Katie at the bar has an awesome personality! Outgoing and really cares about the customer! Food and service were amazing! Will be back again soon!

Buffalo Wild Wings, this is a fantastic restaurant if you want to overpay on crappy food and then go home and pay peakaboo with the brown snake "if you know what I mean^". My first experience with wild wings was a great one, when me and my father pulled in there was about 6 or 7 cars in the parking lot. We stood in line for about a half hour, as we could see many clean tables distance. Our waitress was a 275 pounds; 65 year old woman that was not very nice, she was very short and took he upward of 10 minutes to get us drinks. I got a burger and a dozen wings. The burger was very dry served on a plastic plate with paper. I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings and I would suggest nobody to ever go there.

I have to say that our waitress, AMY, was fan-flipping-tastic!!! She made our first visit ever out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences of all time at a restaurant! Tho prices are a bit high, my husband and I were both extremely happy with our burger selections! We took advantage of the happy hour specials on appetizers and domestic drafts! Great atomsphere, great food and great service, win, win, win! Will definitely be going back and taking friends!

I have never had a bad experience here. I always sit at the bar so I cannot comment on the true "dining" experience. The bartenders are very friendly and attentive. The food is decent and is priced alright. Surprisingly the burgers are pretty good. Good variety of beers on tap and also are priced decent. Service is fast and have never had a bad food experience. Lots of TV's to watch all the current teams playing. Eagles games are put on the speakers. Fun place to watch the games. Doesn't get to rowdy for games, but neither does any of Williamsport so not to much to comment on that aspect of it. Overall fun place to come with friends with decent food and a fun sports atmosphere. Only has been up and running for one football season and I did have fun coming here to watch the games. Another plus is that their kitchen is open until last call.

Typical chain restaurant food.. Wings were terrible and the burgers were small. Go for the environment and drinks.. skip the food.

Absolutely the worst meal I have had in a long time, took a long time to get out drinks, servers standing around on cell phones, server swearing at the table, food took a long time and it wasn't busy, wait staff was slow and seemed to be bothered taking care of guests. Not a good experience, been there 4 times and won't go back.

All the television sets and the atmosphere is pretty great. The food is one step above fast food, I found it irritating that the staff are ordered to card everyone for alcoholic beverages, particularly since I'm 55 years old and bald. Even a four-year-old child could tell that I'm over 21 years old. So basically's just an irritation have to whip out my ID to prove that I'm over 21. Especially when I went down to the beer distributor later on asked for a case of beer and they didn't blink an eye. God for bid my 85-year-old mother didn't go in there and ask for a beer and didn't have her ID. It's just basically a stupid juvenile policy that the brainless management enforce. No other restaurants do that crap. But lets get back to the food. It's nothing special, honestly I think Venice Pizza down the street has better wings than this place.

Wait staff is very accommodating. You can taste any or all sauces before ordering, fun laid back sports bar. Good appetizers and bar type food. I enjoyed the wings.

Typical sport bar and grill. Wing Tuesdays $0.60 wings! My favorites are the dry rubs, desert heat and salt and vinegar! I think the wings here are better than hooters for sure. This is also a great place to watch games with friends. There are TVs everywhere! I've spent many nights watch UFC fights with the guys. Heh. Prices are average. Drink choices are broad and average price too. They do have happy hour on the weekends. During some of the fights, they held raffles and gave away free tshirts, hats, and posters. If you are hungry for dessert, do try the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream! Yum!

Last time I was there we had the absolute worst service. They only ordered one meal for a table of 4. Contacted their headquarters and never even got a phone call back. Went last night to give a second chance. Again service was horrid. Asked for ranch. Took 20 minutes. Food was cold by time I got it. Had to fight for refills. I'm not even going to go back for strike three. I'm done with this place

Went there for the first time this evening. Right off the bat I was perturbed that they check ID for everyone before serving alcoholic drinks. How ridiculous is that. Everyone in our party was well over 50. The food was average only. I had two types of wings, my wife had the popcorn shrimp. Another in our party had a burger. The burgers was a hockey puck with little flavor as the cook all burgers to Medium-Well. We will not return for a second visit. You can get a better menu, better wings, better burgers at Rivals on River Avenue.

Jeez, where do I start? I guess with the only semi-positive aspect I experienced. The wings were fairly decent. The sauces on the wings were fairly robust with flavor, but definitely not the best I have experienced. The atmosphere in the place is nothing less than a very loud sports bar; definitely not a place to take the family for a nice quiet dinner. It is almost impossible to have a conversation within the establishment. Definitely not for me and my family. Our waitress was one of the worst I have experienced in years. After bringing our drinks and food, she did not bother to check on us to see if we needed anything. My wife asked for a sweetened tea, but was brought a non-sweetened tea instead. But with no waitress around, we were unable to correct her mistake. The waitress only left us three small napkins, and anyone knows that when you eat saucy wings, it gets messy. Once again, no waitress to bring us more when we needed them. I also needed my drink refilled but was unable to, due to our lacking of any help from the waitress. Although she eventually did come around to give us the check, while still not asking if we needed anything else. It just seemed to me that we were a burden to her and she wanted us out of there ASAP. So i wasn't burdened with leaving her a tip as well. While the food quality was decent, the price you pay for the food is ludicrous at best. $16 for an appetizer? Come on! It's clear to me this establishment cares about one thing only......maximum profit. Having no plates to eat on (we were left with small cardboard boxes) was another disastrous decision this company has made. I guess they figure no need to pay for a dishwasher equates to maximum profit once again. Well I have a little business advice for you Buffalo Wild Wings. To get maximum profits from a business, you must have returning customers. From what I have experienced, in addition to some of the other reviews I have read on here, don't plan on getting many returning customers. So say adios to that maximum profit. ;)

Typical laid-back sports bar with very good service. Food is typical of any chain restaurant nothing extraordinary but the menu does have a good amount of options besides the traditional buffalo wings. All the types of sauce and runs for wings is definitely fun as well

What is my Problem? I figure go to BWW and get a good burger and wings, .. But no, You get a mediocre Burger, dense, not hard but can knock someone out cold dense bun, and wings that honestly are, marginal. the burger, you get them they way they want to cook them, forget about a medium rare, it comes out the way it comes out and they won't even let you order it pink in the middle. Ordered a beer, and was asked if I wanted the gigantic size - two pint I guess? Said no thanks I just want a pint,. Bartender looked confounded, but it is happy hour and it is only 5$ (or whatever it was) Said thank you, but I just want t a pint well that will be a little more for less beer. Yes I know but I just want a pint. Got to give the bartender credit she was really trying to help me save money, but I don't drink fast nor do I drink more than two beers at any time, so a great big beer would just get warm and wasted, I think, pretty much I am done with the entire BWW chain, disappointed again and again, but they are consistent so it shows they really are doing their job right, my standards are not their failings, and that is why they didn't get a one star review.
