find businesses like this one anymore-especially in large chain corporations-that care so much about making the customer happy. I have never left this Starbucks feeling anything but completely satisfied and happy with my experience. I commend the baristas and the manager for their hard work and dedication. For these reasons, I will remain a loyal customer.

Im actually shocked by the service this time. I had to give more than my typical 3 star for this store. The baristas were friendly, even talking with me while I sat in the lobby waiting for my drink. The store was clean and stocked. I ordered an iced green tea with no sweetner. It was made perfectly. Thank you for a great experience.

I've come to expect great and polite service from this particular Starbucks despite the fact that it has a drive-thru. Today, however, I was not impressed at all. I saw a sign advertising the 'skinny' cinnamon dolce latte. I've had its whole milk counterpart and decided maybe I'd try this to see the difference. I order it and the girl asks me if i'd like vanilla syrup or sugar free syrup in that. Puzzled I answer vanilla, figuring it must be something new. I get to the window and after I pay, she says "Here's your vanilla latte." I told her "I didn't order vanilla. I wanted the skinny cinnamon dolce." This is when she decides to inform me that they are out of Cinnamon Dolce. I ask for my money back and she snootily informs me that I can only get a store credit. When I am displeased, I would like my money back not a store credit. Why should you keep my money when I can spend it on something I actually want.

This is my every day Starbucks location. The staff is extremely friendly and knows my name and drink. Often they get my drink started just when they see me. The manager, Anya, really takes pride in her staff getting to know the regulars. I went in recently and she introduced me to the new barista and told him my drink. This is the only official starbucks location in berks county but my favorite anyway.

This is a Starbucks, so it is more or less the same as any other Starbucks, with two wonderful exceptions: (1) They have a Drive Through. (2) The iced coffee I received was STRONG. It tasted more like an iced red eye (or even a black eye) than the watery beverage I have come to expect from Starbucks.

I love the drive-thru when I'm in a rush. And, I love that I can easily substitute soy instead of milk. It is a little pricey, and sometimes a long wait. I definitely prefer non-chain coffee shops, but this is great when I'm in the area and don't have time to sit down and relax.

Honestly, it's one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. The drinks are usually on point. The staff for the most part is friendly and helpful. However, the line is absolutely ridiculous whether you are in or out. There seems to be no rush to get drinks out. I only go here if my son is with so I don't have to take him out of the car. If they fixed this line issue it would be 10x better.
