Food is not so bad, typical chinese buffet. I prefer to stick to wings, california roll bbq ribs and prime rib here. Dont get too ambitious here. The problem is the mean, unprofessional hostess. She always has a scowl on her face including after i smiled and said hello. She looked me up and down like we were on the street somewhere. The last time she was talking on her phone as we walked to the table. This place has absolutely no sense of customer service if they allow her to work here.

I like this buffet, big, clean, nice selection of Chinese food and sushi. My waitress was Lisa and she was friendly and socialable. The music was modern and it was quiet not too loud. Perfect place to take your kids or a co-worker for a nice chinese american lunch. Go during the week!!!!

The very first couple of times the food was great and the staff was very friendly. Lately both have gone downhill. The host was very rude when I tried to explain a situation involving the waitress. It wasn't a big deal but he acted like it was. They don't come around to refill drinks and they act like you're ruining their life asking for one. Will not be back

I haven't been back since my last unpleasant experience with the hostess at the Hibachi on Cheltenham. They need to get a new manager, hostess and servers. The wait staff don't take the dishes away fast enough. They don't ask you if you need a refill. The hostess became nasty when I asked for a coupon upon leaving. She didn't give the coupons to everyone. When I asked her about that, she became nasty. I complained to to manager, but I don't think he understood me. I received another coupon, but I don't plan on using it anytime soon. At least not at that location. I may try the one in the Northeast, but most likely not. I don't have complaints over the food, that's what makes this review difficult. They need to do better in the service department.

First, let me just say that when I experience poor restaurant service, I don't write about it; I just move on. But I was so taken aback by the level of poor service at Habachi Cedarbrook Mall, that I had to comment. Let's start with the person at the register who takes your order. Whoever was working on the eve of 3/31 really needs to brush up on basic social skills-rude is an understatement. Second- I know the saying, "you get what you pay for," so I wasn't expecting a five course meal, but the food that I chose was not fresh; seemed as if it sat out for hours. bottom line- I won't be back. Hope this review helps.

I wish there was a such thing as negative stars. I'm really not too fond of buffets to start however my kids like it so I said, why not. Well now I know. If you like roaches with your cruise this is the place for you. I went to the cold buffet to get my daughter some jello and saw a roach crawling all over the plates. I attempted to be descret when informing the manager...he tried to ignore me. I told him he could either address my concerns privately or in front of the long line he had standing in front of him. He was very dismissive...actually checking the security cameras and then preceded to say " you ate didn't you"... We were there for approximately 15 mins prior to the incident. I will say after a few minutes of me demanding my money back he did return it. I am writing this review only to make others aware. Upon my complaint (also witnessed by another patron) they should have at the very least shut town that portion of the bar and threw out the food. They do not care about what they are serving or to whom they are serving it!!! BEWARE!

Disgusting . Food isn't fresh. A lot of the food was sour and dried out and you can tell that it had been sitting for hrs at a time . Waitresses are nasty and take their time to come around and collect the dirty plates and silverware .

I received a coupon in the mail for $2.00 off dinner so I decided to try it. The food is less than spectacular. It is downright bad. Everything tastes the same whether it is chicken, shrimp or pork. The sushi bar sushi looked like it had been sitting out for a few hours and while it tasted okay it is not enough To make me want to return. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, it just isn't worth eating here. I won't be returning again.

Pretty good for the price (9.99 for dinner plus drink). We brought some Captain with us since it is BYOB. I liked everything that I tried except for the buttered seafood...it was VERY chewy and rubbery. But overall, a very good experience. We will definitely come back in the future.
