I definitely love their bagels. They are really soft and toast up perfectly! Plus, I'm always surprised at how long they last. If you get a dozen, the bagels haven't hardened up almost a week later. I haven't found this with some other bagel shops, where I almost immediately have to freeze leftovers. It's a typical bagel shop, so I won't add very much describing it or their offerings.

Awful. I've given this place so many second chances against my husband's better judgement. No more. I waited 25 minutes (no exaggeration) for my 2 egg&cheese on toasted bagels. Grill process is slow, inefficient, and too small, or just very poorly executed. What really burned me up was 2 people who ordered after me got their grill sandwiches before me because the employees could not coordinate passing 2 "toasted" bagels back to the grill to make my sandwiches. The gals making my toasted bagels with cream cheese were decent but overtly disrespectful to the management, and they made several mistakes while I was standing there and just placed blame on each other. The only exceptional point of service was the woman ringing me up. Very pleasant, smiling, respectful and kind. All of the "service" issues aside, they continue to make a very mediocre product. As much as I want to support a local business, they will not be getting our support or money again soon.

this place is extremely slow and they've mixed up orders in the past. i had to wait 30 minutes to get a bagel with egg and cheese because they forgot to make it!! this isn't the first time it happened either.

Haven't even tried my food yet and don't even have the desire to anymore with how rude the cashier was. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an egg sandwich to go. Waited 2 minutes for the egg sandwich and 10 minutes for the other. Asked how it was going twice to a nice young man on the grill because the girl making the bagel had headphones in. Finally he went over to put it in a bag because get this, the girl made the bagel and then went to the bathroom, leaving us with a cold bagel with cream cheese. Mind you the whole time the cashier was giving us dirty looks for asking the status as the first was already done and she the blurted out "I don't care they have to wait" while she was cleaning other stuff. Like how bout you actually stop what you're doing to put it in a bag. Sorry I'm not sorry I don't want a cold bagel. Anywhere I've worked If you need to go to the bathroom you tell someone so they take over, or you finish what's on your table first. And you certainly don't have in headphones. Also to the cashier who was cleaning and didn't come when I said excuse me and then had a nice rude come back, you need a reality check real quick, don't work in the service industry if you're going to try to ignore me and clean rather than help. So rude, can't stand going to establishments staffed with ignorant people.

It's a decent bagel cafe with your typical offerings. The breakfast sandwiches are made with fresh-cracked eggs and crispy strips of bacon, and the bagels are decent. The Bryn Mawr location has a better selection of bagels and spreads, but this isn't bad and our food was prepared very quickly. Try an everything, toasted, with bacon, egg, and cheddar.

Terrible, unfriendly service, but their bagels are absolutely delish!

Service today was slow and the girl was so scatter-brained she couldn't remember a simple bagel order. The customer before me had to remind the cashier (different person) that he ordered a coffee and had to ask for the coffee again. They lost the order of the person in front of me. The employees here need a lot of training!!!

RUDE. I called to ask if there were any gluten free options available (a long shot, yes but it is a pretty popular thing these days so you never know) and the lady on the phone was incredibly short with me and scoffed when i asked my question. Won't be giving their bagels a chance anytime soon. I'd rather go to dunkin donuts where the bagels may be less fresh but at least the employees are friendly.

Nice east coast style bagels, good breakfast sandwiches.

Multigrain bagel tasted like it had no salt. Personally, I think all bread type items need a little bit of salt to bring out the flavor of the bread. I think it could have been a really good bagel, had chewy texture, light, not too large, a lot of grains, but was all very bland tasting since there was no salt.

Recently they seem to never have much of a selection of bagels at any time of day. Pass by the Wayne location and hit the one in Berwyn. Much better. I guess they are different franchises.
