Excellent Starbucks establishment! I might make this my regular spot. The dining room is brobdingnagian in size compared to other ones I've been to. (Which is many) It's quiet in here. You can actually hear yourself think and you can hear the soft jazz music in the background Starbucks is known to play. Which immediately took me by surprise as I walked in. I believe the drive through may have something to do with it too. This is just my humble opinion talking here. But I think Starbucks should have the barista that works the drive through window, either make the drinks too or have an assistant make them. Instead of having the same barista that makes the drinks for the dinning room customers, also cover the drive through. Which from what I've seen. Kinda puts an over load on them. Also extends your wait. For they seem to make the drive through the priority. Just a thought... But I have no complaints here. I'll be coming back again!

This is a decent Starbucks location - I had extra friendly service here and it's a pleasant enough spot to sit and relax for a while. I give this four stars as compared to all Starbucks locations I've been to.

Not my favorite location but it will do. It is located off 19 in the plaza with AT and T and Whole Foods. The location is usually packed and there is never seating within the location. You get the same service you get at every other location. No drive thru at this place. I also want to note that there are about 3 other coffee places within 3 miles of this place that have more to pick from. So unless you are dying for a good old cup of Pikes Peak, you may want to venture out to Island Bean on McKnight or Amarambica for a little change.

I give this two stars because I usually go to the one on Freedom Road in Cranberry and they get 5 stars in my book, however this was convenient today so I came here. I should have driven the extra distance and gone to cranberry. I ordered a Javachip Frappe, but it tasted more like a melted chocolate milkshake. In addition the baristtas just weren't very friendly. They just wanted to to take my order and money and get me out of there.

LOVEEEEE.... I always have wonderful experiences at my local Starbucks! The customer service is always so pleasant no matter what time of day I go and my order is almost always right and if it's not they are quick to correct it. I enjoyed my Pumpkin Spice Frapp today, love the holiday drinks!

THE slowest staff at any Starbucks around the Pittsburgh area. I'd love to see how any one of their workers would fare downtown on a Monday morning. I went in today at 12:00pm. There were 4 (visible) staff, NO line, and my drink and pastry took over 5 minutes. I don't even know how that is possible? The downtown location has 3 visible staff, a line out the door, and I'm outta there in 5.... on a weekday morning at 8:15. The VIP drive location off the Wexford location, usually 3-4 visible staff, any weekday at 8:15am, line to the door, out of there in 5. Pick up the pace!
