Food is pretty good, most of the servers are nice, but the manager is a huge jerk off. He asked me what I wanted to drink. I said "coke" and he said "what?" Then I said a bit louder "coke" and he said "whaaat?" Then I yelled come somewhat loudly so he'd hear me. Of course then he says "dear god you don't have to scream at me I heard you!" Then why, did you feel the need to say what 3 times? He just comes across as a d-bag. Also this place has a bit of a funky smell. I'll be back, but for the food not for the service...

Panera Bread has gone downhill in a big way. Overpriced for the portions and quality. I ordered the cup of french onion and 1/2 sandwich and my daughter ordered the chicken Caesar salad and a cookie. We split an iced tea. The bill was $21.00! The french onion soup used to be one of my favorites. Now it is just watery beef broth with a few onions and a sprinkle of unidentifiable grated cheese, not the baked, covered topped cheese that it used to be. My daughter's salad was small and tasteless. Almost no shaved cheese, or chicken. Also the greens were not fresh and they were way too cold, almost making them wilt. It was also absolutely freezing in the restaurant. The cashier also agreed with me when I mentioned how cold it was. I asked them if they could back off the air a little bit, but got no response. I'm sure my request was ignored as we continued to shiver through our awful meal. Other patrons were also complaining about the temperature as well. We could not wait for it to be over. Will not be frequenting an old favorite ever again. Sorry to see it go, but good riddance!

Just ordered the pick 2, I chose the half chicken lime orzo soup, and the chicken chipotle panini. I wasn't sure that it was my order at first because the sandwich was so thin that it looked like 2 slices of bread, I've had many panini sandwiches in the past. The soup was fine but the panini was burnt in places, and didn't have any filling in others. The sandwich was of McDonald's quality at best. Pretty disappointing.

Not bad. It's especially good for lunch and breakfast. You really have to try the new Flatbread sandwiches. They are awesome. I recommend this establishment.

Not bad for the price. Soups very good, seems as though good turnover and fresh ingredients. Coffee only ok. Atmosphere comfortable, has wifi and no one bothers you. Ok value overall.

The food is excellent but the wait is atrocious and the staff seemed unfriendly. While I was here I observed a cashier call a customer up, and after beginning to take their order the manager quite literally ordered the cashier to start wiping tables (this despite a line almost out the door). The man stopped taking the order, apologized to the customers and left them standing there. The manager didn't even do that. Then, they got my order wrong and the prep person acted like a toddler when I asked them to correct it (I asked for to go, they had it on a plate). She slapped my sandwhich into a box, half it's contents falling out, stormed off. I can accept occasional mistakes, poorly trained associates, etc, but they need to get their act together here.

I like their soups and the iced green tea. I also adore their greek salad. When I'm looking for something semi-healthy and super fast, I usually end up here. Wish they had a downtown location...

Filthy, filthy, filthy. If u go here, please look around. The dining room has food splattered and smeared on walls and booths. The beverage station has scum and mold growing on it, photo attached. Looking at the smoothie and food prep area, not much better. There was only one toilet working and the toilet paper dispenser was held together with electrical tape. Food wasn't up to par either. Out of hard boiled eggs, an ingredient in the feature salad! Get your act together, this is a high volume store no excuses. Second time at this location ingredients not right or missing with zero regard to informing guests.

This place has really gone downhill. We usually stop several times a year when traveling to New England but we won't be stopping again. My husband had a chipolte chicken panini and they must have made it a week ago. He threw it in the trash. Our soups weren't even hot. Place was dirty. Had to ask for lemon at the drink area.

Something about their Mac and cheese is magical. I love their turkey bacon sandwich. Their chicken noodle soup is watery, I don't recommend it. Iced tea is refreshing though.

I'm an admitted Panera junkie, my family makes fun of me for going so often, but how can you beat it for lunch? Great salads, soups, and sandwiches...all with that great Panera bread! Having been to so many locations, though, I have to particularly recommend this one - the staff and managers are super nice and are especially helpful during busy times when it can be tough to find a seat. I don't know a better place to have breakfast, lunch or a light dinner!

Panera is just one of my favorites... always. This location gets an extra star because in addition to the quick service, clean restaurant, and free wireless I've come to rely upon, they had the most awesome manager. He actually came out to talk to his customers, check in on them, and gave my sister (who had just graduated an hour before) a free smoothie. It's a good way to make me want to come back... the next time I am in Scranton... which will probably be next year at graduation since she decided to stay for a masters....
